I admit that I can be skeptical of other's reviews, but this Holiday Inn was outstanding and all the positive reviews I echo. The staff was probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced (and that is someone who has been to well over 90 countries). They are OUTSTANDING. And the way they treated our children, patient with crying babies, and went out of their way to care for our every need...not to mention a room upgrade and amazing facilities. I have no negatives to offer. Five stars is deserved in every way. We will be back!

Nice place for hangout, Especially their rooftop place is nicely decorated with poolside eating facilities. Shadrul Bar looked little down. Buffet food tastes average but have good variations.

Nice Hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately it misses a roof top bar. The gym has a great view and the outdoor pool is lovely. Overall a nice and safe hotel with a good ambiance and a very familiar atmosphere.

Unbelievable service and hospitality! I was so glad that Holiday Inn opened a location in Dhaka. Staff was always helpful and service was top notch! Room was spacious, neat & clean and a true 5 star quality. I was always impressed with food selection and quality. Mocha coffee is a must try every morning. I can’t think of any other place to stay if I ever go back to Bangladesh.

Rooms were comfortable. However I found your staff rude while serving at the breakfast. The plates were being taken away without permission. Looks awkward. When confronted with the manager (a Lady) she kept on saying that this is what has been told to them. On asking for a feedback register she denied of having any and said if I wish to complain then I can go ahead.

If you want a new, clean, cost effective hotel with excellent service, this is the place you'll want. The team in the coffee shop downstairs and breakfast/dinner are incredible and helpful. The rooms are very big. Only drawback is the location but quite honestly, who cares! There are Uber that can take you anywhere for a few dollars.

Holiday Inn started its operation in Bangladesh recently. The Hotel is situated in a business area in the center of Dhaka city. We had a great time during our last visit. The hotel is built with all modern amenities. The interior is well-decorated. They serve mouthwatering food and their service is excellent. We were greeted with a warm welcome and got pleasant service from all the staff.

Clean and well maintained property. With its location closer to the highway flyover, based on traffic, could be a 20-30 mins drive from the international airport. Staffs are very friendly, supportive and polite. Room was spacious, clean and has qiblah indication as well. The breakfast buffet menu in the restaurant is more than awesome and tastes so close to its authenticity. Probably a person from any part of the world can get a cuisine that they would prefer for breakfast.

The rooms are nice but the location is at an odd place. The reason I'm saying this, you won't find any grocery shops or pharmacy anywhere around the hotel. Also, not much activities compare to the charge. And if you want to drink, avoid this hotel. They charge too much. You can drink that for half the price even at 5 star resorts.

Holiday Inn City centre, is a very nice, modern, luxurious hotel with wonderful, kind, accommodating staff! Their customer services are beyond expectations say the manager and he made sure that everything should take care of for kids. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and quite responsive to any concerns I had. The traffic from below was my main issue but that's something good ear plugs can fix. The food was great and the view from the rooftop is fantastic.

The new five star hotel is built in near Hatir Jheel area Dhaka city. It's chain hotel of holiday inn group. hopefully it will give us a good service as we have got in foreign countries.

Beautiful swimming pool area and well equipped fitness centre with 360 degree view. Rooms are spacious and gorgeous looking. The best part is all the room has a wide window. Sardul Bar has a European style look with lot of choices…….. i can guarantee that you will not regret your visits to this awesome facility.

New hotel in Bangladesh, but I am not 100% sure whether its under international franchisee or not. Have visited short while during Ramadan to enjoy B1G3 free🤓, so obviously the items of food was limited. But food presentation was good felt more as usual dishes no extra ordinary dishes was there. Overall enjoy the test of food whatever was presented. Like the roof top at 19th floor the most at night.

Arrived from London luckily that day was grand opening of Dhaka holiday inn. Had a very pleasant 2 night stay here, the staff we’re very friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and the roof top swimming pool was amazing, overall outstanding service! Would definitely recommend to others.

I stayed in Holiday Inn Dhaka from 1-4 May 2023. It was for a business trip. The room was spacious. The morning breakfast was good, but it needs to include more Western food than the local type of food. Friendly staff, and they were always helpful. Always very quick in service. One thing I was missing in the room that pen and a piece of paper. That needs some time to write down quick notes. The phone was a little bit different. The hotel room could provide a good information booklet in each room. In overall, I recommend this hotel, but the transport system close to the hotel is not very convenient.

A great new hotel in the central business district ! I liked almost all - their vibe, service, smile and everything! Stayed 8 nights for work. What I liked: 1. Brand new building and rooms - their cleanness and house keeping are top notch ! 2. Service of staff- very efficient and customer oriented, starting from Security persons to duty managers, concierge, receptionists, dining staff, fitness staff. They tried to do their best ! 3. Beautiful roof-top pool, jacuzzi, steam, and dry sauna in a changing room ! Clean and functional. 4. Room is spacious and fully equipped. As an IHG elite, we had a nice treatment. 5. I highly recommend to take their airport transfer (w fee) at least your arrival. They arranged with the airport to pick up inside the airport ! Rest was really smooth and can avoid all Airport chaos. 6. The location was good for my purpose moving around the city. (But not in a posh area) As a new hotel I suggest the following to grow more: 1. In room-dining. We ordered the first day and stopped ordering. They made mistakes in pricing (higher of course) and vegetable curry was not edible. (We ate outside and found many nice restaurants !) As breakfast is great, this can be improved. 2. Security- the hotel is facing a main road thus could not be covered by walls completely, leaving the security incomplete. Any car can approach very close to the entrance, then the hotel search the car … any malicious cars or armed men can not be stopped. 3. Pool area has no shadow, no umbrella. Cabana cover was broken! A pool side shower was covered by mattresses and cushions, thud not one was able to take shower before going to pool - degrading water quality and hygiene. (This was addressed but hope they keep the shower usable always) 4. Water in general looks brown - though it is purified. 5. A jet bath in a locker room looked nice but was not functional yet. 6. Their restaurants on 16th floor ((Indian, and English pub), were not opened yet. So limited dining option. No alcohol license yet but hope will come soon (respecting local culture! Of course). I hope to see the improvements when I return (definitely return).

A very nice, modern, luxurious hotel with wonderful, kind, accommodating staff! They went above and beyond our expectations of customer service, and they were so sweet to our kids. We really appreciated the free upgrade to a suite. The manager (I think his name was Suman) made sure that everything was taken care of for us and our kids. We will be coming back there again in late October, and recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre looks big and boring from the outside with a flyover at the front but the entrance looks clean, cheerful & polished with brand new furniture and decor. Holiday Inn is located 2 min walking distance from Hatirjheel is a lakefront that is ideal for running in the morning but there is no nearby convenience shopping or street food area. This hotel looks suitable for visitors traveling for a business meeting considering its location and connectivity with the commercially important area. One of the major constraints is traveling from and towards Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (12 km).

We have recently visited there. We stayed there for 1 night. Our one night standing experience was very good. There the staff were very helpful. Nice standing in reasonable price. So, it was perfect to me.

The bar collection and service is poor. They have live music but the singers are less professional. They don't have minimum sense of sound pollution and music volume is abnormally high. The floor managers seem less concerned about customer feedback or comfort. Food in the restaurant is average though the price is too high. I expected better service from them.
