Gym's good. Environment's sufficient. Equipments are no problems. I enjoyed my time here. Back in the old days, I was 89 kg and now I'm 63 kg. I'm currently aiming for a six packs body. Hopefully I'll achieve it.

Red gym environment is very nice, trainers are very helpful, I lost 16kg in four months, ladies section is separate, there are many facilities for ladies.
