Share some horrible experience 1. If you are a pool lover, then don't visit for pool refreshments, because they will inform you that the pool will be available but after that you will not be able to use the pool and also after informing them to open or arrange, they will not cooperate 2. If you missed breakfast, that means you are not able to take complementary breakfasts. They will say, kitchen is closed for breakfast but if you pay we will arrange the breakfast, if you visit anytime dont miss the complementary breakfast time Overall room is very good and spacious.

Just few days back I have visited Holiday Express, Hazi Camp hotel for few hours. The behaviour of their front desk isn’t satisfying. Especially the young lady showed disappointing attitude to me. As I get the service I will not recommend to anyone for Visiting this hotel. In the matter of hygiene, their bedding quality isn’t good enough. After all, in this similar or little more price anyone can get better service with better attitude near Uttara,Dhaka.

Over stay was terrible. There were cockroaches everywhere and the staff didn’t care about it. I read other reviews that raved about it and I decided to stay here but it was a big mistake. Waste of money. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am giving it a 1 star coz I can’t give it a 0.The doors lock was broken and when they were notified, they said it didnt matter. The worst part was that the room was infested with cockroaches. It was disgusting. The bed, the desk, the bathroom...even the walls and ceiling had cockroaches crawling. At first it looked all clean and then if you turn the lights off and then on, all of then swarm the room. When we called to tell them, they acted as though it was normal. The food was okay but you could barely see what you were eating since it was so dark. Overall, i would not recommend this place at all.

Not a good experience. Price is too High considering location. Presence of insects specially cockroach in room disappointed me. Complimentary breakfast was poor & not enough for a proper meal. Swimming pool was waterless! Overall quality not bad but considering price It's too much.

Not a good place to stay. AC were useless even they called it centre. They have swimming pool without water. They do have room service but they don't serve food in the room. Worst experience ever.

I booked 1 double bed room for my family. Room was well decorated. Air condition working well. Bathroom was okay. Service not bad. They don't provide food in room. Their swimming pool is very dirty. Gymnasium has only 5 equipments (sorry for not taking pictures). And their was a bad odour in their room. I think it was from carpets in the room. Restaurent service not so bad.

Great location(near international airport). Good service and clean.

The location is great, very close to airport, however the service is worse I have ever experienced. One or two employees at the front desk are amazing but most of them don't belong to hospitality industry! They don't even wanna talk to the guest and the few words that they speak are very rude! Same goes with restaurant service!

They are very near from Airport just besides the Hajj Camp. They are 3* quality. Internal Environment is standard quality. They have restaurant as well.

Hotel is so good. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Staff is polite.Swimming pool is on the top floor.Didny the food much and service is also very slow.

Staffs are friendly and flexible. Gatekeeper is also helpful. Owned by sylheti people. Good for people waiting to travel abroad or who needs relax after arrival. Cost is about 3 to 4 thousand depending on your need. Good for families too.

I cannot rate the Holiday Xpress and their staff highly enough. We would give them 6 stars if we could. I stayed with my family on the 5th of January flying out of Dhaka on the 6th. The staff were very polite and very helpful, the rooms were good and clean. My family were very happy in the 3 rooms we had booked and we wanted for nothing. We had a very simple breakfast which was perfect just before a long flight and then the drop off service from the hotel to the airport was a brilliant inclusion. The hotel was very busy which suggests they have the right concept and that was clearly apparent to us. The location is 10 minutes from the airport, so what more could anyone ask. We got to the airport on time with zero issues, all made possible by the staff as a team. Top class.... We will definitely being staying at the Holiday Xpress again because it just oozes convenience, good rooms and good service.

We now use this hotel as our regular stop in Dhaka. It is so close the airport terminals. They provide a pick up and drop of service for passengers. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant facilities are good, providing tasty food, for breakfast my family favourites are the egg omelette, parata, aloo (potatoe) bazi, dhall. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable.

businessman, pick pocketer, and a gangster get stuck in the same hotel. Their plan to relax at the hotel puts them in more trouble than they had anticipated. 

Very clean room and washroom for a 3 star hotel. Will try the restaurant soon.

If anyone is looking for our best budget hotel then this is the best. Every facility here is very good and Next to the airport they provide free car service to the airport.

I stayed there for a night and um quite satisfied about their service, room accommodation alongside their airport pick-up and drop facilities on such a reasonable price. I do recommend this hotel for outbound passengers those are seeking a best hotel within a affordable price tag.

Absolutely unprofessional service. Staffs have no knowledge how to talk to the guests. They load all of our luggages in the back seat of the Car with no protection. Luggage fall of and hit one of us. Rooms are full of BEDBUGS, cockroaches and mosquitoes.Stay away from this place.

Rooms are ok. No room service. Swimming pool was there, but no water😅. Very strict for the breakfast timing. But no problem if they delay for check in or airport drop service.

Food is okay - kind of oily. AC didn't work in some rooms. Poor wifi connection in room. Hotel staff was nosy - cornered me when my family wasn't around to ask about my family's status - so uncomfortable.

This is a nice hotel with AC and non AC rooms. There is a rooftop sitting arrangement where you can enjoy with your friends and family. They also going to set an infinity swimming pool on roof.

The ppl are nice but hotel facilities are very poor .

Me and my father stayed here for a night. We booked a single bed room.Hotel stuffs were cordial greeted us with a smily face.They were also generous and allowed me to use reception computer.I needed to fill my Covid self declaration form. But wifi signal was weak, I had to constantly move myself towards our room door to get better signal. Overall too pricey ..

One Of the best budget Hotel near airport.Their service quality is great.Remember to order food at-least 1hour before u wants to eat.They provide shuttle service[drop-pickup].They accept dollars but exchange rate is extremely poor.

The behaviour of hotel representative was too bad and unprofessional. 1. They will tell u that pick and drop service is available but if you are late accidently or unfortunately they will not give u the pick and drop service. This service is for displaying only. 2. One of my worse experience staying in this hotel. Ill manner, unprofessional staff people. Unclean room and toilet, if you call reception and complain they will not send anyone to clean and behave very rudely.
