Highly disappointed with their services. From registration till release you will have to suffer a long wait/queue. No doubt, it has good parking, prayer hall and everything is clean but people come here for none of these. They charge so high for their medical/treatment service but they deliver it so poorly 😡 I wish I could write directly to it's management or higher authority...

My recent visit to Evercare Hospital was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the hospital's cleanliness and organization, setting a high standard for hygiene in a healthcare facility. The experienced doctors I encountered were not only highly skilled but also compassionate, taking the time to address my concerns and providing me with clear explanations of my medical condition. The courteous and well-behaved staff made my experience even more comfortable. With state-of-the-art facilities and advanced equipment, this hospital is undoubtedly a top choice for anyone seeking high-quality healthcare in Dhaka. I wholeheartedly recommend Evercare Hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. This hospital combines a clean environment, experienced doctors, and a caring staff to provide exceptional care. My visit here was truly outstanding, and I trust them completely to deliver top-tier healthcare services.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangladesh, but the price is too much high or expensive. So if you want to come to this hospital you have calculate extra money the as usual. Besides you have to wait in a long line before any desk. This was so disappointing. Overall it was a good experience for me there. 🥀

One of the biggest & expensive hospital in Bangladesh. It’s located in Bashundhara Residential Area. All things are computerized and updated. If we pay bill to any of their counter, we will get medicine & other facilities from the specific locations. The pharmacy system is good. The personal who served of that pharmacy was not so helpful. This hospital is for elite class people. Doctors are too much careful & concerned about their patient.

Expensive but not good as service. Staffs behaviour is not good and they are not that helpful. When you need urgent you won't get anyone. They will charge you but won't give you the service you expect. Rest clean and well designed.

My experience with Evercare (former Apollo) Hospital is way much better than other reputed Hospitals compared to Square hospital. My father had serious heart blockages (3), brain infection and got infected with Corona virus. Every time he got sick, got himself admitted here. By the grace of Allah and with the best treatment of doctors and great care of nurses he got well. He had 2 rings implant on heart. These videos and photos are taken yesterday when I took my parents for routine check up. My mother had a brain stroke and been suffering from semi paralysis. She's getting treatment from here till 5 years now. And she doing better like she can do her all necessary works and that's enough. Alhamdulillah. May Allah bless all the parents with well-being. I love their coffee from North End. It's in side the hospital reception area. I love the stairs we go through to see the doctor. Good place to get treatment. For the information it's a private hospital and all these fancy environment costs a lot. Example- you can ask for boiled egg for patient and they're gonna charge 200tk straight for an egg.😅

Ever since the hospital became Ever care from Apollo the customer service seems to deteriorated quite a bit. Most service people seemed to be overworked or for some reason they are not satisfied in providing good service. I cannot provide the true story without a video footage lets see if I can get hold of something to share in the future.

One of the best private hospital in Bangladesh. The doctors are so friendly, take time while listening to the patient problems. I have visited there several times, also visited several doctors here. I wish they improve the waiting time. They provide better appointment system, still does not maintain appointment scheduled properly.

I visited thrice this hospital. They are very unprofessional and they are doing business only,,,this is more of a business group rather than any medical facility. I took an appointment of Dr Soumya Kanti Basu. I paid for that appointment. Doctor even did not bothert to show up. Poor behavior and disappointing service. I had to pay double to see another doctor.

There time sense is close to zero. Every time I had been there to see a doctor, it literally wasted my 2 to 3 hours just waiting for the doctor. Attitude of the OPD attendance are most of the time rude and unprofessional. You should think before booking an appointment here. Or If you want to waste your time, you are welcome here ...

Evercare is one of the luxury and expensive private hospital in Bangladesh. Previously it was called Apolo Hospital. It is situated in Baridhara residential area. Not every one can afford cost of the hospital. The hospital has lots of experienced own doctors. It has own pathology department. So one can do the required tests here. No need to go outside for doing the necessary tests. The place is huge and organised. They have big car parking, coffee corner and canteen. Any one can order set menu in the canteen. The hospital will provide patients food. They don't allow outside food. The overall hospital is very clean. They allow only one attended with the patient.

