Galesia is a guesthouse type hotel. It has n excellent location for the people who has business nearby as many of the buying houses and business houses have office in the vicinity. This is also a good location for the customers who prefer decent, posh and calm area for living. The price is reasonable. There are some in-house parking facility which is rare in Banani area. A restaurant is there which is mediocre. However, there are open places for casual sitting. I will say that it needs to improve its service.

Was there a Rotary meeting of two clubs jointly. I like the meeting room, that is very suitable for such event of about 50 persons. The meeting was concluded with a dinner of chinese food items. The cooking was customized at per our local taste, but felt good.

PERFECT RATING! This place has the best location right off the main road. There's a breakfast available in the morning where Bengali as well as American food can be found. Suite was very nice, two bedroom and a bathroom. A large outdoor patio on the second floor (not in the room) can be used by anyone staying in the hotel. Great option for stay.

Good location. Friendly staff. Deluxe room 1010 and furniture are old and broken in some places.walls dirty. So the room needs renovation.The permanent smell of mold and dampness in the room, so I could not sleep well. It was not possible to open the windows.Only two socket in the room and one of them ,near the bed, do not operate. So not possible to connect the led lamp and read. One of the two bed lamps do not opetate too. We saw a rat running across the restaurant- so you can guess the sanitary conditions. Breakfasts are ordinary and not rich. Only instant coffee! In my colleague's room 1001 there were some problem with hot water- it had to wait for hot water about 15 minutes after opening the water tap. Smell in his room was the same. So I do not recommend hotel for travellers who is particular about cleanliness and comfort.

Very nice place to stay in Bangladesh. I was there in November 2020 for three days. They are well behaved and nice.

Premium deluxe rooms are good as per price. But other facilities are average.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. AC worked great. Two things to know (mainly cultural differences) 1. All our rooms had a smoke smell. 2. Bed was pretty firm. But after a long day in the city I slept great there. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed three nights. Food was good. Black charcoal type of things were coming out from the aircondition to the bed. There are many staff with helping attitude but no was there to look after the customer service of those staff. My daughter wanted to have the shuttle service and discussed 3/4 times over two days but the driver turned up 20 min late. By that time my daughter was stressed out and called a Uber. The staff need to know the customer service standards for western clients.

They have a small conference room on the ground floor and an open air area where tea and snacks can be served.

The Galesia Hotel and Resort is situated at Gulshan Area. Without visit it is hard to explain about this hotel/resort. However, after seen images of this hotel /resort, their everything is quite okay. But present modern world, whether resort or hotel there should be swimming pole.

Stuff Services is good.Hotel room is not 3stars standard.We Stay TWO night.Late night we got problem for mosquitoes.They applied spray too but does not work good.I Can not say its good hotel for sound sleep.According to rate or Star its quality not like that.But Stuff served was Good.Also Room term & condition is exception to others hotel.Finally I Would like to say its Low Quality Hotel if compare the rate.At other hand This Hotel in the Banani area.
