It's like my first love. There are thousands of swimming pool service providers in Dhaka. But I had fallen in love with this place. It was a tiny little pool then, yet so lovely, even more beautiful it was because of its small homely environment. It was a lovely little blue ocean under the open Sky surrounded by decorated green leaves among high rise buildings all around but homely privacy. The restaurants adjacent to it are still superbly gorgeous. The total thing, swimming, shower, locker, food and drink all is lovely on a close budget. I personally feel at home here. I come with families. They never had to complain about anything here, they loved this place whenever we visited. Nowadays It's even better. They opened a larger pool side by side for a bigger crowd. The good thing about the new one is that it is so much kid friendly, they can roam by the sides of the pool as it has a high stair all around, also who are afraid of water, can wet their bodies on the high stairs just to have some fun and join the family. I just go there for a swim and foods and so don’t know much about their accommodation that they newly added in service so that people coming from far away can stay overnight. It looks good from an outer view. Should be good, as the management is already good. If you visit the place without high expectations, you should feel very much all right.

Nice one. Was looking for swimming pool as my child love it. Found their quality is good. Water was fresh with no smell of chlorine.....have locker facility also.

Quite satisfied with the overall experience here. The seniour staffs are quite welcoming and accommodating. The pricing is comparatively much more affordable than other places. 300tk for an hour in the pools. The food that can be added to the swimming cost was quite good as well; tasted fresh. The oackage cost was about 550tk that allows one platter of food and one hour of swimming. I'd taken a star for their lack of towels, extra charge for the lockers and congested changing rooms.

Great Place for swimming. Very cheap but the water was clear. The food was yummy. This is the only place that offers swim+food with this low price. Highly recommend for couples and also friends hangout.

If you want to swim and have good food after swimming then this is the right place for you. Hourly basis swimming rate, swimming and food packages are also there. Swimming shorts are also available for rent. Shower room quality has to improve though.

9th June, 2023 was the last time, I went there with some colleagues. The package cost 650 taka per person. Overall it was like, 6.5-7/10 I would rate it max 5 just for the pool. Because, it was just a basic medium sized pool with 1 hour time limit. The time limit is really annoying, it should be at least 1.5-2 hour. They count from entering the pool; means, the time for change, locker arrangements everything on that time; disappointing, isn't it? As we went on a rainy day, there isn't a lot of people or rush. So, it was quite good experience in swimming. Then, the food part. I was expecting just swallowable food (these kinda restaurant usually serve that). But, it was really good meal at that place. Just food is 8/10 in these kinda place. So, overall they should consider some rule changes in pool time. By the way, as it is located in Dhaka city, the price seems quite cheap and affordable. But, overall good experience.

I stayed as full broad guest. Package was 6k room with food (drinks not included) and swimming. They have two pools. Mostly crowded. Pools are open till 11pm. Loud music and drinks are available at pool. Rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear music and crowd cheering from your room. Room was very small. They couldn't put a table so I had to had breakfast on bed. Bed, bathroom was clean. No fan, ac worked fine. Room lighting could be better. No intercom! Staffs were nice. Once I got down from 2nd floor to swim, they said i need to bring dry cloths too cause they dont want me to go up in my room with wet clothes. I went up again and then they said pay 50 tk for locker in advance. I said why didnt you tell me that before. How many times i need to go up to know every rules? Anyway thanks to one of the staffs paid advance from his pocket, i returned him later. Set menu foods are included in package but no water or cold drinks! I suggest you can just print all the rules in a paper and provide the guest during check in. It will help a lot. Food taste were good. At evening pool area is infested with mosquitoes. Horrible. Except that overall experience is good.

A nice resort and restaurant located in Bashundhara A/A, Dhaka. There are 2 large swimming pools with jacuzzi. A natural setting in the midst of a busy city. Extraordinary decorations exist in ordinary materials. Here are some rooms for relaxation with swimming. Ideal for hanging out, swimming, fun, parties, dining etc.

The hotel was perfect. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was smartly designed and had everything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely book again.

Good place to spend the Summer heat. Sometimes its very crowdy, sometimes its not so make sure whenever You're going there is less crowd so that you can enjoy yours.

