I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing spa. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The place is great. Rooms are nice. The food is good. But the problem is the hotel is situated near the main road so you'll have to be hearing loud noises all the time. Another problem is they don't offer room services. Overall, it was a good experience.

I flew out from London to and stayed at Nandini while in Dhaka. The staff are super friendly and attentive - from management to housekeeping, the restaurant staff and the barrista, they all go out of your way to make you feel welcome. The interior design is modern with beautiful traditional touches. The shop attached to the hotel sells beautiful homeware, art and clothing. The rooftop restaurant is stunning with lots of green shrubbery and hosts a decent breakfast buffet. Would give Nandini more stars if I could!

5-star rating is based on value = quality over price ratio. Just completed a 2-week stay at this hotel, ideally situated for us to attend our son's wedding in Dhaka. Very convenient and clean rooms, nice restaurant with terrace. Good complimentary breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially head of housekeeping who helped my wife during her illness (originated in family). Very special thanks.

Worst service ever.. I booked room via WhatsApp (number collected from their official facebook page). They confirmed my booking..but when i reached there for check in they were saying their sales person didn’t inform them about the booking so they cant give the room. I mean its their fault, their communication gap then why would i suffer? I came from Chittagong!.. I showed them the booking confirmation message but they refused it and their front desk officer behaved roughly by saying do whatever u can! Is this the standard of a self claimed world class hotel? Lol..

Hotel Nandini is a family friendly boutique hotel. It is located in the city centre Dhanmondi Dhaka. It has a classic green rooftop Restaurant and a Coffeeshop. Hotel staffs are professional and possess a high standard service.

Very cozy and new hotel (opened in Summer 2022) in Downtown Dhaka, close to the Parliament building. Everything functions well and space is clean and well designed. Rooms are small but you can find everything you need and A/C works well. Staff is super friendly. The only thing I was hoping for was the refridgerator in the room. Also some noise from the streets, so I recommend booking a room away from the main street. The rooftop terrace and restaurant is convenient and green and offer tasty fresh food. Excellent price-quality-location ratio.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nandini in Dhaka for four nights from May 29th to June 2nd, and I must say it was a delightful experience. This hotel combines modern and traditional aesthetics with a touch of elegance, creating a truly refreshing ambiance. One of the standout features of this property is its promotion of local handicrafts. The rooms are adorned with locally crafted items like carpets and paintings, adding a unique charm to the overall decor. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by such artistic touches. The rooftop restaurant, with its urban garden, deserves special mention. It offers a calming and serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. While every property has its share of deficiencies, I believe it is the people at Hotel Nandini who truly make the difference. From the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk to the attentive servers in the restaurant and the barista at the reception, everyone wore a smile and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, there were a few policies that could benefit from reevaluation. Selectively serving food in the room, the requirement to deposit the key at the reception every time one leaves, and the intentional absence of milk powder in the room were minor inconveniences. Nonetheless, the exceptional service provided by the staff overshadowed these gaps, and their efforts deserve commendation. I do hope that the management takes into consideration guest feedback and revisits some of the rules and policies to enhance guest comfort even further. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Nandini most importantly for its outstanding service. The hotel may have its imperfections, but the warmth and dedication of its staff make it a truly memorable place to stay.

The hotel seamlessly blended historic charm with modern comforts. The building itself was a piece of history, yet the rooms were stylishly updated with all the necessary amenities.

The rooftop view and the decoration with trees is amazing however the food taste is not upto the mark. I tried their Thai menu and it was full of salt. Overall experience is good

Third class hotel. Worst service. Before even confirmation of the booking, they ask about personal informations and try to harass customers, especially women. I would personally suggest not to contact with them via any female person as they are not at all female friendly.

If you are looking for a hotel with poor management, this is the top hotel in Dhanmondi area. You cannot get worse than this. The behavior of most of the staffs are so arrogant, they don't have any knowledge of customer service. They don't have any refrigerator in any room, so you cannot have any cold drinks or water at room. If you want to buy cold drinks or water from outside, they don't allow it either. The washroom is too small and there is no seprator or partition in the shower area; so the entire washroom becomes fully wet as soon as you take shower. They charge 4k to 5k per night for a tiny room with worst facilities and extremely poor management. I stayed many hotels in Bangladesh and outside including non-star hotel to 5 star hotels, but I have mever experienced a hotel with such poor management in my entire life.

I had a very pleasant stay here with my family almost 4 nights, found the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed linens quilt and the pillows were extra comfortable however there's always room for improvement. The location is superb..simply I am very satisfied.
