The worst place. The place located near some busy market like coconut market which is too noisy zone and markets makes this place dusty. The big downside is the hotel doesn't have proper car parking facility, though they said they have free parking, but in real the car will be parked in front of the hotel on the road and the road mostly used to carry cocunuts and other products of the market. I also had an issue with reservation. I was there when I had to reserve a hotel and the hotel was near me and I went there to reserve, but they strictly said, I'll have to book online, so that's mean they don't accept room reservation at counter. The three star rating because of the bar facility. Most hotels in Bangladesh doesn't offer full bar facility, but this hotel does.

Food needs to improve as there are no options. Friendly staff and there are big space. WiFi is good. More plug ins needed to charge my devices.

The hotel got a good makeover. Been there on 2010 but now the rooms have improved, rooftop restaurant , food and beverage. Just don't like the nearby area...just too crowded but this is Dhaka for you