The hospital is big, enough parking space but the management is so poor. My husband went to emergency at night due to road accident. But the duty doctor so rude while giving services. Doctor should be polite and humble. Then overall registration process, billing, nursing services is poor too. This is highly unacceptable from so called expensive hospital in Bangladesh. I found doctor from India who did the operation of my husband was good. Rest is simply poor.

Equipments are good. Specialist Doctors are not available all the time . I saw an incident where one of the billing guy told a lower middle class man that if you can't deposit 50k ,we will not admitted you .also added that if you have no money go to a government hospital. The same guy behave nicely and gentlelly with me . Service should be equal to all of the patients . Patient has right to take treatment . It is his / her basic need.

Top listed hospital in Bangladesh. Spacious at inner side. Located at very nice place. Well structured building. Saffs are mostly amiable to Patient. Most of doctors are of good manner. Spend much time to check the patient. Well time management as never allow more patient to visit than capacity, hence you don't need to wait more if there is no emergency causes. Food quality are perfect. The hospital is little bit costly. The management are good enough to serve the people and most of officers are professional. You don't need to bribe anybody to book a seat or for any other service. Wheel chair accessibility and parking is available here. The hospital has covid unit. Very fantastic service you can avail compare to other hospital in BD. It is comparatively at same position like Square and United hospital.

We took an appointment for Dr. Amit Kapoor, Senior Consultant (Orthopaedics). The doctor was very generous and kind. The appointment fee was 1800/- for the first time visit. The overall environment of the hospital is good. But the management staff are so bad. They literally made us wait for 40 min to get our prescription whereas there wasn't any extra crowd. The hospital authority should look after this.

Very professional doctors and staffs. Good management. Great atmosphere. Prime location. Taxis are available. They have treated my daughter very well. It’s cool if you get good fair treatment from sisters, doctors and staffs. Canteen should be more good. Food is limited but delicious in a way. Quick services. According to the situation they need to arrange more sitting stuffs.

I'm from England and ive been listening to people from England who have visited this hospital and who have been treated in the hospital I strongly advise people from other countries and Bangladesh to stay away from that hospital because they put money before your health and wellbeing. Please note people who have given it 5 star must be directly or indirectly connected with the hospital.

If you're going there for Covid test, then DON'T. the procedure is too long, you have to wait in 2 queues for about 30 minutes at each queue and there is little to zero organization about their registration process. The information and registration counters suffer from terrible lack of mmanpower (I found only 2 counters active out of 5) and everybody seems to be clueless about how you are going to get your test results. The billing counters were also understaffed, so the queue was really long. Testing from here was such a sad and terrible experience. If you are expecting a swift and smooth service, this isn't the place.

Management should improve all the processing and there should be guidelines everywhere. More staff should be hired so that we don't need to wait for a very long time in every place. All service needs to be improved or the charge should be reduced. Service is way too poor considering the charge.

Relatively reasonably good hospital!! The nurses and carers are good!! The doctors on the other hand is a completely different story!!!!! Have never in my life in different countries seen doctors who spend so little time with a patient but change international fees!!! Sad that there is a limited choice here in Dhaka otherwise don’t think such institutions could have survived!!!

Too much cost . Different time they charge different amount for appointment. They should give discount for regular patients. But they don’t. Even for medicine from their pharmacy is too much high cost . Ofcourse they will give good service for formalities just because off money . It’s flying money there .

I went there several times and still I'm suffering from the hospital charge headache. My suggestion is that if u r not money enough guy please never ever to think treating there. Dhaka got many good hospital even government service is making people happy. Great care. Be careful about Apollo hospital (old name) and choose a very good hospital who are for you. Love.

Their service is slow. Takes them 1.5 hours to get medicine from their own pharmacy. Their staff are confused and their reason for the delay in getting the medicine is that they have two pharmacies. I think if I walked out of Evercare and went to tamanna pharmacy, I would be be back in 10 mins max. So I would suggest they start buying medicines from other pharmacies in Bashundhara. It will be faster. And I would pay 500tk more if it saves me two hours. With their increased fees I don't see any improvements but just an inefficiently run hospital. So now I don't know what I'm paying higher prices for? Worse and slower services?

