Salesmen are professional and helpful.They will help you to choice better thing. t-shirt collection can be more enriched. I can't like their collection of t- shirt. price of the materials are seemed to overpriced. This place is not for middle class family.

I've visited much time at the shop because I clearly know that lotto's quality is excellent. They didn't negotiate with quality at all. I brought a couple of set shoes from there and feel their customer service is pretty good. The environment is cool, but the price is super expensive.

The showroom is big enough but all staff are not friendly with customers.

Their customer service was awesome, I just went to their for changing a pair of shoes which was order via their online store. I saw that they don't deny any kind of customer satisfaction and they are much cooperative.
