Employees are not well concerned about their customers. Talk about the quality of food, fried chicken 🍗 tested good but I expected better. Thank you.

Actually, i have won a contest which has been organised by KFC for Valentine. So i visited the Gulshan branch and took my meal. Kid friendly and tasty food undoubtedly.

The value packs were very reasonably priced. Only drawback is I think the fired chickens, the wings, the chicken strips all taste exactly same.

Bangladesh KFC is very disappointing. Not worth it. Fried chicken is quite bland and nothing like international KFC. Only thing I liked were their fries.

If you are a real chicken lover and dare to try new things than the Chicken taco is your thing. The newly introduced Taco is good. They have added fresh salad at the top of the taco and that added more taste in the food. Salad dressing were tasty. Rather than purchasing taco only it is better to purchase a whole meal.

They have a pay first system. But their service is nice. They serve after the order. They are usually very quick too. The food is great. Their policies are nice. You can exchange the items inside their set menus for good pricing if necessary. For example, I don't drink pepsi, so the price was adjusted with another drink. The environment is nice. Yesterday, I had the chance to visit this outlet, which is located in a scenic spot near a park and a lake. The interior was impressive, with a neat and clean ambiance. I ordered the rice box combo for 299Tk, which included a rice box, chicken wings, and Pepsi. The rice box was decent, but not remarkable. I would rate it 6.5 out of 10. The chicken wings, on the other hand, were delicious and crispy. I would give them 9 out of 10. However, there was one issue that bothered me. They did not have any table or desk menu, only one big menu on the counter for ordering. This was inconvenient for me, as I have some trouble with my eyesight. I had to squint and strain to read the menu from afar. I think they should provide a table menu for better service and customer satisfaction.

Service is good. They tried to make comfortable within tiny space. But environment is good.

A great place to take a quick bite. Usually crowded during the afternoon and evening. Menu is usual KFC menu. Service is usually fast. There also a place for children's to play. Which is great as parents can let the children's play before they take the meal. There are a few dessert options as well.

Suddenly the plan but the experience was so good and their food outstanding so far. But, I don’t know why their rice quantity is so poor. I think they should serve a full bowl of rice ( The bowl was so small) And, they should make the quality of the sauce. Hopefully they will be considered it. Over all food is so good with their good service and fast served.

You guys don't bother about online order. This is 2nd time I have placed an online order but no one bothered to update me anything. If you not capable of taking online orders then please don't waste our time and your brand image. Very disappointed. Order number was 21889.

To be honest, I have tried KFC in DUbai which is way way more better than this. I mean the difference is like day and night. The portions are much bigger, the chicken is tastier, the fries are fresher, the drinks are so much bigger, the menu has way more and better options and deals, I wish KFC pays attention to its franchisees and keeps an eye on them to maintain the quality all over the world. I enjoyed the place but the food quality has to be improved to an international standard. One this worth mentioning is that service and the food delivery time was very fast. G

Their signature item chicken fry is not as good as the previous time. But grilled chicken is very good. Zinger burger is the best as always. I think they should concentrate on chicken fry. Unfortunately my visit to Khilgaon branch was not good to visit again. Gulshan branch is good.

One of the flagship brand restaurant in Dhaka since 2005. They been serving the authentic KFC fried chicken which is Hot and Crispy. The have another flavour which is grilled...apart from this they have huge sides and good amount of drinks to choose from. The location is a bit inside from main street but the brand name is so huge that anyone cane help you find it if you are not using google map.

The wings are the best item here. Don't even try the somked grill chicken. It is a very distant item from its picture.

Everything was up to the par from what I've experienced and expected from KFC. My only complaint was even after specifically stating no ice in our drinks there still was in one which unfortunately was a takeout purchase

Recently changed the place, 100 meter just straight opposite rode inside new cozy but same staffed but a bit minimized-demarcation. A suitable place to take Lunch, it seems to me. Price are not higher comperatively with others in this area. Their seething place and internal decoration are so so attractive. Chicken pop corn were not crispy at all. Though they replaced our order but the second batch was almost same. We didn't want to bother them anymore. So, we didn't say anything further. But the taste was good. We ordered chizza (their new arrival). The taste was okay but wasn't crispy enough. Their staff's behaviour is very nice. They didn't get bothered when we asked them to replace our order. I will check that place again with the hope of improvements.

Well known place for having some foods. Tried their Chicken Taco, rice box and crispy chicken. It was good as always. Expected better taste in the tacos.

Love their zinger meal specially the burger. Absolutely hate the taste if spicy flaming hot chicken. Fries are okay and can be improved I think. But one thing I always notice is that they are super late. The staffs aren’t helpful, so don't like their service.

I think they have upgraded their service. They used to take 30-40 minutes now 20 minutes. Keep upgrading your service time.

If you think its the same KFC , on the road side , beside the pizza hut , you will be totally wrong as they mived to opposite of the previous location. so keep an eye for it . Took their new kfc double down. Price is little bit higher but I was satisfied with the taste. Chickens were very crispy and tasty as always. Their stuff's behavior was very good. They told me it took 10 minutes to serve as it was not made. They served it within 10 minutes. So, service was very satisfied. It was a great experience for me.

Being in the busiest and corporate place, they do a very faster service normally. Have a usual KFC decoration. Enough seating arrangement. But it is much more smaller than Dhanmondi KFC, even the earlier Gulsan-1 KFC. It will be better if spacing can be increased. Enough parking facility.

i ordered food for my assistant ridham and he said he was served rotten chicken and coke that was barely sweet and tasted like the buriganga river. didnt expect this kind of service from a company and well rated company like kfc. my assistant was very dissapointed and then he couldnt sleep because of stomach pain and vomiting in toilet not forgetting the diarrhoea he had

Food quality isn't up to the price. The table arrangement is really bad. You won't feel comfortable in most of them besides a few on the side. Some of them feels like on the way.

I ordered the zinger burger, the chicken was crispy, the buns were soft and warm, personally I didn't like the mustard sauce they put inside the burger, Then I also had the drum sticks 🤤, the crunchy sound ,every time you bite into it, so satisfying So for food -8 As for environment, there was a playing zone for the kids, the adults can sit at a distance and watch over their children while enjoying their own time , so for environment -8 What I don't like is the price , I think it's slightly overpriced compared to other options available.