Doctors and their team got 5 star which is offset by negative stars from the hospital management’s performance and environment. Got fantastic treatment from Dr. Shams Munwar and Dr. Lutful Latif Chowdhury in different time. Doctors are the main assets of this hospital which is depreciated by the worst quality of hospital management. I have played with mosquitos during 3 weeks long treatment at ICU and CCU. Equipment are not managed well, even the wheels of some equipment got so much rusted that nurses need to hold them up to carry with patients while moving. Customer support system is so poor that I had to wait 3 hours for a wheelchair to shift me to cabin. Even after complain there was no ‘sorry’ from their side. Besides that the faces of the billing people are mostly arrogant and they work like snail. The long unmanaged queue seems invisible to them! And there are some non functional queue machines standing here and there probably to fulfil the Evercare’s standard! Overall, after experiencing this substandard customer service, admin/accounts/customer support workforces and unclean environment it seems like the bosses sitting on the top must be lacking of imagination and vision! Thanks to the doctors and their teams for saving our lives!

Went for an ENT check-up today and I was very disappointed and concerned at the same time with the hygiene levels on the ward. The room my check up took place in had rust/dusty/dirt-stained equipment and floors. The instruments used for the throat check up appeared to have been sourced from a drawer tray and not being kept in sterile condition. The Dr cabinet was also lacking cleanliness with layers upon layers of dust and stains on the printer and the computer. It is a hospital after all and maintaining cleanliness standards as well as using and keeping instruments in sterile conditions should be at the forefront of the priorities. I hope this comment gets seen by the right people and acted upon it.

Highly disappointed by their service. Bad management and Staffs had very careless behavior. They never maintain appointment schedule and have a mentality to blame patient if someone complains about their mismanagement. They asked me to wait for billing because the receptionist went out to take tea! I had appointment at 11:45am but they made me wait till 5:00pm for MRI. I had to wait with two stroke patients. I don't know(!!!) how people coming after me and having appointment after my scheduled time could enter for MRI!! I hope there is no bribing practise like government hospital here. I do not recommend this hospital and In shaa Allah I will never go to this hospital ever again.

You should hire more people for customer service. Your front desk people do not pick telephone on time since we suffer when we need emergency ambulance service. Sometimes we cannot reach them when we need appointments.Even when we meet them in person sometimes they do not respond properly to our urgent queries. You must train them strictly. *** Your clinical service is good but your customer service is very very poor.

Absolute zero sense of punctuality and professionalism. People take serial only to wait 2 to 3 hours for a doctor to arrive and have a check-up for 5 mins. When educated doctors have this sense of discipline and punctuality... its not a good hospital that deserves good review.

It's a private hospital. Nothing to say here. There are some good doctors here I guess. But it's a very very costly hospital. Sometimes overwhelmingly costly, like nonsense costly. Couldn’t find any logical reasons behind that. The diagnostic tests are very accurate I suppose but stupidly costly. The hospital bed cost is stupid as well. Anyway, if you are rich, no biggy, you can come here and take treatment, otherwise, don't even think about it.

Previously before it's ownership was changed its name was Apollo hospital. After the change its name is now evercare hospital. It's more expensive than other hospitals in Dhaka and it has more conspiracy talking on people's mouth . Everything has it's good side and bad side. Even though it's hospitality is really good. But sometimes things get ugly. So watch out for ugly stuff that you might get into.

Undertrained nurses, they don’t have any knowledge whatsoever in nursing like chemotherapy medicine infusion process for cancer where there was leakage of the medicine but they didn’t even know it happened despite repeated complaints from patient ,extremely poor management and coordination between doctor, nurses and management.Overall very poor quality

Previously known as Apollo Hospital, Evercare is one of the finest Hospital in Dhaka. Located in Bashundhora residential are just beside ISD. The place mostly remain crowded and very expensive. The place is clean but social distancing is not maintained atall. It does have enough underground parking space .

