    Avoid this restaurant if you can. It is worth driving to another location and you will probably still get your food quicker. Absolutely incompetent personnel with no care attitude. Waiting over 40 minutes on an order placed through the app - only to be told afterwards that parts of the order weren’t available. No one could process a refund. Again - no one knew how to process a refund and the manager was nowhere to be found. Others make good fries too. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else. Last but not least, this restaurant is under construction in the dining room area but yet has no separation from the construction dust to the kitchen. It is all wide open. Yum. Enjoy some dust along with your food. Where are the restaurant inspectors to shut this place down?

    Tremendously bad service. Can go during non-rush hours and still have to wait for 20 minutes for food. No one will be behind you in the drive through and they will make you pull into a spot and wait. Out of sight, out of mind. Staff do not care about doing their jobs with a reasonable level of effort whatsoever. This location could be so much more profitable if it didn't have such a horrendous reputation for its service. Common knowledge on the eastside that this is one of the worst fast food restaurants around.

    Honestly I don’t have high expectations when I go to a fast food place, and I know everyone is just trying their best. I understand what it’s like to work in food service because I’ve worked in food service in the past. And the redeeming quality of this spot is that I got through the line quickly, and the actual people I interacted with were very pleasant. But this food was absolutely the worst food I’ve ever seen, touched, tasted, from any McDonald’s in my life. And what am I supposed to do when I’m already down the road? Turn around and wait in line, show them the food and ask them to replace it? No. The point of fast food places is that it’s fast and it’s consistent, and so the meals are simplified and the process streamlined so that consistency is very achievable. But this was just a level beyond bad. Double quarter pounder from hell dude, for real. Definitely never going to this spot again, even if I’m super hungry, I’m just going up the road to Wendy’s or something.

    I waited 19 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches. I inquired twice what the hold up was when they were bringing food to the car next to me. I finally went inside to get a refund but it was miraculously ready at that moment. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the curbside pickup. I am pissed that it caused me to start off my day on a sour note with nothing more than a sorry it took so long. I could have gone through the drive thru and been out in less than 5 minutes.

    This was the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had at a McDonald's in my life. Me and my family stop there for lunch before a road trip. I ordered a happy meal for my son they forgot his fries My 10 pce nuggets was only 8 the soft drinks were all soda water. The experience was horrible. And I called the store no one answered the phone.

    We pulled in through the drive through, sat there for 20 minutes and all we could hear was screaming. Cussing so we pulled to the window and the man said we'd have to go back around, I even got a picture of a girl dancing and playing on her phone and they literally ignored us!.

    Visit today was not good. Took forever, some members of the staff were rude - although 1 in particular was pleasant and helpful. The quality of food and level of service is acceptable when they are not busy - but the staff seems to melt down & completely fall apart to the point of not being able to function when they get busy. They need more staff, more training & more management guidance. I am done with this location, my New Years resolution is to not come back to this location ever again.

    Easily, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Did a mobile curbside order and was stuck waiting for over 30 minutes as cars were being sent into the lot to wait for their orders. The manager was uncaring about the situation and gave me my refund with no apology and just said "have a nice day" in a low voice. A complete waste for your time and energy to go here. It'd be faster to just go to Kroger and get the ingredients to make it at home.

    The service was absolutely horrible! From the time that I placed my order for a quarter pounder with cheese meal it took 40 minutes to receive my order and the food was cold! There were only two people ahead of me when I got there. There were 12 people in the kitchen and only three actually doing work with the rest just standing around playing with themselves! The manager needs to be fired and the staff retrained to either do your job or find another one. Fast food shouldn't take that long.

    AVOID!!!! This was longest wait at a McDonald’s ever!! I was behind the person who was ordering so I wasn’t really far back. There were two lines but the lines didn’t move for at least 15 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get my hot apple pie! I only waited because I was already waiting for so long I was hoping the line would get moving. Snails pace the whole time. Even slower. Pass on this place and go to the next one!!!

    When I first moved here this was a wonderful McDonalds fresh food everything was great. Now management is slipping, food and service is HORRIBLE. Take more pride in what you do or get a different job. To get as much as they do wrong is ridiculous yet you think you deserve more an hour. Yeah my dog I feel is smarter than the people that work there. Sausage isn’t steak, do better!!!!

    Went to get some breakfast. Cashier was complaining that she should not be at work and should be at home keeping an eye on it or some weird thing. She kept saying out real loud she needs ones but mgt did not listen and she complained out loud to those waiting for food.Pop machines had no ice in them and one set if pop machines the pop was down. I jist got my pop with not ice even though I really wanted ice for my pop. Not impressed

    I went through the drive through. They asked me to park because they had to bring my food Out, it took 20 minutes so I got out and walked into the restaurant where all the girls were just gossiping and chit chatting instead of working. Just then somebody was walking up with my food and the Fry container was only half full. But I had to go back to work and didn't feel like bothering with it. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. As far as service goes.

    I’ve never seen a more diabolical and horrible McDonald’s. This McDonald’s has really really horrible service meanwhile, the food was ok but it tasted a little different but they only gave us the Mc flurry and the diet Pepsi, and then made us wait for like 45 minutes to an hour to get the rest of our stuff from McDonald’s. I ate all of my oreo mcflurry and the mcdonalds worker couldn’t even remember our order and the manager was trying to argue with us. If I could, I would give it a zero because this mcdonalds is so terrible. The McDonald’s worker listened to what we ordered but only got the McFlurry and Diet Pepsi,no wonder why he only had other orders to give but our order and when my mom called the manager,the manager was trying to talk back to us rudely while my mom was trying to talk to the manager. Finally after an hour,we got our food and went home and they gave us an apple pie and a chocolate pie for waiting when they’re the ones who were being rude to us. I’ll never go to this McDonald’s again..

