Customer service are very cooperative and helpful over email and face to face. some of my friends went for student visa interview; but they were nervous which was one of reason for visa rejection. I would request visa counsellor to be more generous with students as it’s very natural to be nervous as a student. However, students are not given enough opportunity to explain the answer. I would request visa counsellor to be generous and considerable while considering student visa. Before Students go for visa interview they have to meet all the requirements of College and University, sometimes college and university takes placement test before issues i-20, it’s really time consuming process. To get i20, a student has to wait 8-12 months for whole process like taking English test, preparing documents and taking admission, and booking interview. So, 2-3 minutes interview is not enough to judge a student and it’s not fair enough with these students. So I request the visa counsellor to be considerable while making decisions for student visa as refusal of visa means a student loss 1-2 years time for his/her life. Thanks

these guys took 11 days to get back to me for an emergency appointment. the email said 2 working days but oh well. my daughter is getting a major surgery done in the usa and they denied my request for an early appointment for my visa interview. my visa interview slot is now scheduled for march 2024!! that’s absolutely ridiculous. no one wants to migrate to america any more. the american dream is d3ad. just let me go visit my daughter and be with her during her surgery.

1.On January 2022, I took a journey by yellow cab from Gulshan to Dhanmondi. I wanted to visit my local office. Because of communication cut off, I had to manage yellow cab than self. When I reached Motijhil, driver asked about location exactly. I asked my elder brother, Ministry of Youth and Sport to help me rather than Google help. I was permitted such as before. "I am coming, and talked with driver". But I did not know where is the main gate Dhaka stadium. He threat me and advised me not to get out alone without information to me. The overall environment of the embassy was great but as the don't allow civilians to enter with his/her phone or any other electronic devices, they should have one phone call service at their entrance for those who are applicant. So the applicant can call their friends or relatives to receive them from embassy. Otherwise this make people panic and creates a horrible situation.
