The room is ok but the service is not good

This hotel is very clean and tidy with nice decoration. Box khat mattresses and cushions are very good. The bathroom is fairly good but an adjustable fan would have been better. A room with two double beds can be rented for Rs 3000 per night. The use of hotel service guys is very good. Good hospital services can be availed from here or in Panthpath. BRB Hospital. Square etc. hospital services can be availed.

Worst management with worst reception service. For me I feel very unprofessional behaviour as a unknown or first time guest.I notified and confirmed them one day before for a non ac room including my arvl time bt after got into reception they told me non ac room not available then whts the benefit to inform them early.

They charged extra money from me and the behaviour of the staf is not good Room was uncleaned After saying this to the room service they Don't clear it Used tissue in washroom Also they Don't provide dustbin and there are no cupboard in the room The room is so small as the fare is so high
