10 Jun 2023 Noticed 3 hall rooms and an outdoor place, and each one is suitable for any meeting or parties in different sizes. I had 'Kacchi' last night and it tasted good. The 'kabab' and 'jarda' were also up to the mark. I liked the timing and attitude of services. I did experience this venue a few times, and also liked the food at those occasions.

Skyline restaurant and party center is located in a very convenient place. It's a big spacious place where we can have a party and have dinner. It's on the 12th floor of Raowa ( retired army officer's welfare association). Their foods are quite good but prices are on the higher side. A very nice place to hangout or have a party. A big parking lot is available in the building premises.

Fantastic environment. The ambience over the rooftop was really nice. Their catering service was one of a kind. I enjoyed it very much. In fact, from my last few experiences this community center will remain at the top. The cool breeze and night sky was mesmerizing.

Good place and view. The rooftop restaurant is quite nice and the ambiance is good as well. I tried their Moroccan chicken which was quite tasty and good portion size. The restaurant is decent to plan a small party for 80-100 people. Only issue I have is their service. Its pretty bad and slow. I had to wait more than an hour to get the food

A nice and comfortable family restaurant which is situated in RAOWA Building. It's location is on the 12th floor. The environment and food quality is quite good. Family programs can be very easily arranged here. Parking facilities is also available.

Chinese food item available , party booking also taken nice roof for bbq . Evening view from here is awesome. Little bit expensive but with this location you won't feel loss to pay .

Food is just okay. It's a rooftop restaurant of RAOWA club at Mohakhali. If one is lucky to sit in the open space, may experience a better ambience. Price is reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants around this.

The restaurant has got huge space but the catering was poor and management is poorer. It has got a huge rooftop alongside general spaces. Could have been better.

On the 12th floor of RAOWA Complex, oberviewing the beauty of Mohakhali Flyover it is a unique restaurant with two closed restaurant space and a great open air space and a large hall for various events. The ambience is praiseworthy with budget friendly but delicious foods. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Highly recommend.

The best thing is that it has several open place ,great environment for pandemic time and for smokers from sky high.
