The centre is conveniently situated between Gulshan 1 roundabout and Police Plaza Concord. While the facility is well-organised, and the staff is friendly, it may require a significant amount of time to complete all the necessary procedures. In cases where the X-ray results are clear, the center provides the test report within one day. If they found any abnormality, you might have to take the sputum test and it takes 8 weeks to get the result.

Tb test takes 7900/- per individual (as of 6/2022). The stuff is friendly, professional. But the processing system is a bit slow. A simple test and prior checks and balances shouldn't take you all day. For example, we went in 10.30 in the morning, came out at 5.30! The process should be made more efficient. Absolute shithousery! 7.3k BDT for a TB test which only consists of a X-ray and a maximum of 10 second consultation with a doctor with 5-6 questionnaires. After that they will provide you the certificate but the time limit of delivery everyday is 30minutes only. They said come but when i arrived after 15 minutes the watchman won’t let me in and he won’t even call someone inside to know if they are still delivering. Well maintained, well mannered and systematic. Procedures: 1) Took appointment about a month before over phone (number available on UK Home Office Website) 2) On appointment day took the original passport and passport photocopy, on the back of the photocopy wrote down local address and uk address if any with email. 3) Arrived there at 9am and confirmed my appointment at the gate. After that came to reception on level 2 and provided them the passport and the passport photocopy. 4) Took photographs there and waited for documents. 5) Checked the documents (name, address etc with passport) 6) Next was a consultation with doctor on site who asks details as required 7) Made payment Bdt 8850 and was sent to level 1 for x-ray (wear light cotton clothes preferably no jewellery) 8) Done and collect report the next day around 4pm.

Place is organised. Staffs are friendly. Service is good.however, It's hard to book an appointment due to high demand, helpline is always busy.waiting time is long. You need average 3hours to get an Xray scan done.no parking facilities in or out of the compound.

Very poor quality of service. Guards behavior is very bad. Charging a very high price compared to the outcome. They will perform an x-ray after you wait for more than 2 hours. They will give you results back on the next day and the day onward with a specific timeframe. Which is pathetic after you pay 7450 BDT for getting a so-called TB test report.

Staff are rude and has no sense of manners. I live in the UK, and had to go for a TB test. The staff are not familiar with the magic words- "excuse me / please / thank you". They command people and make the environment like a refugee camp. Staff make people waiting for silly things and one service requires 5 steps of registration. 1) Take a registration form, 2) give the documents and form, 3) pay the fee 4) take photograph, 5) for initial doctor's checkup. All steps are separate and 5/7 mins between them. And then chest X-Ray for more 20-30 mins waiting. This is when they are not busy. Imagine when you go in a busy day!

I've done my TB test from here. I would say they are truly professional and experienced. i had a really well experience with them and their services are quite organized. I got my result within a day ngl. But they charged somewhat high compared with others, bc I've done my upfront medical from wohab medical center baridhara, overall cost was only 7k, but here people has to pay around 8k just for only TB xray test. idk its kinda costly ig. According to my perception i would probably give them 8.5 out of 10 based on their service. They accept only cash, No Cards and No Bkash payment, parking available and they have wheelchair facilities as well. But i noticed one thing which is they don't have much space for sitting, bc i saw them using parking area as a waiting zone, which is undoubtedly not professionalism. however, I'm truly satisfied with their service.

I went there in August, 2022. I had a schedule for a TB test which was mandatory for the particular type of visa I was applying for. One needs to have appointment booked beforehand to attend this clinic. Generally, you can call IOM and get an appointment easily which can be around 1 month later from the date you first call them. However, if there's an urgency as well as vacancy in their system, they can sometimes reschedule your appointment within a week which is really nice. They will ask you for your passport number for the booking. On the day of your appointment, you must bring your passport and required amount of cash ( In August it was around 8k , more than what they initially asked me to bring as there was inflation and increase in the USD price in comparison to Taka.) At the center they will take the X-ray of the chest once usually. Remember to dress in clothing that do not have stone. Women are also asked to remove their padded bra, jewellery , etc except for ear rings. They have the changing room facility and sometimes they provide you special type of clothes not unlike OT dress for the X-ray. You may wear hijab/headscarf but it should be loosened up to show your ear and hairline when they take your photo. Lastly, you will be asked to collect your test result & certificate on the next working day after 4pm. You may also collect it after 12pm ( anytime?) from the day after the next working day. They only provide the certificate to the person that took the test and do not supply the chest X-ray itself. It has around 6months validity. You may be asked to repeat the X-ray due to technical issues at the center. If there's anything wrong with the test result you will be notified before 12pm of the next day. Sometimes they will advise to take sputum test which is time consuming I've heard. Although they give you a schedule, you might need to wait long. There's also a snack bar where you can get something for yourself while waiting.

I was from Chittagong, and I requested them to provide the report same day and ready to pay more for urgent service, due to I didn't have any relative to stay and it's Covid situation risky for staying unknown places like hotels. Unfortunately they don't even care. I was surprised after requesting several times to different person. They could have verify my words and help me. This is really bad attitude, as an internal organization this attitude doesn't suit them. Hope nobody experiences same thing.

Waited 5 hours to take a 30-second test. Many people were waiting on the site for test but not that crazy many. The administration obviously has a big problem. But if you are a VIP or government officer, you wait 0 minutes to do the test. More than 50 ordinary people’s time was wasted which means each session IOM wasted 250+ hours of us, every day. That was not the end. On the next day, they‘d call you on phone saying that the test results went blurry due to their operation fault. So you have to come again and do waiting and do the test all over again! A group of people has to waste another day once again.

Staff are incompetent. Cannot issue correct name on receipt for TB test, even though they have a copy of the passport in front of them. Tell me who is going to take responsibility when the visa application fails? Only because your staff cannot copy the correct spelling properly?? Even though we noticed the spelling was incorrect and told them straightaway. They refused to re-issue the receipt. So technically when we come to collect the results certificate your people will say the name on the receipt doesn't match the name on the certificate.. so why do we as customers have to take the headache when your staff is soo incompetent and lazy. Im soo disappointed with the lack seriousness towards this process.

As an international migration health service point this place is organised properly in a secured place surrounding cool environment. Many kinds of health related services are being operated from going who are willing to go abroad. They are authorized clinic of many countries migration health check-up.

I did my medical upfront from here. They were quite organized. Not wasting much time for each test. Doctors, staffs are very well mannered and all professional. I highly recommend this place for medical test.

They did not tell me when to arrive. Later on I called for like 8-9 times and their line was busy. Nevertheless I arrived at 1.20. My test was done around 3.30. The wait is not that severe if you’re mentally prepared to wait. After reading reviews I knew it would take long so I did not feel restless. The staffs are friendly except one of the handsome bhaiya. The test itself takes only few seconds but the procedures such as form fill up clicking pictures takes time. The first waiting place is in a parking lot but it does not feel uncomfortable or unpleasant. They called me quite quickly to the first floor which is air conditioned and comfortable. The main place where the examination occur could be more private. Especially for females as they need to change. Don’t wear any jewellery and pregnant females have to inform before doing the X-Ray. Eat well and carry water and internet before arriving to feel at ease. Overall the experience is good.
