The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and comfortable compared to other hotels in Dhaka. They have a policy No Food From outside to Hotel. I understand that if it's for consumption during your stay to protect their restaurants and room service that almost no one order because it's quite pricey. But, even to leave it at the concierge because you'll be bringing it back with you when you check is not allowed because of that policy.... it's absurd. They are the only hotel that does that, and I've been to plenty.

It is a good hotel and super close to airport. Staff is really nice but service is super, super, super slow! You get old waiting for your food or for a coffee. Every time, every hour, no matters. If you work and you are in a big hurry… forgot your coffee if you didn’t ordered it the day before! Like me today. Super slow, seriously. It is a big problem if your here for work. Wait more than 15min for a coffee is really crazy. 1hour waiting for a pasta or pizza? Has no sense. I’m here for work, not to waste my time waiting and waiting… then they tell “sorry” but once my time is lost. I don’t want apologizes, I want a good service. I’m not sure to go back to Meridien the next time…have no my whole life to wait for a coffee.

It was fabulous. There welcoming are really appreciative. It was gorgeously decorated. On every place people can feel the warm of their hospitality. Well I took one of their presidential suit there, it was just mind blowing like space, comfort, decorations, simply Awesome. I'm eagerly recommend people to come and stay.

Le Méridien Saigon hotel is a luxurious hotel with posh room, dinning, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, free privet parking, and many others facilities. Latest Recipe restaurant where you can enjoy different types of foods. They offers a varied menu inspired by an array of global cuisines. I went there for program where the buffet dinner was arranged at the restaurant for an office annual buffet party. I loved the food and environment actually. Not like the average buffet dinner I have usually. Great location with comfort, luxury, and amazing amenities. Management and staff were very kind and hospitality is world class. I loved the rooftop pool and bar. Really amazing.

For the price paid, the poor online booking solution and the very, very, very average buffet, I’d consider The Westin Dhaka even though travel time to the airport is nearly double (peak hour). Their only saving grace was the guest relations manager - pure gold. She resolved my booking issue. I provided her business card to assist in booking direct. It is also essential to note it was Victory Day in Bangladesh, so there were not many guests / hence the average buffet choice. I'm typically not one to complain, but when you stay in the most expensive hotel, you expect the best. This time it was average. I'll be back in Dhaka in January, and if the travel time is right, I'll be in a dilemma.

Very bad customer service. The only time they do any good is when they want you to rate them on TripAdvisor. There latest policy is to protect the customers from covid by not allowing them to bring food from outside but they can go and eat outside!? When you complain they till to bay the hotel overpriced food.

Definitely a Five star. It is very close to the Airport and offers top notch facility for their guests. We have tried their ball room few times and the experience was great! Specially their buffet is excellent with items and taste. Although, the place is super expensive yet their roof top pool, restaurant and ground floor cafe offers so much more than just food. Highly recommend their cafe if you can spend some money for quality time.

Couldn't be happier with the service and comfort for Le Meridien in Dhaka. The staff are really caring and thoughtful. It was a great stay. If you're staying in Dhaka, this hotel is new and clean, they genuinely care. The pricing is high in the restaurants but there are plenty of places around to eat for cheaper outside the hotel.

A nice place for a pricey buffet! I would not suggest one spend that much only for experiencing a 5★ service and aristocratic environment even though I enjoyed the entire setup, their service, neat and clean well-decorated environment, and the fancy food. I don’t think the quality and tastes of the food were good enough. The rooftop bar was spectacular. I loved the arrangement. It offered every luxury to entertain its guests, which was definitely as expected. After all, it’s 5★ ;P

We went there to have buffet lunch. There was a lot of rush as offer was going on for black Friday. The staff of the hotel weee extremely polite and they tried to make everyone feel comfortable. In a time of rush you can understand how hard it is. The food was very good. 90% of the food was very yummy. Everyone has different perspective for food. Some might like 80% of them and others can find 95% of them very tasty and mouthwatering.

Request for a QUIET ROOM! The hotel is modern but the traffic is hectic and you can hear like you are down the street. The breakfast is huge and the choices are plenty. I believe must be a great choice considering the city level. In every special day they prepare a nice decoration To see more from Dhaka IG: stel._.a

This hotel is unquestionably five stars, with excellent facilities for visitors and a prime location near the airport. We've used their ball room a few occasions, and each time was fantastic. Their buffet is particularly good in terms of both taste and items. If you have the extra cash to spend on quality time, I heartily recommend their cafe.