I am become fan of their set menu. And the swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Basically they have two pool, one for kids and other for all. The place is perfect for 2-3 hours dayout. I don’t think this would be a good choice for night stay. Their service should be appreciated. They accept credit cards, and they also offer parking facilities. And you need pay for the locker.

overall decoration and staff behaviour top notch. Crowd was a bit young to my liking (college going groups were shouting and jumping around), but with the pricing understandable. Large pool was heated but shallow depth and not very long. Short pool was deep almost 7 ft but too small. Shower room could use airing and frequent cleaning had odor. Pool side tiles a bit slippery. Life guard always standing by the side a good thing Did not try food. Overall with the price of bdt 300 for 1 hour swimmimg (not clocked per se) totally worth it.

My visit to At Water Polo was simply stunning. It's a perfect place to unwind or celebrate, surrounded by lush greenery. The interiors are tastefully designed, combining modern style and comfort. Best swimming pool. Environment is too good & service quality? In one word, It's wonderful. I've too pleased to see their behavior pattern. Best place for family gathering. I've visited 11 no of people today. Test of food is well but need to add soft drinks for regular packages.

All in one for everything you want to spend your weekend, It's popular for there swimming pools but pool water is not in mark most of the time. Food over there is good as priced let's not talk about the quality.

It's a beautiful hotel with swimming pool for the economy customer. It's located at Adjacent to Basundhara residential area Dhaka. The students residing in Basundhara residential area without family members they visit this economy room service sometimes for swimming practice. Some foreigner visit the place due to gossiping beside swimming pool. The hotel serves the border very carefully with local soft skills. Once we visit the hotel for observing the swimming pool. Then we looked at the surrounding of the place.

Amazing interior with 2 appropriate sized pools for all ages. Consists of music system and lodges to stay in. However, the reason why I am giving it a 4 star is as despite being named “Waterpolo” they don’t provide balls/other equipments to play the sport. Improving this part will guarantee them a 5 star for sure!

Good place to swim but toxicity level of water in this pool is untolerable, you must shower with good soap and shampoo after swimming in this pool. Otherwise its ok having a combo offer with 1 hour of swimming is good to go.

Horrible restaurant. Just don't waste your money going there. Pro: 1 and only: They have 2 swimming pools Cons: 1. They will not let you use the swimming pool if you don't buya set meal 2. The amount of food they serve us ridiculous and so less in amount. Hardly serving 100 bdt food and taking 600 bdt. 3. No towel after using swimming pool. You need to bring yours 4. You need to pay extra to use locker otherwise they won't take responsibility if anything is missing. 5. The tiles at and around the swimming pool is low quality, no resistance to walk onto mad dangerously slippery. 6. They have more mosquito than the amount of food. 7. Parking facility is horribly small. 8. It is situated at the end ofa very narrow place 9. Nousic facility while you are swimming. Just don't waste your money going there.

This nice place ever for swimming

I have been there with my fiancee to enjoy their pool service. The deep water one (8.5feet) didn't feel that cool cause of the water which I got to find harmful (my eyes were literally kept burning whenever the water touched my eyes). The other one was comparatively better. Hopefully I'll be heading there again with my fiancee.

This swimming pool is in a great location. The management is quite good. Per hour 300 BDT. kids Below 4 is free. Didn’t try the food.

I do not generally post reviews on places generally, but this is something I have to say about this. The entire experience was trash. Yes the room was nice, but that was it. The staff behaved like we showed up to use their service for free. Apparently they have a policy to get access to the room unless "EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE GROUP IS PRESENT". I have no issue with their policy. However, they did not have to be rude about this to me and my wife. However, after everyone was present, out of nowhere, we were asked to show our NID without informing us when we confirmed the booking. Now the pool was good, but the weird thing was they did not have any rag in front of the room or the bathroom. And without informing us of anything beforehand, they out of nowhere said, "আমাদের কাঠের সিড়িতে আপনারা উঠতে পারবেন না। চেঞ্জ করে এরপরে উঠতে হবে". Again, no issue with the policies. Why wouldn't they tell us that beforehand? Now let's talk about the worst part. Their food. The taste was average and it was very less in amount. After an hour of swimming, why would they offer so little food is beyond me. Anyways, because all of us were hungry and it was cold, we felt like having soup. So we ordered cream of mushroom soup. What we got from them was milk. Yes. You heard me right. LITERAL MILK WITH SLICED MUSHROOMS. The entire time, it felt like they wanted to kick us out as soon as they could. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. This was a horrible experience to have after a week of hectic work.
