The Banani Club (BC) was founded in 2012, as a family club for social and recreational purposes and to provide an atmosphere of congeniality, warm friendship and mutual respect. BC is a non-profit recreational and sports club for families living in Dhaka. It is run by an elected Board consisting of one President and eight Executive Committee members. The Club is located in Banani, one of the top residential areas of Dhaka, neighboring Gulshan and Baridhara. The widest mélange of people, the cozy atmosphere and superb ambience, is what makes the Banani Club unique and diverse from all other Clubs. The Club is at present a second home to more than x members, a majority of whom are Heads of International Missions, Diplomats, leading businessmen from different industrial sectors and aristocrats. With Dhaka City becoming grid locked day by day, the Banani Club becomes an oasis, offering the possibility by a short walk or a quick drive to enjoy top quality facilities and services. I visited Banani Club for family dinner invitation. The new building seems nice, clean and spacious than the previous one. Immediate issue was the parking across an alley road on regular nights. Although they provide enough security for all parked vehicles. Their food is very reasonably priced and very decent quantity and tasty as well. They usually don't offer any fresh fruit juices just plastic bottled cold drinks and can diet Coke. They also have a roof top restaurant which I didn't visit as a guest. But they are heavily under staffed and need to look into it. Overall I had positive experience.

It's a luxurious club . Nice interior with good atmosphere. Food quality great.

The location is nice as well as the interior. The glassed balconies have small gaps in them. They can put up a sign for parents to be aware if they let their children play in there.

The new building is well maintained but lack of parking for the guests. Food quality is good with nice staffs. Small family programs can be arranged easily.

It’s an aristocrat local club,where, a lots of well reported people are members of this club. For instance, industrialists, doctors, engineers, athletes ;many more sophisticated inhabitants of this area.

Banani Club situated at House # 150, Road #1 in Banani. Only members have the access of entry to this Club. But invited guests are allowed. It is a nice place having restaurant and roof top fantastic area. Foods are so tasty.

A highly congested and boring club. The only thing the club boasts is gambling and alcohol till late night hours. The parking facility is nil as all parking is on main road so traffic congestion on road is ridiculous. The club needs to sort out its parking issue as it creates huge congestion on main road. Maybe needs to be relocated to a more convenient site.

BC is a nice club. It's food items are very good quality and tasty 😋. The guest rooms have all facilities, very beautiful and quiet cheap but the rooms are only a few.

We had an event dinner here and it was awkward enough I promised my wife I would rate it 1 star. Mostly it was awkward serving, sticky floors and lack of proper baby changing facilities. Given the outward appearance I was a little disappointed but given the occasion my wife was very upset.

Went to a music show. Their decoration and food was up to the mark. The organizers were supportive. Their restaurant was neat and clean. Parking is a bit problem. You have to park your car on the road. Since the hall-room is smaller, loud music was kind of piercing my ears. But people seems used to it. The crowd got disorganized when the club started selling booze. But it didn't affect the audience to enjoy the show. Didn't experience the ambiance after 11:30.

Community club of the banani residential area situated beside a very reknowned place of banani chairmanbari field. Only the members of banani club can have the regular access and facilities of this club. The building is comaparatively newer and one of the most sophisticated clubs around the busy Dhaka city.

Good old retro design in the bar, but that television is a distraction. Food is classic yet savoury. The president of that club is awesome.

What a place.. Culm and quite. Awesome food quality. But memebers assistance is amendatory. Without being a member you cant avail the service.

We had President's Dinner from English Department Alumni Society (EDAS), DU, recently. The location is very convenient being on Road 01, Banani Chairman Bari but at times, the road is packed. The food was okay, nothing extra ordinary but can be better. Serving Staffs were nice. Overall, this is a fairly new premises that will improve more as time goes by. Certainly need to improve to come close to Uttara Club and then to Dhaka Club.
