Very big area for low and medium income people. Quite good are and building but need to more maintaining for this. Playground area is not maintain properly. However this place is very livable.

I have been living in the Uttara apartment project for the last one year. The only reason I came here was because of the environment and cleanliness. This area is suitable for living as I have two children. They enjoy this area , playground!

Project is big and good but workmanship, Engineering planning leads to failure of the project scholl,college nor any hospital yet to develop. Restaurant, market, grocerw,crockery mRket is properly absent till date. Recently, mile stone college inaugurated a branch renting some flats. Mosque is under construction.

Its very beautiful and peaceful place.Its now also developing Apartment. Very Healthy and neat place place for leaving. Its a secure Residential Area .

It's a nice place for living. Perhaps it is the finest residential area of south Asia region. I love this place very much. Hope the infrastructure and environment of the area will be more beautiful in near future.
