Dirty and old hotel. Room door is even not closing. If you need hot water you should touch a button before 15 mins. And much expensive. (110 usd per night wow!)There are many better hotels. Policy of the hotel is also not good. They humiliate people.

Nice place. Well decorated. However, lobby and stairs are confusing. Specially when we went for lunch from meeting room, it was like we are travelling from one world to another... Foods are very good. However it depends on man to man. Overall good place.

This hotel is nice and clean. The people are very friendly and the rooms are spacious. Great hotel experience despite the breakfast which is a bit poor. No fresh coffee or fresh Orange juice. It’s all instant. In a country where there so much fruit you’d expect fresh juices. Nevertheless I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for close to two weeks for a business trip, and it was a really positive experience. Check in was smooth, staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was decent, comfortable, and had the basic amenities. The complimentary breakfast was limited, but adequate. The location was quite central, and next to Unimart, where you can buy anything from Korean noodles to clothes. There are plenty of ATMs nearby as well, and the mall has a food court. The hotel has a couple of restaurants, and they serve a wide range of cuisine. The gym has a couple of treadmills, a cycling machine, some workout equipment and a jacuzzi, more than adequate for business travellers. There's also a coffee shop in the lobby area. The staff are really friendly and made the stay much more enjoyable. There were some issues like with the AC, wifi, etc, but the maintenance staff were quick to help. Overall, a good first experience.

Went there to attend a meeting. The facilities are good. The projector was working well; microphone had some issue (minor though), staffs are supportive and well behaved. Food was good. Tried their nun, chicken kebab, fish fry, mutton resala and Thai soup. They served the food on time. Their snacks tasted good as well. Parking is a bit problem - since people are parking their cars on the road, you hardly find a place to park your car.

The hotel had quite an oddly designed lobby with little space to move around but the receptionist was delightfully warm & welcoming and remained calm & explanatory even when problems arose. The wall paintings, bedding, and furniture looked luxurious in our room but some tables were made of board instead of planks of wood, which were in real need of repairing since the paint started chipping off and some parts had cracks. Also, they provide "complimentary" food & drink items which are by no means free, you"ll be charged extra for them at checkout. The place around the hotel was serene and clean, I didn't get a chance to catch the view though. The bed & mattress were defiantly soft & comfortable which was the best part of the overall experience. They didn't have much tech inside the room but the bathroom was fancy, although I did NOT enjoy the fact that the bathroom door had slits in them through which anybody in the room could peek while I'm over the toilet! Not to mention it allows unwanted noise from the bathroom to be heard outside. And most importantly the room-staff took too long to arrive at the door when there are complications.

Good and ideal location .. in the prominent place of gulshan .. there is also unimart beside the hotel .. the hotel has good lobby and good Halls for party and meetings. Quality of food is a bit above average .. However, the parking is not so big, such a hotel should have parking facilities but instead, the guest has to park on the side of the road .. Or else it's a good place ..

They have negative attitude too much. Meeting purpose i was check in this hotel. But sorry to say, there service is too poor but price is high. Like me & my friend drink 2 cocacola & 2 sprite, 1 water bottle, 1 chocolate, 1 chips. From there minibar, but i need to pay 2492. But these products real price will be highest 500 tk. I also want to change my room, called front desk but they directly said they cannot do it. But we had other room. There behaviour was not humble. Even though they behave rude with our others members. But their room was good neat & clean. Please being humble.

Family of 7 including a 2 year old. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The service and the people were very pleasant especially in the restaurant and the door, we would always get a smile and a hello and quick response for any enquiries. The location was great as it was quiet especially at night yet very close to the Gulshan circle. The breakfast had a huge variety and an omelet stand. The rooms were fantastic, very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. We also used laundry service which was all done in the same day. Overall I would come back to this hotel if I visit Dhaka again, suitable for families and individuals.

Food is expensive against food list provided in package. It's mentioned B1 G2 but even all together the package price is expensive. Max 20 item even in main dish only 4 to 5 which also not refill regularly.

Expect food and beverages Everything is fine. They didn't allow to take outside food due to safety concern. But the food served in the hotel is worst and not hygiene. Have found a few insects in breakfast nuts.. Staffs are polite and attentive. Few concerns. Aircon remote was not working . Room is noisy.

Beautiful hotel at the central of gulshan. Rooms anr good and clean and well decorated. Staff are very friendly. It has a great view from the window. And by the way, it's decent noise insulation, so though you are in the center of Dhaka but you can sleep well. Also you have a choice of restaurants and small pool on the roof. Water in the pool is clean, but they really need to wash the windows on the roof. I think it's a nice hotel for this price.

I joined a seminar at this hotel. It was clean and well organized. They still maintaining covid safety. And all the staff was well behaved and helpful. I didn’t try any food there, so unable to say anything about their food.

Went there today due to an election meeting and buffet dinner of Jalalabad Association. The banquet hall, which was located on the 10th floor, was quite well spaced and nicely set up, though the hall was not huge. The buffet dinner was tasty, almost all of the dishes were good - except the fish which was a bit burnt. All in all it was a positive experience.

Extremely underwhelming! Went for the iftar buffet and the number of items were very low and basic. A total of 6 main dishes excluding the typical iftar items. A grand total of only one dessert! Food quality was not bad

The hotel is very clean, in a very good position in Dhaka. It was a super lovely stay, the room is very cozy and will give you the rest you deserve after being outside in the heat all day, the staff will always leave in the room free bottles of water to keep you hydrated ;) The restaurant was really good and offered a lot of options, both local (super good!!!) And International - I'm Italian and literally loved their pasta all'arrabbiata! Also for breakfast they offer a vast variety of food that will for sure satisfy anyone's taste :P Last but absolutely not least, thanks to all the amazing staff at Bengal Blueberry for making us feel so cuddled all the time!
