This is the first time in a long time we have ordered from here and it's down right ridiculous 😡 Not cooked all the way through and extremely greasy.I thought it was supposed to be panned cooked through the oven? The pizza was old and you could tell by the cheese alone. I don't blame the owner,just some of the staff...

The menu has changed. And when you order you must tell them exactly how you want it cooked. Because asking for certain things on the side confuses them

They don’t care for the regulars. Hospitality 2/10. Pizza is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Not consistent. Sicallys will treat you better and better quality. Worth paying more over there because they appreciate your business and better quality ingredients

Got 2 pizzas and mini tacos. When i walked in to pick it up i should have just left it and walked out. The building is not clean and smelled HORRIBLE. That should have been my first sign not to have food from there. I had the mini tacos, they are still coming up and out... Other family members had the pizzas and they took one bite and threw them out. They were inedible. Very disappointed. We should have went to hamtramck location then maybe it would have been better im not sure. Very disappointed.

No special.. Prices to high.. Smaller portions of toppings.. No way near how they use to be.. Probably will check Hamtramck location before I cancel them out.. VERNOR LOCATION 😩

Used to order from Amicci's a lot. They were reliable. Recently they've really been going downhill. My last two experiences there were bad. In one instance I pulled up for a pickup and waited a long time, only to find out they were attempting to deliver my order AND they were headed to the wrong address anyway! By the time they got back to the store with my order it was cold. My most recent order was wrong. I asked for regular breadsticks and got mozzarella bread. I don't like mozzarella bread and would never have ordered it. It was also almost $10 and soggy. As of late it seems Amicci's can't even get the basics down, such as correct orders and making sure it gets to the customer.

I ordered large cheese bread and added extra cheese. In the car it smelled as though I had left with a fresh bakery product. It was so good and delicious!

I like their pizza. Customer service is ok. The place is semi clean, lots of ppl outside bcus of the liquor store in the corner🤷🏽 The food makes up for the confusion outside .

This place is garbage, every time you try to order something they don't have it. There menu only hasn't been updated since 1954. To expensive for the quality. Their Pizza is so dry it's like eating a dog biscuit

I'm not going to make any more orders from any AMICCI'S locations. I'm very disappointed with the products I have ordered. I'm not sure what this new NO SAUCE trend is BUT I am not a fan! The pizza and calzones would probably be better if they were not dry. No sauce is not OK!

Normally I love their pizza but the last two times I've been disappointed and frankly overcharged for what I'm getting. I generally order the large two topping pizza pick up special for $12. But I only order it with extra cheese no other toppings bc extra cheese is my additional topping. The last time I ordered a extra cheese pizza, I got home me and my son took a bite and I immediately realized it was just a regular cheese pizza. I took it back and they remade it perfectly. So here we go again today. I pick it up. And again it looks suspect as a regular cheese pizza bc I can see the dough underneath and the sauce. But I don't have my glasses on so I'm thinking maybe it's me. Nope, I get home with my glasses and it's just one layer of cheese again! Regular plain cheese pizza cost $8 maybe; so to charge me $12 for a regular cheese pizza I need whoever is making pizzas in the back fired bc they are not reading the tickets or they just don't care. Extra cheese means just that - extra cheese please! The Only reason I didn't take it back was bc my son was hungry and I was too tired from work to drive back. I love the owner but the generation z's in the back are messing up my experience. I'll give it one more chance and then I'm going up the block. There are two other options within a mile of this location. Maybe I need to give them a try bc my loyalty needs to be earned. If I order an extra cheese on a pizza it doesn't mean just make a regular cheese pizza! There should be an additional layer of cheese.

I used to go here all the time b4 covid. Finally made it back and man has it changed. The tastey bread was very bland and not tastey. It had no garlic flavor and whatever they used to put on the bottom. Very disappointing. It was MY FAVORITE. But! The Italian sub was pretty good. Couldve used thicker meat slices or just more meat in general(Hamtramck store)

The only reason it gets 3 stars is because they sent a replacement. Still cold when it got here though. How do you get a pizza delivered to you looking like this!!!

Their wings, ribs, and pizza is excellent. They provide very good customer service and everything ordered is hot and fresh.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. I ordered a Detroit style pizza, my first, and it did not disappoint, delicious. Theini tacos were very good. We also ordered a burger. It was tasty. Lastly we ordered the cinnamon sticks, they were awesome. Delivery was quick. The only negative was I asked for napkins (we were in a hotel) and they didn't send any. I would recommend a visit here.

I order a all meat pizza deep dish and with double pepperoni it Barely had any meat?I was told the pepperoni was at the bottom,who put pep on the bottom?the Pepperoni wasn't there, and for anyone who go there check your order!🤬

A hit and run style pizzaria. An affordable, no frills restaurant with good food and deals. They have a really fast turnaround. Be aware, this is not a dine-in restaurant - strictly order and go.

The oil soaked ,Old fries they delivered to me after an hour of waiting.Disgusting and unacceptable

You won’t get the food you ordered, a courtesy call or an apology from this restaurant. I ordered through doordash a rib tip dinner and a flipster. Food came an hr later with no rib tips and no sauce for flipster. Just bread and cheese. If I wanted a cheesy breadstick I would have ordered that. The delivery guy just said “only one” when he handed it to me. I called the restaurant and told them my order issues and the girl just said “you gotta call doordash, I can’t do anything for you”. No apology, no “we’ll take care of you next time”. Just dismissed it like she was ready to get off and go home. Won’t be wasting my money here anymore if your employees don’t have the energy to be even a little pleasant when their job is the one that messed up.