Such a great hospital in Bangladesh as well as their branch in India, Kenya, Nigeria & Pakistan…they ensure nice hygiene environment for patients.also very neat & clean surface…Structural design of the hospital building is mind blowing which is looking very gorgeous…the authority provide high profile doctors to serve their patients.Overall it’s a great place to treatment.

  • 1/5 Ashif Z. 2 years ago on Google
Used to be a good hospital. Now it has become a nightmare. Whether its a test procedure or consultation no proper time schedule is maintained even after having an appointment. Support stuffs are not trained properly. Takes premium charges, gives trashy-poor-below average service. Not recommended at all.

Actually after taking over by Evercare things become way too expensive, unless you count your dollars by machine, better not to think about this place.

  • 2/5 Tanzeena Anwar K. 2 years ago on Google
We have been coming to Apollo for last 15years and was satisfied with their services. Recently after the management has changed to Evercare, the service has become very inefficient. We came to do Master Health Check-up and waited in the queue of only 3 people before us for half an hour! They took such a long time to do each billing! Moreover, the billing of covid test for travelers and the billing of general health check up were being done in the same counter which was very very surprising! We expect a better management from a hospital like Evercare where we pay very premium for each and every service we avail.

Evercare Hospital Dhaka is the only JCI Accredited 425-bed multi-disciplinary super-specialty tertiary care hospital in Bangladesh. Evercare Hospital Dhaka has dedicated Heart Centre that provides world class cardiac care. Don't go abroad, now you can get world class cardiac care in BD at Evercare Heart Centre. Make A Payment Online.

I have paid for Online appointment and they gave me a specific time. I have joined that video conference and waited for 2 hours but doctor did not joined. Then i have contact support and they set rescheduled my appointment and again same things happened. This this i have waited 1 and half hour, and Doctor did not joined. Then nex day i contact support and ask to cancel my appointment but they said payment cannot be refunded. My question is how can they be like this irresponsible. They are one of the leading hospital in Bangladesh. Out time has no value to them. I will suggest not to engage with them for online appointment. They are completely a fraud.

Called at 1342 hours for inquiring about an urgently required procedure (biopsy). The customer care kept my number and said the radiology department will call back. Did not get any call for half an hour so I called them back. The customer care said half an hour of waiting is nothing and I should be patient. I finally got their call at 1604 hours. When I requested for an appointment their answer was come between 1000 to 1400 hrs for appointment. I said can I do the procedure they replied that the doctor will see first and to come between 1000 to 1400 hrs. I have no idea why they have a customer care service and whether they have any kind of training or not. But they did not give any reason for me to go to their hospital. At least I know what sort of behaviour I am likely to encounter at Evercare. Thanks for that at least. Going to United Hospital.

The service of the hospital is very good and the doctors are of world class but the common people cannot take the services in this hospital even if they want to because the cost of each bed and Kevin is known only to the service takers. So please know before coming and come later thanks

The hospitals outside beggars really disturb a lot. Authority failed to Control them. Its like they are taking money from those beggers to steal from the patient party. Those beggers spoiling the reputation of that hospital. NB:No improvement at all, still those beggers are trying to touch my bag, i called security but no response from them. Very Shameful.

Went to ER as it required urgent attention. ER doctor without listening to symptoms or assessing asked to come to OPD. Came at OPD, the representative asked to come after 2 hours- came back and then he said have to wait for another 2 hours. Further commented that patients have to wait for 8 hours to consult doctors at OPD. If I can’t, then I should go to ER. Wow!!!

County best hospitals. I had a very good experience especially on neurology treatment. I highly recommend consulting with Dr. Sandip Kumar Das for any Neurological concern.

  • 1/5 Faisal R. 7 months ago on Google
Absolute zero sense of punctuality and professionalism. People take serial only to wait 2 to 3 hours for a doctor to arrive and have a check-up for 15 mins. When educated doctors have this sense of discipline and punctuality.. its not a good hospital that deserves good review.