    Went through their drive through last Friday night. Ordered chicken mcnuggets. Asked for sweet & sour sauce. Young man gave me my bag. I asked if my sauce was is the bag he replied "thats your bag what you asking me for" I said "didn't you just give me the bag?" He repeated himself and closed the window. I've been trying to call with my complaint. They don't answer. Don't bother wasting your money guys at this nasty unprofessional place.

    This place should just be demolished. My reciept says the managers name is Chris. Chris you’re terrible at running this place. Why would we order and pay at a drive through just to be told to wait in a curbside spot. You’re running people back and forth instead of making food faster and more readily through the drive thru. Talk about working against yourself. Smarten up.

    My food is always cold doesn’t matter if I go in the drive thru or walk into the store. I think my food is always cold because the inside of the store is freezing. I don’t know how the employees stand it. I would have been walked out on them because the store is making me sick. But their new manager is awesome and very polite.

    Placed order and drove to the window. Was immediately told to go to waiting area. Waited 7-8 minutes. Food arrived and the girl asked for a tip? Are you serious!!! Spend time making burgers instead of running out food, and serve the food at the WINDOW!!! I should also note I NEVER leave reviews. This was that ridiculous!

    Ordered breakfast through the mobile app. Waited 30 minutes. Went inside to try to get my food or a refund and the manager threatened to call the police because their lobby was closed. I then tried to go through the drive thru instead to figure it out and they refused to give me food or a refund. I then asked for a number to corporate and she gave me somebody else’s receipt with no phone number on it. The managers name is Porsche. This entire McDonald’s needs fixing. From the awful staff to the “food”.

    Need to fix the order displays. I couldn't pay there and it didn't print my receipt. Also openly arguing with each other. Not tremendously professional. Granted that doesn't cover ALL the employees. But perhaps assessment is needed.

    I went in the morning of 6/8/23 at 10:30 am and was greeted at the door hearing the manager talk to the employees like they were less than human. Because of the hostile environment I chose to ring my own food up at the self help kiosk. My food came out pretty fast but I noticed that the lemonade I recived was in a small up and the the medium ordered but.. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I could tell the manager was annoyed. I also ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and had to convince AND prove to that manager that I didn't receive the bbq sauce I odered. It was the worse. I may come back but the days that I see her in there I will be spending my money else where. She needs to be trained in customer service. I wish I got her name.

    Waited half an hour for food. They were sending every single person to drive thru and mobile ordering spots with no hierarchy or order. Cars multiple spots behind me got their order first. I feel bad for the young employees that work here because I don't think it's their fault. Where is the management and owner responsibility?

    Terrible service. Waited in line for 20 minutes, got to the window to pay and the girl had the wrong order. I told her what I ordered and my total was supposed to be $10 something and she gave me $7 out of $20 back, so she clearly can’t do basic math. Got to the window where you get your food and the girl opens the window and says “HERE!” And hands me a bag of food. I had to knock on the window to have her come back and she rolled her eyes. She didn’t give me my coke or my son’s Fanta drink. She only handed me a frozen coke, but whatever, my son drank it. Said I didn’t pay for the coke. Open the bag of food and it’s nothing I ordered. Rude as hell too.

    Very slow half the time they never accept cash. The only fast food restaurant I've been to where they hand you the card card machine in the drive through. This was a good McDonald's but now it's pretty ghetto.

    The manager just argued with me about the simplest issue. Where was the order? Dropped again? She wasn’t even on the clock and was helping me when she shouldn’t have been and then argued with me “but that’s just how it is.” Is she an indentured servant? Shame on McDonalds and the GP communities for fostering this system of abuse. Was this also too aggressive of a message to share?

    There's a McDonald's closer to my job...this one is quicker and more professionally cheerful. The time it took for me to drive, wait in drive thru, ORDER GET MY FOOD, AND BE ON MY WAY BACK TO WORK, WAS SHORTER THAN SITTING IN LINE DOWN THE ROAD.

    I had just gotten off a really hard shift and I went here at 12:30 am and received the best meal from McDonald’s I have ever and as well as that I was spoken to by the kindest women I may have ever met and she even offered us some trick or treat candy. I cried on the car ride home.

    Aesthetic of McDonald Cafe was pleasant. Meal was made exactly to order. There was not a long wait time for meal. Restroom was clean. 4/5 star due to slow wifi connection, and ironically, toilet paper in the holder of 1st stall was completely wet. The 2nd stall was fine.

    HORRIBLE! The filet had so much sauce on it I couldn’t eat it. The bread was extremely soggy because of the amount of sauce. I normally skip a bad review but this was disrespectful at the least. No regard for someone bought this with their hard earned money and had to be hungry if the pulled up to McDonalds at 9:40pm!!

    Got to the McDonald's after 6, Google says they open at 6, nobody was there. I went back 30 minutes later when they appeared open, and waited at the speaker for 5-10 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment, I said, "Hello?" to which a lady said, "One second." 15 minutes goes by, because im not in a rush, and still nothing. Even a car comes to the other speaker, appears to talk to someone, and then goes to the window, meanwhile; no further contact other than "One second." Lame.

    The heavy set manager with the blonde hair shouldn't be in management. Poor poor customer service. The workers have poor customer service as well. They need to close. If u ask for condiments it's a problem. Why should I ask for syrup and butter with pancakes? Do they eat dry pancake? They are the worst!! Close down!! The owner need to make changes quick!!
