Among all kacchi of uttara, its best taste is good as always. Here Kacchi is superb with perfect spice and aroma. Anyone want to get it back again. Jali kabab is up to the mark and Borhani is very testy with strong mildly spicy flavour. Sultan Dine uttara is a must visit for its significant food quality. One observation is, those whor engagged in serve work, need to be more sincere. Service is OK but serving like a robot doesn't look good. A little smile and a sincere attitudes is desirable for everyone. It sometimes seems thry are not enjoying their work.

Kacchi was good, but the staff behaviour was very poor and unprofessional and the total issue was unexpected. But the mutton pieces and rice quality was good. Zarda was also very good. Mutton Kacchi with salads and murg pulao and chicken roast was also very tasty and delicious.

Personally, Sultans dine's Kacchi Biriyani is my favorite. They were wrongfully accused of many things. But end of the day they provided me the most consistent taste.

Full of flavours and succulent pieces of lamb drizzled with fat. The potato was extra good. Everything was nice except their lighting was overwhelming and was too crowded. Understood its a quick dine in, tables extremely close and waiters running around. The ambience was not to my taste. So I decided to take out and enjoyed peacefully at my home. Recommended.

Got a bad-smelling borhani, had to ask for a change. If I hadnt been there, my introvert friend wouldn't have asked. Also, if you are not loud, you might get served later than those who came after you. Seems like they dont have enough staff for the crowd they get. Meat portions are shrinking too. Kacchi biriyani quality good. Problematic if you want to eat alone because the dine in packages mostly favour group eating. There is a good chance you have to wait to sit until the seats get vacant specially during rush hour.

Okay the food is good as usual, but found some hair on the mutton, and they dont allow dine in for half plate. Thats for takeout only. And I cannot eat a full plate, they should allow half plate dine ins too. Its a bit inconvenient. The service was not that good, the waiters were talking to each other and would not really respond quickly or take notice. They were not that friendly either. The service could have been a bit better. Food waiting time was 10-15 mins so came quite fast. Overall good experience 8/10

It's a good hotel, special for kacchi, I like the kacchi biryani of this place, the saffron sorbet and borhani are also good, the bad part is that you have to stand at the cereal for lunch, very annoying, there is no place to sit to wait. , the last time we were standing for like 40,-45 minutes.
