Update 7.0: They have a new hip thrust machine primarily focusing on your 🍑! Ladies will love it and men will appreciate it. ------ Update 6.0: Recently, the admin had to address a recurring issue by posting notices on all lockers, urging members not to take the locker keys home with them. It should be noted that this rule is not new; it is explicitly communicated during the gym enrollment process. However, there exists a subset of members who seem to believe that the rules do not apply to them, perpetuating this behavior. Picture a Venn diagram consisting of three circles. The first circle represents individuals who take locker keys home, the second circle represents members who wear outside sneakers inside the gym and on the gym floor, and the third circle represents people who either do not bring a towel or bring one but do not use it while using the machines. There is a particular subset of members situated squarely in the intersection of all three circles, consistently diminishing the welcoming atmosphere of the gym. Regrettably, the gym's cleanliness has deteriorated over time. While an increase in foot traffic due to new memberships plays a role, the primary reason is the increasing practice of wearing outside sneakers within the facility. Although the gym appears relatively clean in the early morning hours, the situation progressively worsens, especially after 5:00 PM. I believe the sign that is most commonly misunderstood in the gym is "Please put the weight back after using it." Perhaps we should consider translating the sign into Bangla, but it is uncertain whether that would have any impact. With approximately 6,500 languages spoken worldwide, posting the sign in all of them would likely not make a difference. It is not the responsibility of the trainers, spotters, or cleaning staff to ensure weights are returned to its rightful place. If you are capable of lifting a weight for your workout, it is reasonable to expect that you can also put it back in its proper place. I have never encountered a gym where members consistently leave their weights scattered around or fail to re-rack them to this extent. What is worse is when new members join, they initially follow the rule, and when they see others aren't doing, they start doing the same thing. It is puzzling why others find it difficult to follow basic gym etiquette when the owner himself consistently adheres to these simple rules. It would be beneficial for the owner to emphasize or reemphasize these gym etiquettes at the end of his introductory gym tour presentation. Implementing a "Wall of Shame" might prove effective. Given that the gym is equipped with CCTV cameras, the staff could review the footage at the end of each week, capturing screenshots of members who display a lack of basic gym etiquette, and display their pictures. 🤷‍♂️ ------ Update 5.0: They got nthe new chest fly machine!!🕺🏾💃🏽Been waiting on this one for a while! ----- Update 4.0: They have a new somewhat fancy water cooler!!!! ( You gotta learn to appreciate the lil things in life) ----- Update 3.0: New floor is only open when the 7th floor is overcrowded 😔 or they have yoga/Zumba classes. ----- Update 2.0: The new part is only open when the 7th floor is getting too crowded Update: They opened up the 2nd part of the gym on the 12th floor! Some new equipments have been added. Mostly for chest and shoulders. I really wish they added a Preacher curl machine. But liking the new chest machines! ----- Dare I say....it was INSPIR(e)ing! Bazinga!! But in all seriousness, it seems like the place is staffed with knowledgeable individuals, high quality equipments and very clean environment. Only issue is space. It's very "cozy". They told us that they are in the process of expending to another floor, but that will take a while. Probably the best gym in Dhanmondi.

Excellent, top calibre gym. It's a bit on the expensive side but consider it an investment on your health rather than an expense. The moment you step inside, you'll understand why you paid the big bucks. The sheer quality of the equipment alone and the freshness of the air from the advanced oxygen ventilation system speaks volumes. Sohel Taj, the owner, is arguably the best in the business and will personally guide and inspire you to embark on your fitness journey. There really aren't any actual cons to this place, so feel free to close your eyes and sign up if you're in need of a top-notch gym and can afford the price.

Excellent Gym : Atmosphere , Fresh Air provided by state of the art ventilation system with added UV ray to subside covid virus , ultimate cleanliness inside gym and personal areas as well and overall concerned expert trainers who knows the drill. Above all , I must include the king’s name : Mr Sohel Taj , former state minister . What a personality.. he is so much dedicated towards the health awareness of members that is splendid in nature . Very much down to the earth personality who knows all the health issues specifically. He is such a person who can change anyone’s life if he or she follows him and shows dedication towards his guidance . I wish I can say more . It’s not a gym brothers, it’s like a Shaolin Temple where excellence is provided .

Best well-equipped gym at Dhanmondi. Here all trainers are well behaved and trained. And members are all from different professions, which adds corporate culture here. Last but not least is the legendary Mr taj, who is always there to guide you.

Unclean change room, there is no bench for changing or wearing shoes. Other members leave their dirty clothes in the change room. Instruments are not maintained . Very small gym. Feeling suffocated there. One more thing they always claim that the 12th floor is also the gym their gym area. But in reality that 12th floor used floor zumba. The most funny thing is that they take an interview there before sign-up for the gym, where Sohel taj takes almost 1.5 hours. This is ridiculous.

Positives: clean, well ventilated gym, equipments are of good quality Negatives: 1. Cramped space. They have another floor which isn’t accessible always. Sometimes people have to line up to use instruments, which is okay if everyone is respectful. 2. Trainers: While owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness, that doesn’t translate into the trainers entirely. Trainers are rigid about modifying exercise routines, to accommodate physical nuances of each person. While trainers teach good form and technique, many failed/forgot to explain what muscles are targeted with each exercise they had set up in the routine. Some gym members actually like to know how to build mind muscle connection, and that’s not possible without knowing what we’re targeting. 3. Lifting weights for novices: Personal experience. While 1 trainer had warned me to inform before removing heavy weights from equipments, another trainer urged me to do the opposite. My rigid exercise routine didnt even have heavy weight lifting, and I had to take down 25kg (!). I had to notify the trainer that I have back and knee issues so that person got the message. Trainers should be more attentive about these things, esp with new members. Suggestions: Maybe imply a new rule to put down weights from equipments after members are done with their sets. I enjoyed the facility’s cleanliness a lot, but that would be the major reason for coming back here, which is quite disappointing. People should come here for the trainers as well, as the owner has so many times emphasised.

Looks like they have too much money, so don't need any new members. The staff at the front desk wasbteach how beaureacratic the gym is. If you wnat to see it, you have to fill up a form with your ID copy in day 1, and then the management will call you for a second visit on day #? Whatever just to simply show off The problem is when I spoke via phone, nobody told me when they already knew that I am coming to see the gym not to do AmlaaTantrik paper works. Looks like some Minister (wife/children) owns the gym.bEven the Intercontinental Hotel Gym, or Sheraton hotel Gym in Gulshan doesn't have these disrespecting protocols. Sohel Taj, since you are the pillar of the democracy in the universe, please post these requirements in your website or train your front desk Abdaals to handle these customer service properly.

I'm posting on behalf of my wife, who was a member of the gym for a month. Unfortunately, the trainers are quite unprofessional and unimpressive. Despite the great attitude of the honourable owner, the staff are rude and unprofessional most of the time.

I have recently joined the gym and absolutely loved every second of the class I attended with Sohel sir. It was amazingly inspiring and I did get enrolled the same day as the gym’s overall environment along with all their equipment seemed to be top notch to me. Today was my very first day here and the trainers seemed to be on top of their game and always available for the clients, very helpful indeed. However, ALAS! couldn’t say the same for their behaviours. I think they should really work on their “WORDS”. REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT when you’re dealing with clients. Trying to motivate someone using “bullying” words did not sound very helpful to me as well as it was equally disrespectful and disappointing. Hope this gets resolved in the coming days. Cheers!
