I was in travel from Dhaka to Saidpur just before the Eid holidays. After completing boarding pass, go directly to UCB Imperial lounge. I had UCB card, MTB card, Amex card and had privellege to go all three lounges. But I preferred UCB as their service, food and other facilities are best among all lounges. It is true for both domestic as well as international lounge. Bank employee and staffs inside UCB lounge was very welcoming and well behaved. Food was delicious (complementary). Bathroom was also very very clean. I love their hospitality.

Recently they are downgraded by food item. I talk with manager. He said bank not giving them enough money for food. I will suggest if you have another launge accese then avoid imperial. They are going downgraded day by day.

They provide you with great service. However, their area is very small and serves you with very less varieties of foods in their buffet menu. Their food is normal and decent food.

Not much to choose from the buffet. But whatever is in the dishes will satisfy one's hunger. The lounge is very nice. Atmosphere is well articulated. There is a smoking lounge which is the highlight of my trip. It comes with a bar for those who drink. Staffs are very helpful and subservient.

Welcoming reception. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Food is about 3.5/5. There is a games corner with a PS5 and some books. 2 floors inside the lounge. The internet was quite slow though.
