I
recently
had
the
pleasure
of
staying
at
Hotel
Nandini
in
Dhaka
for
four
nights
from
May
29th
to
June
2nd,
and
I
must
say
it
was
a
delightful
experience.
This
hotel
combines
modern
and
traditional
aesthetics
with
a
touch
of
elegance,
creating
a
truly
refreshing
ambiance.
One
of
the
standout
features
of
this
property
is
its
promotion
of
local
handicrafts.
The
rooms
are
adorned
with
locally
crafted
items
like
carpets
and
paintings,
adding
a
unique
charm
to
the
overall
decor.
It
was
a
pleasure
to
be
surrounded
by
such
artistic
touches.
The
rooftop
restaurant,
with
its
urban
garden,
deserves
special
mention.
It
offers
a
calming
and
serene
atmosphere,
making
it
the
perfect
place
to
unwind
after
a
long
day.
While
every
property
has
its
share
of
deficiencies,
I
believe
it
is
the
people
at
Hotel
Nandini
who
truly
make
the
difference.
From
the
friendly
and
helpful
staff
at
the
front
desk
to
the
attentive
servers
in
the
restaurant
and
the
barista
at
the
reception,
everyone
wore
a
smile
and
went
above
and
beyond
to
ensure
a
pleasant
stay.
However,
there
were
a
few
policies
that
could
benefit
from
reevaluation.
Selectively
serving
food
in
the
room,
the
requirement
to
deposit
the
key
at
the
reception
every
time
one
leaves,
and
the
intentional
absence
of
milk
powder
in
the
room
were
minor
inconveniences.
Nonetheless,
the
exceptional
service
provided
by
the
staff
overshadowed
these
gaps,
and
their
efforts
deserve
commendation.
I
do
hope
that
the
management
takes
into
consideration
guest
feedback
and
revisits
some
of
the
rules
and
policies
to
enhance
guest
comfort
even
further.
Overall,
I
highly
recommend
Hotel
Nandini
most
importantly
for
its
outstanding
service.
The
hotel
may
have
its
imperfections,
but
the
warmth
and
dedication
of
its
staff
make
it
a
truly
memorable
place
to
stay.
