Service not up to mark, people I took service from seemed inexperienced, I had to go twice for the same job, they were asking someone senior to do the work, nothing wrong with that. On the other hand, it is good that they are doing everything in consultation with the seniors. However, I think big companies should not have such training session leaving the customer. Anyway other than that I had no other problems. Other aspects are fine.

They have helped me with my Visa for Singapore at a reasonable price. Their service is trustworthy and good. At first I thought my Visa number was my reference number for finding it online at Ica website and when I couldn't find it, I made a ruckus. But they have helped me finding it online by providing the information and was patient enough. And the lounge access was also complimentary after I purchased the flight tickets. This is just a suggestion from me as I couldn't book hotel through their app as my card limit was 300 USD.

I wish I could give this overrated agency 0 star. I went for the Thailand visa process. I clearly asked for required documentation and details but they told me to bring new documents every time. I went for 3 days and it’s so harassing. The customer care agents are totally useless and unprofessional. Worst experience.

I have applied for Uk visa by them, though it is written in their website about the visa fee however they have taken more then that. They have checked my documents that what they said but I got refused for the visa I have paid for the service but I don’t know what they did. At the end they will say it’s upto visa officer then why are you giving this service.

Service was good but I am asking for a details voucher for billing purpose of my office and they aren’t replying me even I have given 4 reminder email. Still no response. I will recommend everyone to avoid this organisation for poor customer handling.

Booked flight tickets. It was a okay experience. Then booked holiday package for kashmir with transit hotels. After seeing the Mumbai Hotel review (Its a fraud hotel Art hotel Mumbai, They ask for double money saying they don't have any booking when you go there) i asked Mr Nowshad to followup with the hotel and check the Booking. He told me everything is paid so there will be no problem. But when i went there at night with my wife after my flight the manager said no booking were there. I called Mr Nowshad he couldn't also convinced them and i had to pay almost double money. The hotel was a shady and unsafe place. Anyways if Mr Nowshad followed up earlier i wouldn't go there and rather stay the night at the airport lounge. Although they refunded me quickly when i returned Dhaka. But they should have better followup system as this incident caused financial loss for the company and a serious mental hassle for me and my wife at that time. Also he was very annoying saying one thing we paid the money what we can we do. He didn't even apologize for the situation for a single time. Last but not the least, the service provided by the Kashmiri agency was good. And hotels at Kashmir were really great. I appreciate Sharetrip for that.

Provides great service and response quickly but I'd recommend to charge less in case of cancellation and don't in case of changing the flight. Just charge what arirline does, don't take profit here too

My first trip with Sharetrip was back in 2014..it was my honeymoon trip. Their service was so good that we never went to any other travel agent. They are very helpful, always gives you the best price..and timely information. Recently I was again impressed with them. We Went to Maldives in February. This was our first international trip with all the new rules around COVID. They gave us all the required information and also reminded us about health declaration forms. They also checked how are we doing and while we were in Maldives they checked if we have completed all the formalities like PCR test etc. it reminded me again why Sharetrip is my favourite!

I applied for Thai visa and got it within 5 working days with fresh passport. Highly recommended without a doubt. Very intuitive website and app, smooth payment system without any issues. I would suggest making payments online at home as offers in their website is not available offline and there is no wifi at their office and barely any mobile network.

I bought two tickets of Emirates (Dhaka to London) from their website and received a good amount of discount by paying through my credit card. But during the purchase they don't have separate option for 'students', otherwise I could carry 10kg more.

I am really pleased with the service of Sharetrip specially the service I have received with Mr. Zaman. I had to reschedule my hotel reservation just the day before of our check in date. It was bit complicated as I just needed to change one booking out of 3 reservations. Mr. Zaman did a great job in making the changes. Really appreciate the effort.

Blows my mind how a company that's supposed to provide consultancy services fails to do basic communication. I tried reaching the hotline number, facebook messenger and privately messaging their "Consultants" to get an appointment for applying for the Chinese Visa. Was given two, one word answers to my questions by their "consultants". Still has not read my actual question. Their facebook chat has given me 2 apology messages promising for a call back ( yet to receive it). Even requested for "Expert Visa Guidance" on their website, but have not received any response yet. This is based on my experience. P.s- I rarely give bad reviews to any business, but their lack of basic customer service was dissapointing

I wanted to apply for thailand visa from them, they are extremely uncooperative and unresponsive. They gave me the number of one of their agents about the Thai visa, but that agent did not pick up the call, and when I travelled all the way to their office they said that the picture size is not right, even though I had asked them several times about that. Do not recommend, even though so many positive reviews.
