!!..worst experience ever..!! Coffee machine was broken and no japanese dishes were available. Ordered cashewnut salad, fried mushroom & veg chowmein though the female waiter suggested chicken chowmein. Total was nearly 1600/- around. Surprisingly they forgot to add salt in chowmein and didn't even say sorry. When we again asked for extra spice as veg chowmein didn't taste like veg then the female waiter put a annoying face and said that thats why she suggested chicken chowmein and it is our fault. She seemed like dam care and rushing to clear the table without permission and even before we finished the food expressing her annoying. She seemed so dam care that we couldn't even say to stop. Fried mushroom were also over fried and the only good thing was cashew nut salad for which they deserve 1 star. Please hire well behaved waiter and good chef, you are just getting star just because your location, not for service/food for sure or maybe just for the smokers who loves to smoke in the open space in yours and orders a simple drinks. This cozy cafe provides good atmospheric environment along with good food and services. But there is another rare charm that this cafe provides, which is Generosity! We were stuck in a massive rain, out of any vehicular service and waited in this amazing place for near 2:00am at night, the restaurant was suppose to close it's service by 11:00pm, but they kept it open just for us, furthermore they assured us to wait as long as its required. We were very greatful and felt blessed. Its easy to find restaurant with, good food, humble service and great Interior But its very rare to find such Generosity! I wish nothing but success for this restaurant... May every customer visits here and leaves with a great story to tell!!

The environment was cozy and chilly compared to 3rd floor of SKS. Me and my wife took the bento box and red velvet cake slice. Both were really good, especially the desert. The attending person Mr Alamin was cordial enough. Really had a good time, Inshallah will visit again. Bento box's price was 999 tk for two persons. Red velvet cake was around 200 tk, can also be share by two as desert.

I am writing this because I am annoyed. Ordered a pour over coffee. Mine was the only order in the queue. It is now 15 minutes since order and the staff are still playing with my coffee. How hard is it? A very basic filter coffee. I like the ambience, the place looks clean and modern, the staff are nice but it has problems. Slowness, prices not matching the menu. Maybe they are just not busy enough.

The access is a bit dark for my taste although there's a security guard posted at the entrance. Elevator was not working, so that was a bit disappointing. • The staff at the cafe/restaurant is very welcoming and helpful with the menu; service is excellent. • This restaurant is very spacious. So, it is possible to sit in your own corner and enjoy your meal. Also, a good place to conduct semi-formal business meetings. • A/C worked well, plenty of light, street view and clean inside. No loud, obnoxious music like some other places in Dhaka. • Easy access and plenty of parking available. Restrooms are clean. • Food is good - my guest and I had lunch. Chicken and steak, steak was a bit chewy and they might try to improve on the quality of the beef. Serving portion is good. • For dinner, we shared a Japanese Sushi Bento. Plenty of food for two, price could be a little friendly and the salmon on the sushi wasn't the best. A bit chewy, stale and not fresh. • To me, the smoking area in the open balcony and sitting arrangements are simply this cafe's best features. They need to keep the ashtrays clean. • Overall, an enjoyable visit. It was a bit disappointment for me. I took two iced coffee and they were served not mixed, so the bitter coffee was all on the bottom. I didn't mind it as I could mix it with the straw given. But after mixing it. There was no flavor. It simply felt like water and ice. I took it in white chocolate flavor but I couldn't find even a bit of it. However, I didn't try their hot coffees but probably they will be a little bit more flavorful than iced ones. This place is really cool and pretty for hangout. Don't mind sitting out at the smoking zone after dusk. It's mosquito farm there.

Shame that the breakfast menu is finished by 11 30... You'd hope that people in dhaka would be able to get breakfast till atleast 12 30 or 1pm on a Friday. For brunch...
