Officers Club, Dhaka is a government officers club situated in 26 Baily Rd, Dhaka 1000. The Club has got 3 exquisite floors with scenic surroundings: Ground Floor, First Floor and Play Room Hall. Each floor is 14000 sq.ft and facilities like Central air conditioning, CCTV surveillance and spacious parking facilities has made it an excellent venue for arranging a wedding reception ceremony, political meeting, seminar, social and other functions. In November 2019, National Tax Fair was held in this club. The Club was founded in 1967 and club membership is restricted to government officers and officers of semi-government or autonomous bodies. The club is managed by an elected executive committee.The committee is elected for a term of two years.

Attending my best friend's marriage at the Officers Club turned out to be a disappointing experience. The management system at this venue was an utter disaster, causing a series of mishaps that significantly impacted the day. The food delivery or dispersal was poorly executed, failing to serve the best interests of the guests, ultimately exposing a lack of adequate staffing or quality control measures. The wedding, hosted at a venue with great potential, was unfortunately marred by the inefficiency of the staff and services, which fell far below acceptable standards. Despite the dedicated appearance of the staff, it was evident that the systemic issues were the root cause of the problems encountered throughout the event. Regrettably, the Officers Club failed to live up to its capacity and potential. Instead, it left a lasting impression of disorganization and inadequacy, especially during what should have been a joyous occasion for my best friend and their partner. Overall, the experience not only tarnished their wedding day but also highlighted the glaring shortcomings in the club's management and services.

I've been there for more than 15 times, I think. The place is great for wedding programs and even for huge gatherings. After the renovation it looks even better. The food they serve is also very good. Their behaviour is nice and you'd like the structure of the building.

We have visited this place several times on different occasions. This time it was a wedding ceremony invitation. The place was very well decorated. Lots of food items, special sweets and coffee corners enhanced the festive mood. The background music of sehnai was a bit loud. But guests couldn't enjoy properly as it was too crowded. However cleanliness, staffs and washrooms were good and well managed. Food was average to good in taste. But items were extra ordinary. Overall, not a bad choice at all for arranging wedding programs. There are different size hall rooms for arranging different programmes. Arrangements were very comfortable and a good choice for small occasions also.

A place where the Government Officers go to. So one can easily understand its significance and importance. Its same like any other club. New building coming up, should offer more. I enjoy its great food from my childhood. It also has large banquet halls for any kind of event
