Lots of staff works here. That's good. Serial system should be improved. Attitude of staff should be soft. They try to get reviews. They tried to show how to write reviews.

Worst hospital ever. I went to show Doctor Harun-ur-Rashid. He does not check eye power but let's other apprentice do the job. I came back three times for the same power, changed my glass three times as I could not see with the power they gave me. First two times they said it's the spectacle shops fault as I did it from outside. Then I ordered glasses from their own shop. still couldn't see anything. When I went back fourth time they said I need to pay. I already paid too much money for the same prescription. Doctor only cares about money. Even the street side shop gives better service. Very basic service like eye check up they couldn't do properly. They show off using advanced technology and what not however, they can't even do basic check up. Very bad Experience and rude staff. Don't go to this hospital I'm telling you better visit the street side shop. Dr Harun-ur-Rashid if you are reading this you should stop scamming people and do justice to your patient.

This is just hilarious! Staff just took my phone and posted the previous review on behalf of me which I edited now.. Why?! Personal staff shouldn't be touched, right? Couldn't like the management system, they take so much time for useless things and also don't wanna hear out patients' words.

The hospital provides a nice environment, and everything is very systematic. The nurses and doctors are genuinely helpful. I'm a deaf person who relies on sign language, but the hospital doesn't have a Bangla sign language interpreter and That's why I gave it 4 stars in my review. Despite this, their service is still better.

Overall good eye care clinic. Staff are friendly and professional, modern equipment, very clean. But keep in mind terribly long wait times at the clinic. It's a popular clinic and gets very crowded but the unreasonably long wait time could be avoided with more concern for patients' time. I arrived right on time for my appointment yet getting a simple eye test took more than 2 hours. They move you from room to room and you wait. After everything was done had to wait about 15 minutes simply to get the prescription in my hand. Because of the long wait time I had to cancel another appointment. Another thing that made me uncomfortable is that they take photos of all patients which is a privacy concern. Why would an eye care clinic want to keep photos of all their patients? That's just creepy. Also, I went there seeing the high number of reviews. But they actually ask you to write a Google review in front of them which is probably why there are so many (and so positive) reviews.

All the doctors are experienced and caring. But the waiting time is a lot and patients need to wait for a long time.

The environment and rules of the hospital are very nice but every step of file processing takes a lot of time. Hospital staff utilization is very good. Many experienced and expert doctors sit here.

Since 2020, me and my wife are used to visit here. Common thing I observed in all of my visits here is - they make unnecessary delay in all cases. If you come here 6:00 pm only for doctor's consultant (no test) you may find it's 10:00 pm when all are done. How invaluable our time is to them! I have never find such things in other popular hospitals like - Bangladesh Eye Hospital, Espahani Islamia Eye Institute, Vision Eye Hospital, Haroon Eye Foundation Hospital. I rate them 1 out 5....... 1 is only for the doctor. Otherwise, they don't t even deserve this 1 out of 5. I have decided not to come here again.

I wasn’t sure why did he want it so I was waiting but he didn’t even explain anything. then I asked him, "Did you post review on your own?" then he tried to cover it up by saying stupid reasons. but surely this is a threat for privacy and he must have done it plenty of times. 😑

Very renowned but their behaviour!!! Patient care is very much neglected, though the consultancy fee is very high. But the operation done there was uneventful, Alhamdulillah.

Service is very slow. Initial eye test should be improvised. No serial maintained in the hospital. Moreover, nurses ask to give, sometimes take mobile phones to give 5 star rating in Google which is unprofessional. Every patient should share their own original personal review.

This hospital fits all the stereotypes of our local medical industry. The logistics and management of patient handling is worst, filled with redundancies. Hospital staff doesn't provide correct information to the patients, makes them wait for hours. Worst of them is the doctor: he keeps about 5 or 6 nurses in his room. With that many people's presence, will a patient be comfortable to speak up about his/her medical conditions? On top of that, the doctor does his job in 2 mins and doesn't care about what the patient has to say. Moreover, when you try to give them feedback about their lackings they get offended and starts behaving rudely.

Alhamdulillah The expectations were filled.Had to face difficulties previously while using glasses.The Doctors were very much helpful and friendly.While undergoing the lasic Surgery Professor Dr Harun Ur Rashid always gave the courage and his skills were astronomical.I am very much happy doing lasic Surgery from them.Highly recommend.

They try to show too much formalities when you 1st go there. Stuffs treat you like you came to the best eye hospital ever. You have to come up with unlimited time as they won’t take appointments over the phone. In this busy life who have enough time to come physically and give appointment serial ?? I gave one Before coming and when I went there they said I have to take serial again then how could they took serial over phone previous day.

Dr. Haran-or-Rashid is not just a man he is a great man. I am amazed every time I see him. I got tri angle lens in my left eyes from him last year. As a result, he goes there for his annual checkup. When I entered his chamber I was overwhelmed by his greetings. Sir may you live for a thousand years and serve the people like this. It would be unfair not to say more, Sir as well as the people associated with the management of his chamber are very sincere and humble. Their behavior is extraordinary

The doctors here may be best in country, but they have worse management than a govt hospital. Every time I go there, the wait time is at least 4 hours. Also i asked for wifi password, one of the employee gave 5* from my phone without my permission.

Expensive for no reason and they only care about the money not the patient's well being or situation( Which is most private hospitals in Bangladesh). Don't fall for their advertising. There are much better options for eye treatment.

Too much bureaucracy. They will try to explore every possible way to give additional tests/surgery, and your file will keep moving from table to table with Clarks who explain one thing at a time. More than a circus show rather than an eye hospital environment. Not to mention, this is one of the good private eye hospitals in Uttara and you have to tolerate these unnecessary formalities for better treatment in this vicinity.

The Doctor is not punctual with the time . The officials said the doctor will come at exact 11 am but NO . The doctor came approx 1 hour + late. As The doctor has his own time value , We also got our time Value. And Again The fee is 1500 so its usual that doctor should give atleast 5 mins time to us. But in reality its a No. The doctor gave us only and only highest 50 seconds to 1 min to diagnose .
