Pizzaburg is a signature pizza shop in Dhaka serving various types of tasty pizzas...The interior decoration and environment was fresh...Tried the meaty onion and meat machine and must say the taste was amazing...Staffs are polite and the price was okay...

Good food. Good service. But it gets crazy noisy often. They should expand.

Tried their Four Flavor pizza today and I love every flavor on it. The Deep Sea Fantasy pizza must be one of its kind because I have not found any pizza like that anywhere else! The tuna toppings, shrimp engravings and herb garnishing is to absolutely die for. For a cold coffee lover always in search for a good chocolate cold coffee, theirs is very hard to beat. Last but definitely not the least, I think I am in love with their white sauce! The well lit photo corner with just the right amount of mirrors must brighten your day, nevertheless!

I, along with my friends, visited on 9th August, 2023. We had: 1. Naga Burger (Chicken)– 195 taka. 2. BBQ Beef Burger– 205 taka 3. Juicy Burger (Chicken)– 175 taka 4. Cold Coffee– 99 taka 5. Mirinda– 39 taka I have been to 4 other branches of Pizzaburg and this one is the smallest, ngl. The interior is just average, but the space seems small & stuffed. It doesn't have much decorations like other branches, after all, the space is not enough. Their service was average compared to other branches of Pizzaburg. When we entered the restaurant, the branch manager (maybe) approached us & we got confused about if she was an employee or a customer. Even my friend thought she was some acquaintance of mine. I can't specify what was wrong with the approach, but I think they should try working on it. It wasn't very professional. Every burger has "chicken" and "beef" options that you can choose from. Beef burgers cost a little extra than the chicken ones. For the Naga burger, you can adjust the naga level while ordering. I tried the Naga Burger with 100% naga. I like spicy food. The burger wasn't inedibly spicy, it was enjoyable. I had this burger with 75% naga at Pizzaburg Khilgao on December, 2022. Comparing to that, it looked like the burger definitely got smaller than before. This burger had a cheese slice inside. Maybe they use tomato slices inside burgers only in winter, because there was tomato & lettuce in it when I went to khilgao branch on December. Or maybe just this Basundhara branch is bad. My friend ordered BBQ Beef Burger & I had a bite from it. It was better than the beef burgers I have had before, because the patty had a bite to it; it had a good texture. It was flavorful, but my friend told me that the patty was kinda dry. My other friend ordered Juicy Burger. I think it's the most basic burger they have. I tasted it & it wasn't very flavorful. Just basic. The cold coffee was good, but other branches are better. It had a really strong coffee flavor. Usually, I see cold coffee is filled with chocolate syrup/cocoa & this makes it taste more like a chocolate milkshake rather than a cold coffee. But this cold coffee here didn't have chocolaty taste at all– all I could smell & taste was strong coffee. But it had a lot of ice, so it was kinda diluted. If you like coffee, you can try it, but I will suggest you to go to OTHER BRANCHES of Pizzaburg if you want their coffee, not this one. This branch's coffee had too much ice compared to the other branches. Also, they don't have a generator. So, if there's load-shedding, they can power up the lights only (using IPS or smth maybe), but not the AC. So it gets kinda hot in here. The washroom is clean, plenty of hand wash & tissue paper. But it's a bit too small. Gets really crampy if just more than one person is there at a time. If you want ketchup or mayonnaise, you can ask them. These are complimentary. Our table had a bottle of ketchup, but didn't have any bottle of mayonnaise. So we asked for some mayonnaise & they gave us a bottle. But in other branches, there's always mayonnaise bottle on the table. And if there's not one, they provide it by themselves. In other branches, you DON'T HAVE TO go to the COUNTER to ASK FOR IT like we had to in THIS BRANCH. In a summary, I will prefer going to other branches of Pizzaburg rather than this one, because other branches have better interior & bigger space. Also, I thought they didn't raise the price of their food & that's why the burger got smaller. But possibility is, just this branch could be trash. Also, I tried cold coffee from other branch & it was sweeter+stronger than this branch. This branch's cold coffee was diluted with too much ice. So, go to Pizzaburg Mirpur, Khilgao, Banasree or Gulshan if you want. But don't go to this Basundhara Branch particularly. I like Pizzaburg a lot. You can check on my profile that I have reviewed other branches of Pizzaburg & I go there oftenly, but I didn't like this Basundhara Branch.

I must say Pizzaburg offers the tastiest pizza & meals at a reasonable price. Both their service and behaviour are quite excellent. In a word, they are just best 💯 BBQ Meat Machine : 10/10 Four Flavour: 8/10 Set Menu: 10/10

I have tried their meat masala,BBQ meat machine and the everything pizza. Most importantly I liked their behaviour towards customer. And all credit goes to mr salehin.

I mean they exactly serve what you’re looking for or you can like modify every bit of your pizza by telling them which indicates a very good service. I even could hear the song that I requested to play while enjoying my pizza lol.And one think I’d like to suggest this place is it should lower its fancy decorations rather increase more space and cozy and good looking furnitures which will attract more visitors. Hadn't been to Pizzaburg before, went this time. Pizza was very good for the price. And their behavior was very good and friendly. There is also a place like a picture frame and a beautiful mirror. They have separate smoking zone. Atmosphere was good.

At first I was astonished by seeing 4.8 rating with more than 2.5k votes. Loved the family size in the range of 1000/- which was more than enough for 4 people (full meal for person like me). Taste was great and their behavior is good. Their feedback collection is the one I think appreciate most. I tried red velvet shake (mainly made with strawberry icecream) which wasn't top notch but surely better than many class 1 restaurants. Just one thing, when we wanted suggestion about crust they suggested medium crust. Someone was with me who said he got suggested thin crust earlier. Anyway we got the medium crust as we needed to feel the weight. Surely recommends.

This is a great place to hang out and chill… Though there is always a rush and sometimes seats are harder to get.. I would recommend to visit around 6-8.. also their service is very good and usually a single pizza takes around 20 mins to deliver. There is a washroom though it’s small and for 1 person only.. also you need to clime some stairs to get to the pizza station… Overall it’s a good place…

I've tried many of their pizza's by ordering in foodpanda but recently gone their Bashundhara outlet to feel the dine in experience. It was okay-ish. The waiting time was too long as usual as online orders due to huge customer orders. The place was small comparing to it's popularity. Too much noise was all around the hall. But I enjoyed the pizza. I ordered a family size "BBQ Meaty Machine" pizza. Taste was good.

Pizza quality is too good😋 In my opinion, The decoration needs to be improved in this branch because other branches are more beautiful

Quite an enjoyable experience for my wife and I, today. Took Meat Masala Large pizza and 2x chocolate Showers. Safwan bhai was there tonight and was extremely helpful in suggesting different pizza options. Great manners from the employees as well. Definitely 10/10 for pizza, 8/10 for chocolate shower, a bit too sweet on that one.

Really loved their juicy bomb beef burger. Highly recommended. The service is amazing. Salehin bhaiya served greatly! Will come here next time for sure!

No doubt Salehin & Adiba apu are the best pear leaders. Also rafi bhaia was supper friendly as always. Also Bbq meat machine was very yummmy. Must visit and try pizzaburg pizzas..🍕😋
