Most of the time their delivery personnel don't bring receipts. Ordering groceries from Panda Mart means you'll frequently find missing products. Had several negative experiences in the past, from bad behavior from support staff, missing products, to some random delivery guy showing up without a receipt and demanding money from building guards claiming it's mine. Recent negative experience has been ordering several whole frozen chicken. They smell rotten and fowl after defrosting.

I am sorry to give you 1 star , but your hr and officers are so irresponsible that they just so much unprofessional. Let me share a story. Past june i gave an interview for foodpanda. They choose me and told me that they selected me, they will contact me for further formalities. For this i was waiting for their call and left my current job. But they never called me and till now when I tried to contact with them they didn't respond my massages didn't picked up my phone call. Now my question is if u are not interested to take me then why selected me!! Because of your this kind of unprofessionalism i was lost my current job how can I manage my expenses my family's expenses!! Is that a human or a company culture!!?😢

Be careful if you buy imported or packaged food products from foodpanda. It may be expired or just plain gone bad. Also, open up the product and check condition immediately. They don't resolve issues after 3 days, no matter how bad a product they've sold you. I'm suggesting people to avoid grocery shopping at foodpanda unless it's an emergency. Go support local businesses like departmental stores and supershops.

Worst food delivery. They have tactically hide/ removed the contact number, call center number, raiders information so that you cant contact or cancel once you order your food. I have ordered 1 hour ago. Each time it says 20-25 minutes. And again say 40 minutes. You can’t do anything once you have made an order. You become the slave of foodpanda. I am uninstalling this app. Would never use it again.

They just did the worst one could have done in this situation. My sister's birthday is tomorrow and I just ordered a cake using their service. I thought exchanging money in this situation will not be a good idea in this pandemic let's just use the Bkash payment what they are trying to introduce us with. But as I paid the amount earleir the delivery rider didn't contact with me and lest the parcel to my Guards. This is a govt officers quarter and we don't know who are on the guard right now. My intercom is not working and I can't contact with my guards right now. And the guards are not allowed to move from their positions. So, I have to leave the parcel there until anyone comes by. May be I will be receiving it now or tomorrow. I am not saying don't use Foodpanda just telling you all don't pay first they have the worst delivery guys working there.

They took two hours to deliver a food. The delivery picked my food, went to his house to take shower. Than to their head office to extend delivery duration and than come to deliver. You should have review option for every delivery like Daraz and your suppliers should be liable for delivering low quality products. Very stupid and clever app you have made leaving no option to complain. A water melon for cow feed sold through Panda-Mart Bashundhara. All groceries are low quality and high price. Very bad customer service.. I ordered a 5500tk order from a restaurant that is very near my house, after a few mins of confirming a order I get a call from their head office telling us to confirm our order and adress, so we did, after few mins of that the riders call us (5 riders in total because of the order amount) they tell us that our address is wrong even though we confirmed our adress from the main office, they told us to provide a fee of 500tk. We agreed because we thought we might have provided the wrong address but after looking at the map and address provided, we saw that everything was correct even after that they tried to take the fee and won't contact the main office. They took 2 hours to come here where as a normal delivery person will take 15 mins or less. We did not give the fee because everything was correct from our side.

Your service is terrible!! You cant even connect with FP with an ongoing order if there is a problem. Only way is to send an email but it is also designed to be difficult. Yeah, just hide behind the APP and expect us to give our business .

In case you have difficulty understanding: When someone adds a phone number to their account, even when it's already in use, send a verification text to check. Phone numbers change, emails change, your terrible design doesn't.

It is the corporate office or HQ of Foodpanda. Beautiful view from inside out and the building is looking great from outside as it is full of glass. The elevator system is a good one as well. The interior of the HQ is very attractive with seating plan and meeting room with division name.

At Panda mart which is there concern store I paced order orange today 28.05.21 as per their offer which was buy 2 get 1 free. After dropping order of 13 orange they did not gave free items of 6 orange which is the cheating with the customer. After dropping complain foodpanda did cheat which was that they just refund voucher amount Tk 50 as the price of 6 orange. How they cheating with the customer...even pandamart is selling expiry eggs by reducing price. Be careful while purchasing from pandamart.Just Rubbish ..Business honesty has been lost forever from this platform.

this application is totally fraud.I orderded something form foodpanda application but after plaicing order within 1 miniute I noticed that my voucher was not apply by the application's fault.I tried to cancle order but they said me the restaurant sarted my order with in 30 second, is this a joke?I paid with online method. Than i chat with foodpanda agent and cancle the order but they did not give me refund.I also told him to give me foodpanda's office number so i can talk but he did not provide me the number. I again and again chat with agent but they didn't help me.They only said this is non-refundable sir.But their is not mentioned any thing about such a thing in foodpanda tearms and condition.After telling this to an agent, he/she told me that it's their fault and he will rais hand to improve service. But my question is what's my fault in this.Why should i suffer for foodpanda's fault.I want my refund.I am a student and 489 taka is a huge amount for me. You guys took my money for nothing. I am very sorry to write this I am a regular customer of foodpanda today 16/8/21 I ordered for some food from secret Recepi after ordering with in 5 minutes I receive a message saying my order has been canceled because they could not find my address they did not have the time to make a phone call however my address is gulshan 1 road 8 any blind person will not have any problem to locate my address after that I again placed the same order to another outlet of secret Recepi this time a person called from food panda to confirm my order then he said last order was canceled because he could not reach me by phone which he was lying he did not make any call this had happened to me a few days back also this was the second Time I think there operation has become too big for them to Handel

Normal staff have absolutely no clue where the executives work. One person sends to a particular floor. There, some other guy sends back to the same floor. Lift is also extremely complicated.

Very bad customer support. Uneducated Agents have no clue what they are doing or what their policies are. No hotline or no direct easy way of communication. Takes hours to deliver sometimes.. The waiting was almost 3 hours for some orders. Just horrible.

Awful services. Illiterate mentally challenged employees. Employees I contacted through help center can't even construct proper sentences. Often not all your items will be delivered to you. When that happens, if you are lucky they will provide you with a voucher only accounting the price of the item while you will be losing your delivery cost and VAT. They will make yo suffer for their mistake.