We had a corporate meeting here. Their food was top notch, we had breakfast, dinner and lunch. The facility is equipped with top end amenities as well as logistics for any corporate meeting. However, the bar was very overpriced so maybe one should avoid it. Apart from that, the city view from the pool was fantastic. Loved the view of the new Airport Terminal 3.

Very warm welcome on arrival. Was given tour of some of the facilities and rooms. Very modern and spacious design/layout. Hall ways are surprisingly wide, as hotels go, making the environment nice. The main restaurant has great selection of food as well as fresh bread cooked on order and open kitchen view of in-house chocolatier!! Rooms nicely styled and pleasant. They have 3 private dining rooms that are catered from the main restaurant. Also English themed pub is quintessentially cute with snooker table and dart board. Not sure on room rate prices but certainly worth considering and proximity to airport is perfect.

Magnificent hotel to be in. Almost feels like you are not in Bangladesh. The restaurant food was good the bread they served felt close to home for me. But the pizza was lacking a bit, in flavour structure and feel. Especially sinces it's wood oven.

This hotel is very classy. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is great. BUT rooms are not soundproof. As it is facing to the main road, you hear the voice of cars honking all day long. So, avoid the rooms with the street view. Once I noticed that, they changed my room and gave me a room that facing to the air shaft. It was rather better but I could still hear to noise of cars. There was also another problem. Sometimes I tried to call room service or reception but the don’t pick me up even though I had like 10 attempts. I have never had such a thing before. Even my colleagues had the same complaints. So it wasn’t a problem coming from the room phone.

The hotel is close to the airport and very fancy, but the things I didn't like is the smell of the room and the very loud noise that you can hear of the train. But besides that everything was perfect, I overall enjoyed my stay.

We visited the rooftop restaurant near the swimming pool area. Food and drink were good and staff were friendly. However, we experienced discrimination as we were prevented from taking photos of our family in the rooftop, simply because we were not staying in the hotel. Meanwhile other families around us were allowed to take photos as they wished. We understand people's right to privacy but rules should be fair to all and not just be a tool to impress heavy spending customers.

See image. Vegetable soup and pasta w tomato sauce cost me about $44-$46. I did not get a drink because a sparkling water was $7. With taxes and tip, the water would have been close to $10. A beer is about $21 before tips and taxes. Prices only go up if you want some meat or fish.

Thank you very much for providing me such an amazing time during my stay at your hotel. But I would like to mention few points. First of all, the door lock was broken for all the bathrooms of those 3 booked rooms. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they provided me a reason which I found 'not reasonable' as they said it was for security purpose for example if somebody get sick inside the washroom the door could only be broken if locked. When I requested to change the rooms, they said all the hotel rooms have broken locks which is quite unexpected from this kind of 5 star hotel. 2nd of all, at the check out we mentioned that we only had one drink from the mini bar and the other was already missing from the beginning. But the front desk didn't believe us and charged us for the missing things. I clearly recommend that before the arrival of the guest, please recheck everything. I am sure the staff has missed this part and charged us for the things that we didn't use. This was quite unsatisfactory for me. Overall, I couldn't stay for even one day as my flight was within 18 hours. My uncle was there till the last moment of check out. I want to stay at your hotel in the future but if the mentioned points is not worked out or improved, I am afraid, I need to rethink. I was expecting more from you and you didn't meet all my expectations in comparison to other places. Thank you very much.

Le Méridien launched 6 set menus (each has 3 courses) from the restaurants Olea & Favola. I tried the Set Menu 3 from both the restaurants and absolutely fell in love with them! ◾The one from Olea costs BDT 2950++. I cannot emphasize on how delicious each and every dish was. The show stopper was the fresh Fattoush Salad 🥗! It went so well with the fragrant Saffron Rice 🍚. The Lamb Kofta 🍖 paired perfectly with the Harissa and Garlic sauces. The Baklava is perhaps the best I've had in town😍! I personally think this set menu can easily be shared between 2 people 👫. 🌊When the heat outside went down a little, I moved to a seat beside the pool. The view will definitely set the mood for a "lunch with a view". ◾That's where I got the set menu 3 of Favola which is BDT 3500++. The Mushroom Soup 🥣 had chunky bits of mushroom and the perfect creamy consistency. The Steak 🥩 itself was very easy to cut into (you can request how you want it done). The Roasted Potatoes 🥔 were my favorite! They were smoky and slight sweet. The dessert, once again, was absolutely amazing. Not overly sweet and moist and was perfectly balanced with the icecream🍦. *They're very careful regarding all hygiene practices.

