Amazing food, amazing service. The servers are really friendly and help with everything you need. All the food tasted fresh and just out of the pan as we went there pretty early. Their fish, lamb and prawns are must try. Actually, every item tasted amazing. I hope they always keep it up like this.

Great restaurants for any meal of the day. Located on second floor of Westin Hotel, the restaurant is the base for all food and beverages. It offer delightful decor and delicious Bangladeshi cuisine, served by very helpful and friendly staffs. They had a lot of food items freshly made to order, customized to your taste and diet. We visited in August 2021 and face masks are mandatory. The dishes and utensils were cleaned every 15-20 mins.

Food was spectacular. Quite tasty and well maintained quality. Good behaviour & interior makes worth the money.

It's food quality really 5 stars. Very delicious test and variety of items.

Loved their food. Tried their clear soup, sushi, sashimi, dumplings, pomfret, lobsters, beef steak and other mouthwatering items. Their sushi is one of the best ones in town. They used molasses in their roshmalai (a Bangladeshi desert) reaching the taste to a different level. They said the restaurant is at the 2nd floor. But you have to climb one floor more if you are taking the stairs to enter the restaurant. Overall, the management is good. I left my mobile phone on the table- their staff members were kind enough to find it and give me back while I was is a meeting at their meeting room. I really appreciate it personally.

Went there for dinner buffet. Food taste was poor. Selection of main courses was very limited. Heard many good things about Seasonal Tastes, but it was a disappointing experience. Along with tasteless foods, the service was poor too. At middle of we were having dinner, a waiter came and asked for the payment. Even after telling him we will pay after we finish dinner, he kept insisting for the payment. Really disappointed.

The price of food was expectedly higher but the pay-off was worth it. The staff were polite & reassuring. The buffet per person is what we got; the sushi was silky smooth, tasted quite fresh, and they've got a variety of drinks, and we topped our night off with a latte (which had intricate foam art over it).

The ambiance of the buffet was quite good. But unfortunately, the food really was not up to the mark. The food selection was quite limited and they tasted disappointingly average. The high price certainly cannot be justified.

Cozy 5 star environment but the diversity of foods are not up to the mark. More continental foods should be included. Salads & appetizers need extra attention but shushi & sashimi are outstanding. I was hurt to hear that beef steaks were not available due to high price of beef. Staffs need to be more professional to prove their five star ratings. Finally the price which is much high in context of Bangladesh.

The cooking taste is always good here. Pricing is at higher side 7.5k. Also, I thought they used to offer more variety earlier. The thick soup was too spicy. Other than that it's not bad. Loved the taste specially the instant fried sea foods.

There should have been more local food options & ready to go eat foods. I didn't like the idea of ordering the fish to fry and soup ingredients first, then after a long time they serve. Overall, the food was Ok & ambiance was great but expected more from there 😊

You will get an amazing buffet experience with a nice environment. If you are used to seafood then you must try prawn fry & pomfret fry. But if you are a meat lover then you should try beef steak & lamb steak. Please avoid Mexican dishes.

Restaurant with a buffet during lunchtime. The food is good quality, prepared with less spice to appeal to international guests. For instance, the biryani was flavorful yet not too overpowering on heat. Sushi and sashimi are available, I saw fresh pizza as well as They also have fish on ice, marinated with Bengali spices, ready to be prepared to a diner's preference. The biggest selection I found was at the dessert where I enjoyed seconds of the Gurer Malai Chaap with double espresso. It is a decent buffet in the country. Not the biggest spread of food but they covers mostly everything. Decent desert section.

Been there 3 times for buffet. Never going again. First time(2020) the experience was good. We loved their food and atmosphere. The restaurant ensured its class and taste. 2nd time(2021) we went for Ifter+Dinner buffet. All we got is disappointment. Most of the items were tasteless, cold and they didn’t bother to refill them. After a short ifter, we came back and couldn’t have dinner properly for this reason. 3rd and last attempt was yesterday, 31st december. As my husband was fond of Westin and it was close to our home, we decided to give it another chance. And seasonal taste just disappointed us again. This time we went for brunch buffet and found out less items were served than usual. 90% items were not warm, sitting there who knows how long. Couldn't find any chef at live stations and after asking they just told me to take the cooked foods kept there. I mean, if I had to take the cooked food, what's the meaning of live station! I had a high expectation for desserts but... whatever, never going Westin for buffets again.

We went there yesterday. Food and service was awesome. We were served by Hamid. He was so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be visiting again. We live in England but when we come to Dhaka we will be there. Hamid thanks for all your hospitality.

Most amazing buffet on that zone. They cook delicious food for their guests. They are conscious about their cleanliness and hygiene. None could ever complained about their food quality and It's tastes. People should go there if they like to taste different types of food with mouth watering smell and tastes. I'm planning to be there again.

One of the best dining in the town. Their food menue is far better than any other buffet menu in the town as well. Dessert of this is the best as well bakery. Sitting arrangement is very comfortable and the quality of service is outstanding. You should try this if you want to have a fine dining in county.

Food is amazing as always. They have included some new items in their menu. Staff are maintaining hygiene protocols and there were hand wipes at each tables and hand sanitizers at all points.

Frustrating menu comparing to previous preparation

Food quality during Covid period has come down drastically.

The Seasonal Tastes restaurant at the Westin has always been a favorite buffet destination in the city. I visited with my family last weekend for brunch and was slightly disappointed at the experience. The restaurant seemed a little understaffed and the present staff also appeared to be distracted. At the Kebab/Grill section, my Kebabs were served burnt, something I never imagined would happen at a place like this. My daughter wanted the cotton candy and a machine was quite visible in the desserts section. However none of the staff was available to operate it. Once we could find someone, he could not prepare a cotton candy after multiple attempts lasting more than 15 minutes. The assortment remains great and overall the food experience continues to delight me. It just seems the team got a little rusty during the lockdowns.

Went to seasonal taste for lunch. 4500tk+ per person. Food - Their live cooking section was great. They cooked our picked items in front of us. Meat and fish items was fresh and delicious. The dessert section was the best part of the buffet. Drinks were not included in the buffet so thats a bummer. Service - Service was exceptional. Waiters and staffs were very helpful and polite. Atmosphere - Atmosphere was nice and the place was very spacious. Chairs and utensils needs an upgrade.
