Entrance is very welcoming and staircase in nicely designed and lights are perfectly setup. It has a vibe. Everyones behaviour was fantastic, there was a soothing music playing in background which we really did enjoy. Excellent & delicious food. Combination of sauce with Sushi is super good. Loved the place. If you want to try authentic Japanese food, must visit place.

Didn't like the experience much compared to the price. Highly expensive but the taste didn't do justice. Many of the items from the menu weren't available. The place is pretty cozy though but they have mosquitoes all over the place. The waiters could be more friendly.

The atmosphere of Sushi Tei is amazing with use of natural wood and steel. The service is also outstanding. It's a perfect place to spend time with a loved one, but only if you have a fat wallet. The food is outrageously expensive. Even after spending more than 1700bdt for a single person's food I left the place hungry and unfulfilled. So it's not a place for the average consumer.

Heard a lot about the place. But it didn't meet my expectation. The ambiences are good, and food is ok. However, considering the price and size of the dishes, it looked over priced to me. They do not follow the tradition of Japanese restaurant where you get complimentary bites and salads when you wait for the food. Not going there soon.

Nice place , I loved their food. This place best for sushi lovers, you will different types of sushi in this restaurant. They also have fish, beef and chicken items. I tried their salmon fish which is good enough. Their environment is good. Behaviour of their waiter is good , they are so humble.

Amazing interior, Mild, calm, cosy interior. Peaceful music in the background.. All together creates a great ambience for sushi. Food was good, not 'Wow!' Expected much better taste. Their seaweed salad was excellent, and the fancy sushi which I don't remember the name of was pretty good too and so was the lemon iced tea. Salmon sushi and the other salmon dish were okay, it didn't quite capture my taste buds. I have had much better salmon sushi for much lesser price, so expectations were quite high from such a high end restaurant! Excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Also offered sanitizers on seating, and left it at the table for our convenience. Overall good experience.

First time visiting Sushi Tei today, the decor was absolutely sublime! Very beautifully designed and has a great atmosphere. The sushi was fantastic, fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors. Teriyaki chicken was also great, soft and juicy chicken with a slightly crispy skin and light teriyaki sauce. Some places make their teiryaki sauce too sweet and overwhelm their dishes with the sauce, sushi tei has it just right! Salmon was also great, fresh, juicy and perfectly cooked. Along with a nice side of Garlic rice. Drinks were also great and we were treated with a complimentary dessert. What else can you ask for? Our waiter, Anik, was really great. Very polite, helpful and followed up with us frequently to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Good polite staff overall. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you try this place out.

The interior was awesome, very much tastefully decorated. So a very cool place to hang out( and to take amazing photos) . But my problem is their price. The food wasn't exceptional neither bad but I didn't find it worth the price.

Sushi Tei is a part of a well known global Japanese food brand. So it is certainly up class and quality food! A must try in Dhaka if you are a fan of Sushi and Sashimi, as for me their quality is 5 STAR ++ as far as Japanese food is concerned. Though slightly off Gulshan Diplomatic area as it is now shifted to Gulshan 2, still ample car park , especially during dinner time. A must place for Japanese Food Lovers!

The food was not bad; though they didn't have any sauce other than teriyaki on the evening I went. It's a bit strange. However, the main problem was the service. The people who work there have no idea how to serve. First of all, when waiters bring the menu or food they need to serve the ladies first. I suppose at Sushi Tei they were not told about this. Then they brought 1 person's food but not the other's!! Their excuse was, "we bring appetisers first." Well, it wasn't the appetisers. It was the main course. Then they stated that the other dish was steak so it was taking longer. Why did they bring the fish early then? Shouldn't all the main course items be brought together? Finally, when they were asked to clean the plates, instead of asking if we would like to see the menu for desserts they brought the bill. Frankly, it was a jaw dripping experience. How do these restaurants operate? Don't the people who manage them know the very basics of training people first?

Nice place, nice ambient. One of the authentic sushi places in Dhaka. Tried their different sushi and rolls, rice bowls and drinks. Sushis were very good in taste, although it depends on individuals taste buds. Though I didnt try their unlimited sushi offer but read many different reviews about this and most of them were good! Good place to try on sushi! And if someone are in doubt of trying out the sushi, you can have a go without any worry about the taste. The only downside is prices are on a bit higher side.

Sushi Tei offers a decent interior and a quiet environment. The interior is done in a minimalistic approach. Which I found really pleasant. Sitting is very comfortable with different arrangements of table and chairs. The restaurant is quiet spacious. Now the food - I would expect better for the price. Japanese cuisine is tough to pull off. The staffers are very friendly and we'll behaved. If you are on a budget, I wouldn't recommend Sushi Tei.
