shopping mall cum residential place. some good shop is located there. basically households and home decor items are sold. price reasonably high. beside these there are some ready made garments items, toy shop, and girls accessories items also available. in their floor have food court though I don't think they're not enough standard restaurant even not so attractive. inside 1st floor popular Babuland a indoor games corner is available for kids. The entrance, there's a high stairs to enter the market which very risky on rainy occasion cause maybe slippy can happen during the rain. though from ground you can ride through the lift.

BTI is Best Place Communication place.BTI is a place with many conveniences to travel from, because Narayanganj on the other hand and Gazipur on the other hand. Moreover, this building has 600 parking facilities. There are shopping malls, food courts, and corporate offices. One thing here is the special advantage of car parking. You can pay 20-30 taka, and you can safely shop and market around the car parking. BTI has other advantages, a lot of nobility. A commercial building with great planning. Always controlled by security and very neat and tidy inside the building!🌸

A new and nice front look shopping mall at north Badda area. Its a huge area shopping mall. Situated beside the Popular Diagnostic and very close to Suvasto Nazar Valley Shopping Mall. Products are huge, comparable and so reasonable. Specially electronics, clothing and cosmetics are here. Have a kids zone on the first floor called Babuland. Its a best place for started new business and buy cheap rate with best products. Shopping, conference, prayer room, and kids play zone available in this mall. Its a best accessible mall. Have separate toilet and wash room for men & women. Accessible Entrance and parking And 100% kids friendly

This is a good place especially for kids. Babuland kids zone is situated inside this mall, which is a good place for kids to enjoy. And guardians are requested to have patience because there are hardly any seating positions here. You are not allowed to sit even on the baricades of the ball zone. Food that is served tastes good. I tried chocolate pastries and cupcakes they were good enough. My overall experience about this place was enjoyable but I would like to have seats for guardians.

Shopping mall is always good. This shopping mall is wheelchair accessable. This shopping have inside Technology store, Fashion store, Restaurant, Travel agency and others. This shopping mall have glass sensor door.

50 TK parking charge for bike.. but good security System.

This is a three storey new shopping mall in a very affluent part of Bir Uttam Rafiqul Islam Avenue, many shops are waiting to be rented or occupied. It has central air condition, escalator, lift and ample car parking facility.

If Startech wasn't there then I think this shopping mall was dead. I didn't even know it was a shopping mall until I visited the Startech one day.

There is some clothe shop, some cosmetics shop & Restaurant. Babu land is here which is Famous for kids. It is growing day by day, many shops are opening soon.

Nice bt one entrance is not suitable for shopping mall. That's why a fire accident was occured and damaged lot of shops and goods. They need to extend with other boundaries of other properties exhausted to the West portion to open a new Broadway.

Very new, modern and posh shopping complex

This place is a new shopping mall has good shops and food court and a lovely place for the kids to play while the mums can go shopping with out any tension. The team at Babuland are very efficient team and can be trusted with your children.

I like this mall because there I can find very good quality export items at reasonable prices. It has babuland play zone for kids which is quite helpful for city kids. In BTI there are few shops with export cloth items for women,men, boys and girls. You will get a quality product for sure.

I think not a good amount of shop is there. And they opened their shop very late. Recommend to go there after 2 pm.

Shopping options are bearly available. But you can still enjoy your time at babuland with kids.

BTI Premier Shopping Mall is very nice place, The most eye-catching scene is the atmosphere here

This shopping mall is good, but most of the shops are vacant. You can buy premium jersey, jewellery, clothes, electronics etc

Needs some time to become a shopping hub. Most of the shops are not rented or operational yet.

STARTECH opened at 10am but their shop cleaning process took 40 minutes, i had to wait 40 minute there. Why didn’t start cleaning early or they could edit google time open from 11am. Rubbish

Price of products are higher, limited option for food. However, Babuland located on the first floor is popular among kids.

Here Available some great stores for purchase something. 1) Startech a leading Computer & accessories shop in Bangladesh. 2) Zahiaan Fragrance the Best place for buying Perfume oil or Attar & Arabian Perfumes with affordable prices.

I went there to check the computer parts. However, the mall is not fully active, and I did not find any food shop either. You can find some garments products. It's a bit confusing because apartments and market together. This was well decorated, but not dedicated to shopping mall.

Too crowdy street. Buses are stoping and speeding every where like crazy. Other vehicles are using the wrong side as well. Its really difficult to enter the building if you are on your pvt transport. Though it has parking facilities but hard to get in. Parking entrance and exit are too narrow.
