Had Table buffet non-veg, costs 1700+ with vat tax per person. Although a bit expensive but It's totally worth it! The serving with ambiance is top notch! Must try - mutton gulloti kebab, chicken malai kebab, mutton curry and kulfi. #Recommended

Had a higher expectation of their kabab items but unfortunately they were unable to impress me fully hence, it was just average! It was a table buffet and their service was really good I must say. They served chotpoti as a starter and it was tasty as well. However, what impressed me most is their dessert items! I've never tasted any better Indian dessert items anywhere before. Their average kabab experience totally transformed into a great one just because of their desserts. Chana Barfi, Gajar ka Halwa, Rabri Jalebi and Mango Kulfi was just amazing to have. They also offer takeaway items and I'm looking forward to visit them soon just to get these desserts.

Sorry! All the hype is actually for very little substance. The total experience was a below par one, not only the food. The restaurant has a large sitting area yet the tables are too close to one another. It’s not a very comfortable experience in an upscale restaurant when you overhear the most hushed conversations from next table. When we were there, I have counted that there were only 6 guests including us. 3 couples. And they made us sit in 3 tables next to each other in a single line. Whole restaurant was empty yet they had to do this! 0 regard for personal space. We didn’t particularly like the idea of a table buffet either. The waiter/waitress was coming to our table in short intervals and was asking: do you need anything else. This was not a comfortable experience. Both ala carte and traditional buffet is better as the servers wouldn’t bother the guests much. The menu is very very limited at the price point. 5 kebabs for starters, roti/polao and 3 curries for main course and 3-4 desserts: that’s all! None of the Kababs actually stood out. All of them only barely good. Main dish of polao, naan, mutton rogan josh, coral fish curry, dal makhani and mixed vegetable was not only limited in choice, but also very average tasting, dare I say blend. So was true for the dessert items as well. The jalebi, one of my all time favorites had a stale smell to it. I won’t recommend this to anyone. Average food at a hugely exaggerated price point. Never again.

One of the best sit down buffets in Dhaka! Totally worth the price. Really high quality food. I would recommend going there empty stomach & taking your time to slowly indulge in this huge buffet. Galoti Kabab is amazing!

The Great Kabab Factory is a chain restaurants, Lucknow origin. Gulshan outlet is well decorated but serving in a small space. The food tastes fairly good. But they are the best for kababs. The biryani tast is a bit smoky, but I didn't like it very much. Perhaps Lukno's original recipes may not look good because of the differences in the tast compared with our local biryani. Overall its a good place.

Went there for iftar buffet. First, their service was good. Staff behaviour was great. The place is little small and feels suffocating. Now food, almost all of them were delicious 😋. Prawn fry and kerala fish were really good 👍 😋. So was beef bhuna and mutton. There was enough main course. However, the desert section seems barely there. Even then, shahi tukra was awesome. You need to get all the items during the first or second time. Because they don't refeel the main course. But please don't waste food. If you are not sure of some item take a small portion instead of plate full. Over all experience was good.

Starter pack is far better than main course also the desert tasted really delicious. Price per person around 1500-2000 taka. Food was real good but the service was bit slow. They close around 11:30 and last time to enter food is 10:30. I had dinner here.. dined well.

Amazing juicy kababs that was soft and delicious through inside. 😋 It is a buffet but it's served at the table. You can eat as much as you can of their selection of kababs and desserts. A bit on the pricy. The time we had food there was 1600 bdt per person. I'd say worth it!

Frustrated experience regarding food test and process. They don’t have open buffet , they will served in the table which is not go with the buffet concept. In buffet we go for eat as per our choice not their choice. Generally other resturent has over 50-60 items where they have very little items. One or two foods are go up to the mark others are below average.

Service is not that good. They very slow serving their food. They serve the food on your table at a very slow speed. Taste wise some of the kababs specially the chicken and the fish kabab was good. They couldn't provide the kulfi even. They said the kulfi didn't frozen yet. They didn't provide golap zamun as well. Overall okay experience.

Good food and tasty and customer service Amazing, but the purpose of the buffet is a bit flawed. You don't have the option to select specific meals, you can only take buffet and you are not allowed to share or take away. They serve you one by one rather than giving you what you want. So the menu is not convenient, they serve you what they want accordingly. Kindly make menu with different kind of choices.

Expensive. We 3 adults and 2 kids went for a dinner. Fixed buffet menu. We had to pay 8000 all inclusive. Too much food and they will force feed you. Won't even allow take away. Food quality is good. But the price will hurt your wallet.

Service is something you can't expect everywhere and there's only a few restaurant that will go over and beyond for their customer and this place has done that for me. I think we went there for something particular but it wasn't on the menu that day which wasn't the restaurants fault but upon asking about the item, it was made separately for us even tho it wasn't on the menu for that day and the chef himself came and served it to us and apologized for the time it took to make and he gave it complementary aswell. Now that's service (10/10)
