The restaurant was very silent. The environment was very good. It was very neat and clean and had a large space. The behaviour of the restaurant owner and the waiters were very good and pleasent. Their coffee was shakes were very mouth watering. The price of the food was a little bit high. But though it was okay to me.

This place includes an open air sitting arrangements besides decorated indoor. Ambient is mind blowing especially at evening.

We went there yesterday to celebrate our friend's birthday.. the environment was awesome. We ordered set menu of 150tk... but service was so bad! The don't care about their customers.. & they also should provide some small waste bins there for throwing tissue & other things... but ultimately it's a good cafe in Bailyroad!

let's take it part by part- Food quality - obviously it is the main gauge to compare. TBH the food quality there is delicate. you atleast won't be disapointed. Price - the price is actually reasonable for such a “quality outdoor restaurant”. you won't find that hidden “our special environment charge” here like you will usually in other restaurants of it's kind. Environment - now this is the most amazing part of this restaurant. they really has an outstanding environment and location to offer. firstly it has enough space and the placement is just.....and besides, they are located at one of the most sequestered place of Dhaka ! and most importantly, they offer you a special dias like place where you can sit to take photos,or even can celebrate little occasions like birthdays........ Behaviour - obviously like most of the restaurants, the working staffs are bound to maintain their conduct towards customer. so it's not an issue. service - you should go there with some extra time as they serve a bit slow..... :3 but, you won't get bored because of there outstanding overview. #peace

Their new branch is way more better than their first branch. It has a quite atmosphere all over the place, their service was good enough and their food was worth the money. Taste was 8/10 Atmosphere was 9/10 Service 9/10

Place is awesome. People are also co-operative. Food is ok but menu is confusing. There menu says they serve everything including mexican, indian, italian food but they are not available all the time. So they should work on selecting the menu carefully. The restaurant's ambience go with kebab place. So I would be delighted to get some kebab item or live bbq there.

It's one of those places which are so popular among the locals that they can't stop talking about it yet people other than the locals don't have a clue about what this is! The location of Grounds is the main reason above it all. It is within a shallow alley in Baily road - that can only be recognized and adhered well by the locals, but finding and exploring it can be quite troublesome for the non-Baily Road dwellers. I was lucky as I went there with three local Baily Road-ians if you will. And I'm happy I got to explore this place. This place has its unique merits as well as some callous demerits. The merits - > Great environment for a chatty afternoon > Great place for pictures >Really good wedges The demerits - >The awkward distance between the customers and waiters > The callous cashier > Food is certified okay ('cept the wedges) So, the story of the callous cashier goes like this. We had one set menu, two fried chicken sets which individually come with exactly four wedges, two drinks and one coffee. When the cashier prepared our bill, we were also charged for Nachos we never had. When we communicated our issue, the cashier prepared another bill - this time, they included the water we never had. Now about the food. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy. But it was missing a little bit of something. The set-menu was okay. Not good, but not bad either. The coffee paired well with my cold and smoke. But the wedges deserve a humbing bow. It was so good we ended up ordering two more. They knew we ordered something extra but they couldn't think it was the wedges. Final verdict : Nice place for aesthetics and charm. Recommended.

I had my foreign delegates with me when I visited .I went there twice and I have observed many things in my second visit. Such as their unprofessional staffs and a lady cashier she doesn't know the basic knowledge, how to communicate with professional manners with customers lol. Seriously how could the survive in this busy place like bailey Road with the low quality service. Maybe the owner is unware of his/her restaurant is drowning by the full of idiots. I loved their Khichuri. A must try. I loved how silent & almost empty the place was during brunch. "It shows how great Dhaka could be if there’s no honking". Such a relaxing place. I'm gonna go again.
