The worst ever management I have ever seen in private hospitals!!! They do not have any serial / appointment system. One the second floor, they write down the names of patients with a girl who doesn't even know how to talk in a clinic where patients come! She was shouting along with the other staffs and calling patients name!!!

BEWARE OF THIS HOSPITAL!!! Rural people brought from the government hospital! Unsanitary, dirty and untidy environment. Only two toilets on a floor! There is no good skilled staff. Those who are there are spending their time like everyone else! Surprisingly, how this frog umbrella survives in an elite residential area like Dhanmondi!

I had an appointment with Prof. Dr. Sufia Rahman at Euro-Bangla heart Hospital. she when through almost five years case history that we had. I have not seen many doctors in Bangladesh who would study patients in such details. Way she discussed our repots was very helpful. Honest and sincere.

Very dengeorous hospital. Full of broker. Full of business. Anyhow they need to place ring on heart either ethically or unethically. Stay away from this hospital.

The ICU, which should be a place of advanced medical care and attention, was a particularly dismal sight. It lacked the necessary equipment and skilled personnel that are crucial in such a critical care setting. This raised serious concerns about patient safety and the hospital's ability to handle life-threatening situations. In addition to the subpar medical care, the communication with the staff was frustratingly poor. It was difficult to get clear answers to my questions, and I often felt ignored or brushed off when seeking information about my condition and treatment plan. Overall, their goal is minimum the services maximize the profits!
