I have been once for buffet on Valentine’s Day what I found the 9th floor banquet hall was very limited in terms of space also the number of food items were very limited too. Most importantly, on that specific occasion food taste was not satisfactory in most of the cases. Staff’s behaviour was ok but they are less skilled than other similar hotels/restaurants.

Service is excellent. Friendly staff. Location wise, accessible to downtown. Water heater needs to adjust to use it. Apart from thst, everything is perfect. 💙

Hotel Bengal Canary Park is well decorated and the surrounding environment is quite charming. The buffet food service is very nectarine. I have visited this place to attend my official meeting. The behavior of the chefs there was very simple. Very good and tasty food, further want to come here with friends

We had a official meeting at the seminar hall at rooftop, the place was average quality with limited numbers of washroom facilities, meeting snacks were average quality. Staff members services were average and need to be improved.

DONT STAY HERE. BURDA KALMAYIN I saw insect in first day on fruits on buffet fruits, plates are dirty,every bed line has got stains,they try to charge you extra mini bar whch you dont eat,in nights shower water is cold, they dont even change the naylong bags in garbage box.... wow its really bad experience for me between 14-18 November 2022. This hotel must be renewed!

Good rooms and even the food is good. Location gets 2 star as it's located in a small bylane and offers no view as it's surrounded by buildings. A good option for business. Mosquitoes are a real problem.

Day one when I was checked in, staff behaviour was too good. After two days they told me to ship the room because there will be a AC maintenance work. Alternative room was very very dirty and the bed was used. Not recommendable

Several times I have stayed there. You feel homily ambiance and serene environment. Their complementary breakfast is delicious though the food cost is so high.

It is a good value place with clean rooms and a great Gulshan location. But it is a small hotel with a small lobby (not acceptable for a meeting), a marginally acceptable restaurant, and breakfast and frequent outages, and backup generator dont seem to function well. For affordability and location, it is definitely acceptable.

I am surprised with the behaviour of the night shift receptionist. He seemed very casual in dealing with Guest. I felt insulted with the behaviour of that stuff. And this is not his fault, its fault of the authority not to train him properly. Same negative body language and behavioural problem found in restaurant also. Last stayed: 19th Dec to 22nd Dec. Incident happened on 20th Dec Night.

It was quite a good place indeed, food was good

The food there was pretty good. Had lunch there. The chicken and fish curry was really good. The beef bhuna was sub par. The whole menu was Bengali food items. Sothere were a few bhorta items as well. Overall, the place and the food was pleasent.

Good place for outing. Large area, many trees. It has big field, facilities for boat riding, badminton, children play, horse, bicycling, etc. Food quality is mostly ok. Has different types cottages. Cost is reasonable.

I stayed at Bengal Canary Park Hotel from 30th Dec 2021 to 5th Jan'22. We also took 4/5 other rooms for several days. I am immensely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, very much caring. Particularly RIFATH as the front Desk Bell Boy was great. He went beyond norm to satisfy the customers. Excellent location with good interior, but old furniture. Staff are very professional in service. The rooms are clean, and in the room they have a mini bar and a welcome drink. But if you want to stay here you need to have enough money. From my side, it was costly and the food was delicious. I hope I will visit again.

A small hall is available in tye 9th floor. You have to take lift upto level 8. Afterwards take stairs another level. It will be quite difficult for elderly. Hall can accommodate 100 people. Buffet arrangements were given to us. Typing bangla chinese items like Fried rice, Beef chilli onion, Chicken Fry etc. was given. Taste was pretty good. All in all a good place for small programs.

It was an wonderful stay. Mrs Nasrin helped a lot from ger end to decorate my room. Room service was also good. Kentucky fried chicken is a must try item. I think everyone will visiting this place.