I am surprised how this hotel is considered a five star hotel,I don’t want to give it even one star. Room service or guest rooms nothing is up to mark. Every time i stay here there is either something broken or not working ( wifi, phone, air condition, even the light switch panels are broken). There are mosquitoes everywhere indoors and in the rooms too and the hotel staff keeps on spraying horrible smelling insecticide which stays in the air always causing breathing issues, asthma triggers and allergies. Pathetic. My message to the management of this hotel is that the guests do not have time or energy to keep on complaining about the mess in this hotel, we need peace of mind and peaceful sleep after long tiring flights or work. So do not expect us to complain again and again but instead check and fix your rooms before checking in any guests. This hotel is way below global standards, I don’t recommend it at all. 👎🏼

Clear, wide and peaceful room with a comfortable bed and modern furnitures. Wide bathroom includes both bathtube and shower. Wonderful breakfast buffet and polite restaurant employees, as well as all departments.

This is one of the few 5 star hotels of Dhaka city. Lobby and other facilities are not spacious but the rooms are spacious. Food qualities are good. Food and room prices are reasonable in comparison to other hotels of the same standard in Bangladesh. Hotel staffs are cordial.

Its a 5 star hotel and it really is up to the mark. Went there for valentines celebration. The arrangements were Elegant and gorgeous. Price is definitely on the upper side. But i think its worth it. My photos will tell you the rest.

This hotel is a perfect place to recharge your batteries after busy day. Delicious breakfast offers huge variety of food. Lovely Natasha was one of the best waitress I have ever met. The gym is one of the best equipped among many hotels I have visited! Room has all the essentials that everyone needs, including super comfy bed, I love it! <3 Turkish restaurant next to the pool area it totally worth visiting. One thing that I didn't like, that my room was facing a very busy street, and as we all know that Dhaka never sleeps, it was a bit noisy, especially during early morning hours. But ear stoppers worked well :-)

It was a great experience to visit here. I was an attendee of a conference on behalf of a renowned company from Japan there. The conference room environment was very clean, audible, comfortable and manageable. People from le meridian side were also very gentle, hardworking and helpful. There was well facilitated washroom for both. There was buffe and many photography places are also found very charming. The overall experience was such satisfying that nobody will not feel tired and unhappy. I highly recommend this place for corporate meetings and conferences.

I visited twice . One with friends to have branch . And another was official dinner. I found the branch was more attractive. Foods were testy n finger leaking. You can enjoy branch and also use the swimming pool. Dinner was moderate. Didn't like thT much.

Location wise it is very convenient to get to the airport but you do not really have anything to do around. So, you are just spending time at the hotel during the evening. It has a nice rooftop restaurant beside the swimming pool. Foods are already expensive on the menu and with an additional++ charges, it is just too much. I never stayed in any room but few of my colleagues told me that some rooms can be noisy which are closed to the main street.

Staff are very nice but please don’t get me started on the cleanse of the room’s, extremely disgusting carpet is very dirty. Air conditioning. Ducts are disgusting. Positive sides beds are very comfortable room services acceptable highly not recommended though go to the Buffay it’s way much better and Italian restaurant is worth it’s expensive but worth it.

I think its the best place for meeting and seminars. All are well decorated, neat & clean as well. The staffs are friendly. The room service is good. But it could be better to available coffee. Otherwise food and services are quite good. Recommend!!!

It's really great hotel. For staying it will definitely perfect. You will get perfect service. Food and drinks are also great. You will get 24 hour food and drinks service. Also have different activities like gym, swimming etc. It's a luxury hotel for Bangladesh. It's also compair to other hotel expensive. But service and comfort wise it's also better than others. You can choose this hotel if your budget isn't matter.

The place is quite confounding and ideal for servicing. Despite the fact that they provide delicious food. Their buffet goods come delicious. Additionally, their rooms are organized and tidy. And the view from their rooms with suites is stunning. The staff is really friendly, and they always response fast when I phone. I frequently visit this location because of the excellent service. If you're willing of spending revenue on some quality time, I highly suggest their café. Excellent location.
