I bought a garment steamer from them. The store is big, collection is huge. Customer service is above average before buying. The problem is after sales service. That is, the streamer became not working in a few days. Then I called them they told me to send there. I sent there. I called them several times in 15 days. Then they delivered it. I checked when I got this. It was just fixed with glue not anything else. They didn't change the damaged cap. Though they gave me 1 year service warranty. I told them several times to change the cap. But they delivered it just fixing with glue. After a few days it again got damaged. I never sent it there because I know they will fix with glue. They won't change it. Thus it is true their collection is good but after sales service is very bad. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND them.

MK Electronics is probably the largest electronics store for home appliances where more than 100 major branded items are available. The more popular items include refrigerator, air conditioner, television, water purifier, electric fan, exhaust fan, burner, oven etc. It has huge collection of various items of leading brands like Toshiba, Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Samsung etc. However, it does not have any dealership of any branded products. It procures the stuff from various sources including direct imports. Therefore, it is always a luck to get a good stuff. I was lucky to get one. No complaints. Though it gives a nominal limited warranty of one year, yet that is not adequate for valuable goods. Many of the sales staffs are not well groomed. They behaved very mechanically. I wish the store management brings more professionalism in its operation.

Less than a month after purchasing, the toaster caught on fire and they wouldn't replace it or give us our money back, only repair it. Fire damage is not something that is repairable. I have been trying to contact any senior official from MK Electronics to discuss an issue. Unfortunately, the customer service and after-sales service provided by MK Electronics have been extremely poor. The service staff do not answer or return phone calls, and I am unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the installation of an AC unit that I purchased from Jamuna Future Park two days ago. Despite my attempts to reach out to the salesperson from the store, the hotline number, individuals named Shamim and Raju, and even the live chat feature, I have received no assistance. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope that you will take note of this matter.
