10.12.2022 Located in Green Road,next to Green life hospital. My side it’s not a hotel,better a guest house. They offer family suites,executive suite, Deluxe twin,Deluxe Couple. This guest house is initiated by famous developers group sel engineering and Architecture. Recently they’ve renovate it but this hotel management isn’t proactive and professional from my experience. Buffet complementary breakfast is mess in the morning.you’ve to ask for several times to get service from waiter while they’re busy with room service.Most annoying part,they packing,wrapping and filling dishes from buffet table over you,I ask a omelet for 3 times and while they’ve taken I already get ready to leave from my table.As I’m a frequent traveller,I’ve checked in 11:00 pm at night and left hotel next day 3:30 PM. Before my entrance, I declare my schedule but they’ve charged me one day rent and next half day rent. This is ridiculous;when I ask for explanation they’ve told me the sake of management. Absolutely rude and disappointing.

It's a clean and nice looking place to stay. Located centre west side of Dhaka city. It's surrounded by a number of medical facilities and marke places. The second largest shopping mall of Dhaka Bangladesh, the Basundhara shopping mall located at walking distance. Many local restaurants and small shops are also located here. Though it's crowdy like Hong Kong at the down there, the rooms are quite and clean. Room rents are moderate to cheap in comparison. Good staying place.

I must say about this hotel superbly amazing… the behaviour of all the staff are really good. Check In was really smooth with reception… They were all so good The room was clean and very beautiful.
