I’m officially done with Sweetwater Tavern! How do you give me mashed potatoes with mold on them!? Yes mold, the smell is horrible. When I opened the container it was slimy. It completely ruined my appetite. Then when I called the guy in the background screaming I made them fresh this morning. How long did this sit out for it to even accumulate mold? All they offered me was another side option. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely nice. She’s the reason I gave them two stars. If you want sweet water make the drive downtown.

The lady who took my order over the phone was professional and polite. Now, down to The food... The rib tips are too delicious and they give you plenty of yummy sauce. However, everything else, INCLUDING the wings I love so much from the downtown location, was just mediocre at best. Not enough sauce on the wings and they still had a bunch of the thin hairs on them. The Red beans and rice... in the trash. The mac and cheese is a Joke. Look at the other pic of mac n chez it looks 1000× better than mines. It almost NO CHEESE!!! (My 2 year old loved it but she enjoys bland food!!!) The 4⭐ is ONLY for the rib tips & because the food was hot!!!!

Man this place is real grimy looking and dirty outside and even the where you get your food at the chicken was good but I'll go to the other location not just didn't like it. It didn't look clean so which makes me think it's not clean behind the counter. Try for yourself

Literally got 2 whole chicken wings(4 wing dings) a piece of bread and coleslaw in the same container that condiments come in for$8.57.We gotta do better and stop patranizing these establishments that are price gougging us.You go up on the prices OK....but turn around and give us less thats not adding up.

Food is decent at best. The customer service is terrible. The staff is extremely rude and don’t appear clean. It’s obvious they have zero standards when it comes to customer service. I’ve seen staff out back behind the restaurant smoking while no one was in front to service anyone. It’s the audacity and attitude for me will not patronize again.

The only way I could come on here and give my review was to give them one star if I had it my way I will give them no stars this was the worst place I have ever been. 1. He was very disrespectful had his music turned up where I couldn’t really hear him 2. the food was horrible the chicken taste like wood. only thing was good was the cornbread sad place to go to never never ever again. If I wasn’t on my lunch break I would’ve asked for my money back so disrespectful.

HALF STAR!! nothing looks sanitary greasy walls "cooks" didn't feel like preparing anything but Wings + Wings were so bad my dog won't eat them. SAVE YOUR MONEY or go to a Coney. Sweetwaters been a joke since 2009..

My husband and I REALLY like the wings here. We always order a full order with seasoned fries and a half order of Sweetwater wings. We always order thru Uber eats. Today is the 3rd or 4th time that the full order of wings is missing. Every time we order, we add the seasoned fries to the full order never the half order. And EVERY FREAKING time they put the fries in the box with the half order. Also, they OBVIOUSLY do not read the orders completely. I always check the box for wing sauce and they ALWAYS send ranch. Today we added a chicken strip dinner for my daughter. Wings are great BUT if I don’t get them I can’t enjoy them. $45 and an Uber Eats coupon wasted.

Last couple times have been a horrible experience with wait time and food quality but this is the straw. The wings were not fully cooked. Pink still showing on the bone. Meat chewy like under cooked meat. Horrible. On top of the fact that has always irrated me of them only offering 8 wings tops...ridiculous for the price. Last time. No more. I'm straight.

I didn't even get the food thank God it's dirty there ... didn't make pass the rude cashier that argued me down about what I clearly saw on the menu, they don't have air, and behind that counter is horrible it needs to be cleaned and sanitized.

I came in to pick up a doordash order but I have ordered food for delivery from here before. It smelled soo good inside I wish I had time to order my own food. The wings are always on point!

Bbq rib tips-HORRIBLE! So much sauce, you couldn’t see the meat or pieces were. And the blue cheese dressing was like a tan sauce. And the Cajun beans and rice😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛 Please remove from the menu. It’s obvious no one is tasting food before it goes out! Never again will I purchase anything.

I attempted to call in ahead to place an order only to be put on hold for 27 minutes. After physically arriving to place an order, I discovered an empty lobby with employees gabbing on their cell phones. I asked if the phones were malfunctioning and the response was yes. So, I decided to share this so that future patrons will be informed to either purchase online or in-person to save time. The food is always great but the service is extremely subpar.

Terrible service, unprofessional staff, burnt nasty food, dirty dust and grease covered interior, rude to door dasher. Eat there at your own risk

This location NEVER OPENS ON TIME. It’s now 11:14am and I can’t place an order for my food. Looks like I will be spending my funds else where!

9 out of 10 times food great poor service at end of night find a better way to close out there day

I left a one star because zero is not an option! I ordered on DoorDash and got a call from my Dasher. The Dasher says "The restaurant gave my order to the wrong person, so they could not give my order to my Dasher." I was then told to ask DoorDash for a refund for a mistake made by the restaurant. I have been waiting for my food for 30 minutes and know I have to wait an hour to get a refund because DoorDash and Sweetwater will not answer the phone or help my Dasher. Worst decision ordering from here! These people are nuts!

I went in to grab a simple order of cheese sticks and fries for my daughter. I gave them 20 minutes when I came in to get my food a lady was going off saying her order was wrong and they gave her cheese sticks and fries she didn’t order. So it was two people in front of and two door dash orders.So when it’s my turn I ask for my money back plane and simple because I know I’m my heart the fries and cheese sticks the lady gave them back was mine and that they would still try to serve them to me. At this point I’m 35 minutes in for cheese sticks and fries and refused to wait another minute after they said my food was right there. I said I’m good don’t want a problem just my money back period. The lady was intoxicated and no one ever apologized or anything. The worst part is that tipped 3 dollars when I made my order but wasn’t petty enough to want my tip back. I’m kinda hurt my daughter was at home sick and craving something salty and the whole ordeal ate up all my time and I couldn’t stop at another restaurant and had to cancel a very important appointment to stay home and cook her something.Very disappointed will not recommend any one eat from Sweetwater ever. They don’t care about customers. Think about it, if they tried to give me breathed on fries and cheese sticks what are you about to get?
