Chillox has truly gotten very good over the years. I have to immediately say that their fish tots are in my opinion the best thing right now. I was never a huge fan of chillox and their saucy burgers. At first glance it may seem like they have so many burger options but that isn't really the case, you can just change how big the burger is and maybe choose 1-2 different sauces. However, over time they have proven me wrong. They gave good food, friendly waiters and a surprisingly good side menu. Their burgers are always really good. If you like the saucy burgers then you can ask for extra sauce and if you like the plain ones (my choice) you can ask for less or no sauce. When you take less sauce you can get the true burger flavour and it's actually quite good. They have added many many sides over time. Their fish tots in particular are a stand out. For the price, they are incredible. Their chicken fingers are filled with cheese and their wings I've heard are nice. They even have a dessert menu now which is actually very decent. They have increased their prices substantially. They are no longer the cheap good burger place, a filling meal would cost around 500taka per person. One other issue I personally have can be the crowd. Chillox is a bit of a staple for young kids and although they can normally be calm, sometimes it can get quite loud, especially near their smoking zone. If you're looking to go here at a good time with fewer people then definitely go during lunch time.

I’ve been having there food for over 4 years so I have a pretty good idea about the whole Chillox experience. This branch is pretty large and has a lot of accommodation space. The order counter is a bit lacking as having some menu screens or large display like their competitors would suffice. The staffs are I would say trained not so well. When I ordered, they automatically assumed I would want the sesame bun but actually I wanted the brioche bun so they should have asked me instead of selecting it on their own. The food was very good as usual. The spice was on point just like I ordered. The fries were crisp. The honey mustard was adequate. The burgers were also perfect as usual according to the price. Also tried their Fish Burger which was also very good. The fish tots were on the other hand just the fish burger patty but I guess it tastes good so I can’t complain.

Chillox is always good. one of my favourite place for burger. Their service and atmosphere is good. I have tried both Dhanmondi and Banani branch. Both of them were good. Their Taste is different. Its one of the best place if you want to take burger. Its near the Zigotola and Dhanmondi 15 staff quarter. Very easy to find out.

Was one of my favourite burger joints..... Unfortunately their quality has dropped significantly. The patty was too dry (Even with dripping cheese) which made the burger quite mediocre to say the least. In an attempt to tackle the dry patty they added too much sauce which made the buns soggy and destroyed the overall taste of the burger itself... All we could taste was sweet and spicy sauce with the saltiness of the cheese.... The meat felt like rubber. I hope they're able to fix it soon. We also had the Fish Tots which were quite good, however, Chillox is known for their burgers and my rating is based on my experience with their burger.

I like eating here with my kids and have been to couple of locations. I didn't like this Dhanmondi location. Music played was too loud. This is a burger joint, not a night club. Gave me wrong size cups for drinks and had to get them changed. Food was good. I don't mind the extra sauce, but I didn't appreciate being drowned in the Burigonga of Burger Sauce. Picture speaks more for me. I like Chillox and will go to their other locations, not this one.

Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our Thai-style mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a vegetarian restaurant. But the service was below average and the chips were too terrible to finish. When we arrived at 1.40, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all. We ordered the chips as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them. We expected a lot more for $10! When the waiter asked if everything was ok, we said we really didn't like the chips and he said 'That's funny, I love them' and that was it. He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our bill. Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he looked annoyed. I was really excited about visiting Vega, and the mains were just fantastic, but the rest of the experience was really disappointing.

Very lackluster experience no service given for food. Had to go pick it up after ordering. Took more than half an hour for a couple of burgers and fries to be made. If you're in university you can't go here because it's full of noisy high-school kids. You need 400 taka to eat a meal. Had great expectations considering the frequency of food panda deliveries but I guess garbage is delivered too.

Decent place. Nothing special. Always over sauced even when you ask them not to. To some people that's attractive, to others, not the best way to enjoy a burger. Definitely recommended the fries and milkshakes options.

Their burger has decreased in quality over time and the last visit was very disappointing , the patty was very very dry, the main thing I liked about them is the honey mustard sauce which also has a bad change in taste, overall the ingredients felt stale, used to be one of my favourite burger place but not anymore. Fries were soft too with less seasoning, shakes were good.

Since 2017 I'm having burgers from this place. I started eating from them when they had small in space . So i have pretty much solid idea to compare. For me , 2017-19 was the best phase for my burger experiences . But post corona , I can't taste same again . The burger has been mid for me for at least 2 years. Not the old vibe or old taste of the burger. It was better. I always wondered if they changed the chef or brought more chef assistant who are average on it. Their burger should be improved.

Chillox is my all-time favourite for large sized burgers and their distinctive favours. Quite decent ambience inside and spacious with a large number of sitting arrangement. I liked the naga drums and chicken cheese blast (burger). I also love their Giganto Beef and Binge Beef burgers. Recommended for hang-out with family and friends.

And they add various patterns to your order like The type of bun, sauce amount, spicy level, layers arrangements etc. Sitting arrangement is fantastic. Separate partitions are made ensuring individual privacy. To pass quality time it's indeed a great place . But always too much crowded since they have hell lot of customers. The food was delicious in their unique concept. It’s not an authentic burger place to go for. Mostly a concept of Bangladeshi burger style. The crowd was too much in a normal day and had to wait for seats. Another drawback is the honey chicken wings were too sweet which made me feel like eating a dessert.

Very beautiful dining area. Had a wonderful experience here with my cousin's, definitely wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately though, we were a big group but didn't seat at the bigger area due to the fact that the AC wasn't working there at the time, so we had to take 2 tables instead of 1 big one. It was alright though, food was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the awesome taste!
