A great place for meat lovers with platters that are absolutely worth it. We had the El Dorado platter and it was delicious and filling. The meats were well cooked to the right temperature that we wanted, recommend medium rare for the steaks. The accompaniments of sauces and sides were also tasty. The cream of mushroom soup as a starter was a surprisingly scrumptious pick. Service staff were friendly and attended to us quickly. Was not too busy for a weekend lunch. Recommended, especially if you want to embrace your inner carnivore.

Excellent Bone-in Ribeye, cooked perfectly, juicy tender, and the fat on the steak was tooooo delicious 🤤 mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were also good. Hats off to the chef and great service from mamun who made my dining experience at Arrowhead memorable

It's great value if you consider it with the other steak places. The steak was better cooked than many fancy restaurants that charge double. The platter had enough food for 4-5 people at least and we struggled to finish it. Highly recommended for a hangout with family, friends and any large group.

We tried the soups as an apaterzier, the Onion Rib Soup and Cream of Mushroom soup were both delicious and something I would love to try again. We tried the tropical and blue Mocktail, both were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. We also ordered the El Dorado which is one the most expensive platters on the menu. The server mentioned it has prime cuts steaks in it, however I don't think these are genuinely fresh 100% prime cuts as steaks tasted pretty bland. Overall you should only consider this platter if you want lots of food to fill your stomach with. Those who are after taste should try the steaks individually instead of a platter, although I haven't tried their steaks individually myself, I have a feeling they'll tatse better than the steaks in the platter. Other items like sausage, rice, mac n cheese were all ok, again nothing to write home about. Our server Mehedi was very polite and service was up to the mark. Environment is alright, didn't find anything stand out, just like any other Banani Steak Houses. Washroom quality is poorer than expected.

I love this place, service was good and stuff were very friendly. The meat was juicy and tender. Specially Back ribs is one of the best one in the city. The atmosphere is average, and the service is good. Now that that's out of the way, let's talk about food. The food is pretty bad. Everything was below average. We asked for medium rare, and they gave us a steak that was overcooked and was very chewy and hard. If you are a quantity over quality person, you'll like it. For price, the quantity is good, but the food quality is bad, so it doesn't matter. You'll never be able to finish it there in one sitting. Another thing is, they'll ask you to give a 5 star review on Google, and they'll ask you to do it right there. That explains their high review here. We were there seeing the high review as well, and the disappointment is too much.

I have mixed feelings about The steak platter we took. Some was super good and some was decent. Side dishes and the entree was pretty yum. Mashed potatoes needs improvement. The show stopper was the crispy apple drink. So good! So refreshing. Thanks for the loyalty card

I recently visited the Arrowhead Grill Steaks Shop and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. Had El dorado platter this weekend from Arrowhead grill. I absolutely loved their steak. I had medium rare. This platter is enough for 3person. We couldn’t finish the platter though. If I talk about service then I have take Mamun’s name. He is a gentle, sweet boy. BTW you will get 5% discount for check in 🥰 Overall had good experience but you have to wait little bit after ordering the food.

The platter is not as big as it looks. It doesn't taste that good either. The Turkish kebab is filled with onion and smells funny. Also, please clean your washroom! The waiters were friendly.

Went there for steak. Early evening, place was almost empty. Ordered one steak platter and one steak. Food was great. Platter came with 3 sides. Loved the hungry ranch platters and poutine. Service by Mamun was also commendable. The platter is a good deal for the money. The poutine was also very cheesy and delicious. Will come again.

Had a great experience at Arrowhead Grill, Banani. I took their Salvador Steak Platter and Como mushroom. Both dishes were delicious.The waiter who attended us (named Zihad) was so humble and friendly. He explained everything and attended us cordially. So, undoubtedly their service is top notch. Went there a couple of times and their food never disappoints. Fell in love with their Thor's Hammer. Too good. We were always served by Mr. Mamun and his hospitality is always welcome. 10/10 would go again.

Went there for our Valentines Dinner date and it was amazing. Made a last minute reservation, so they could not provide us with a good seating. But their service and food was more than enough to make up for it. They served us a welcome soup, which was also nice. We took the rib eye platter. The steak was done a perfect medium just like we requested. They took all our small requests very enthusiastically and helped us have the most perfect evening.

The place was a notch above your generic steak restaurants; they had a good ambiance & even better food. A great variety of meet cuts with diverse seasonings, and the sides were excellent, specially both of the rice options and the mac & cheese. Almost all of the items in their platters were premium items that tasted phenomenal, only one or two of them feeling like place fillers. Definitely satisfied from their service and hope that they keep this up.

The place is so cozy and warm. I loved the atmosphere. The place was not crowded at all. Loved their way of welcoming us by serving complimentary soup. We ordered the platter with 4 sides (Saffron Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Corn Rice and Mexican Rice). The food was top-notch. Really loved it. Especially the chicken was soooo good. Very bad steak and service! Looking at their Facebook promo offer on Valentine’s Day, we ordered their offer accordingly! They dumped all the their food together including dessert (red velvet cake)! Just ridiculous! Their steak was not cooked properly, A manager tried to argue to us that we don’t know what a steak should taste like! Once again we were just dropped our jaws! we returned it back to the kitchen; he initially said they’d cook the same steak again but they eventually replaced it! They offered free drinks as a courtesy!

This place is a value for money steak place in Banani. I liked their Hungry Ranch iftar platter during ramadan. Ambience and service was also top notch. Recommended.

Foods were delicious and staffs are well-behaved. But, price is a little bit higher. Interior is good but may be improved to bring some extra ambience.

Went for Iftar, as usual it was rush hour so they served earlier cooked food (not hot served I mean). Test was average, noting extraordinary. The plater looked big in their promotional campaign but actually the size of the plate is like regular one.. Due to rush forgot to add wings in one of our players.. Overall ambience was good and service persons are well behaved.

We ordered the Wolverine Platter (1 baby back rib steak, 1 beef steak medium rare and 1 chicken steak, with 4 wings and two barbecued corns) with 3 sides and 2 sauces. Must say it’s an absolute delight to have tasted this platter! Especially the baby back ribs and the beef steak were perfectly cooked. More than enough for two persons. Also received a loyalty card. Great Steak house! Ordered the Meat Portland platter with saffron mash, especias Rice and sauteed vegetables. We ordered medium rare for our steak and it came out just right. The Turkish sausage on the platter was tasty the beef cheese hash was quite spicy which I didn't expect. The service was great, our server, I think his name was Mahmud, was very attentive and came to check on us often. All in all a good experience.

The chicken was well-cooked, and the dressing felt good; it was delicious. Mac and cheese with mashed potatoes was a perfect combination. I wish I could have picked some mushrooms as well. The drink, a.k.a house special, was good but nothing extraordinary. The place is visually pleasing.

Tried their Charlotte Cheese Cubes (Deep-Fried Potato Cubes and marinated Beef Cubes with American Cheese); Parmesan Chicken with Saffron Mash & Mac&Cheese (24 Hours Marinated Chicken Breast with American Jack Cheese & Parmesan Cheese). Loved their food and service. Mr. Mamun was in charge of my table and he entertained me well. Good place. Will highly recommend and definitely visit again.

Arrowhead grill has to be the most ambient atmospheric restaurant I have ever been to. The food quality is top notch with the service also. Personally the person named Zihad's behavior was so polite and welcoming. No scope for any complaints.
