Bukhara
Restaurant
is
one
of
the
most
highly
rated
North
Indian
restaurant
in
Dhaka.
Mainly
famous
for
their
Kebabs,
Gravy
&
Biryani,
this
one
is
very
easy
to
locate
at
Kemal
Ataturk
Avenue
next
to
Banani
Super
Market.
Decorations:
The
wooden
ambiance
over
here
is
none
less
than
18
years
old.
The
restaurant
is
very
large
divided
their
dines
into
2
separated
floors,
smoking
and
non-smoking.
Each
of
the
dining
can
handle
a
lot
of
people
at
once.
Everything
from
lights
to
decorations,
from
chairs
to
tables
all
are
premium
used
when
they
decorated
it.
Warm
Yellow
lit
ambiance
&
their
chairs
are
very
comfortable.
Staffs
and
Management:
Bukhara
Restaurant
has
taken
care
of
all
the
aspects
to
become
a
good
restaurant.
All
their
staffs
are
well
known
of
this
&
maintain
the
professionalism.
Their
service
was
slow,
but
great.
We
had
the
following
in
the
foods...
Tandoori
&
Kebabs:
Chicken
Malai
Kebab
was
garnished
well.
In
a
plate
only
6
pieces
of
chicken
was
present
but
that
of
big
size.
Unlike
other
places
their
Malai
Kebab
was
not
creamy
rather
it
was
dried.
Kebab
was
grilled
very
well
with
the
perfection
in
it.
Kebab
tasted
very
good
that
gave
us
the
true
north
Indian
feelings.
Green
chutney
served
was
also
yummy.
Mutton
Seekh
Kebab:
Visiting
North
Indian
Restaurant
and
not
having
Mutton
Kebabs
isn't
what
foodies
like
to
do.
So,
we
didn't
missed
this
dish.
This
dish
looked
delicious
in
a
shape
of
sausage.
Also
it
tasted
kind
of
different
than
expected.
This
kebab
was
made
by
minced
mutton
in
a
shape
of
sausage
and
then
grilling
it.
It
was
red,
hot
and
spicy
to
taste
with
very
lite
smoky
flavour.
Fish
Tikka
Ajwaini:
5
pieces
of
Fish
Tikka
Kebab,
red,
spicy
and
juicy
inside.
Fish
was
extremely
soft
and
well-cooked
and
the
mix
spices
made
this
kebabs
so
rich
that
fish
didn’t
smelt
like
it.
Take
it
hot
without
any
sauce
and
mind
is
blown
with
its
flavour.
Mains
Course:
Butter
Naan:
It
was
traditional
Butter
Naan
as
per
their
standard,
thin,
well
baked
and
tasty.
Naan
was
also
big
in
size
and
matched
well
with
their
side
dishes.
Murgh
Reshmi
Korma:
Julienne
cut
chicken
with
afghani
rich
mild
spices,
Chicken
Afghani
is
a
great
dish
to
have
with
Naan
or
rumali
roti.
Flavour
was
little
bit
different
and
really
enjoyable.
King
of
Mughal
Dishes
the
Biryani:
Mutton
Biryani:
It’s
their
regular
Biryani
&
it
was
made
the
best
way
possible.
It
also
tastes
one
of
the
best
among
all
the
famous
Biryani
restaurants
in
dhaka.
Four
medium
size
Mutton
piece
and
a
big
portion
of
rice.
But
this
mutton
piece
and
rice
was
perfectly
cooked
as
expected.
With
its
authentic
flavour
and
smell,
there
is
basically
no
comparison
of
it.
Sweet
Tooth
Desserts:
Kulfi:
Undoubtedly
I
loved
it
too,
and
as
its
home
made
by
them
only,
so
it’s
hard
to
find
the
same
density
elsewhere.
Also
its
sweetness
is
remarkable,
an
absolute
recommended.
Pricing:
Their
pricing
becomes
bit
expensive
after
added
taxes.
But
quantity
they
serve
was
big.
Where
overall
experience
over
here
is
worth
every
penny
you
spent.
Conclusion:
The
best
thing
over
here
is
their
old
wooden
decorations.
The
ambiance
is
perfect
for
family
dinner
as
well
as
a
special
date.
I
recommend
this
place
to
every
North
Indian
lover
out
there.
We
had
planned
to
visit
this
place
a
year
ago
but
could
not
make
it.
Finally
before
durga
puja,
we
have
been
there.it
is
located
on
42-Kemal
Ataturk
Avenue.
