Very expensive hospital. My mother was suffering from low calcium and we were only there for 3 days. I had to pay only 1 lakh 20 thousand taka.🇧🇩🌺

It's hard to believe if any professional, sensible people are in the management of this business center! Horrible service in every discipline. The services are being dragged by novice, unskilled and amateur employees. Just exploiting the opportunity by cutting pockets of COVID - 19 patients.

One of worst hospital I ever visited. Simply horrible. Doctors are not professional. Behaviour is very rude. Their ICU is like bazar, relatives are getting inside all the time. Not properly clean and they overcharged on medicine.

This hospital is well equipped. There were CVID 19 ISOLATION centre. Specialized doctor. The management is not upto the mark though.

Better life Hospital is one of the best hospital near Rampura Bazar. They are very clean but slow in services.

The doctors usually administer treatments based on how well off you look. If you or your family members look well off or wealthy they'll prescribe unnecessary and expensive treatments.

Recently visited the health checkup department of Better Life Hospital for a whole body check up. The entire process from check-in to the end was seamless. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful, and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.

Worst hospital in Dhaka city.Very poor management.They are total fraud.They regularly lose one patient report then give own made or fraud report to the patient.Treatment systems are very poor.very unprofessional staff's behaviour.

Too much expensive, lack of stuffs but you will get 24hours service from duty doctors. Doctors are available 24 hours and gives the best services. But the authority lacks man power like people have wait for medicine in there pharmacy. They won't allow any outside medicine. They won't provide food from hospital, which is a problem for the patients.

Becose there is not single hospital like near othere n these area all kinds of treatment are available here also with lots of equipments

This hospital is very popular and famous. There are many doctors and take care of patients. I am proud of this hospital.

As per my experience with the front desk, it is manned by unprofessional youngsters who have no idea how to deal with waiting patients. - The report delivery guy left 10+ minutes (could be much longer) before even the closing time. - Receptionist blamed me a 3 others waiting in cue for demanding our report well before their closing time, and asked us why we didn't came when there were no people a few hours ago. (Slow clap) - I had to wait 30+ minutes for my report for which some receptionist frantically had to look for. - Cashier forgot to charge me for a process that the doctor prescribed. - Lab asked me to directly pay him (not the hospital) for a procedure that the cashier "forgot" to charge. I gave two stars for the people who at least tried to do someone else's job who should've been there in the first place. This is what service from cash grab institutions look like who are just in it for the money. And doesn't even bother to properly train their staff! Greedy and pathetic !! DigiLab a much better option in Rampura for small tests and doctor visitation. If you can afford to go a little further, Ibn Sina for similar services and Padma for much better testing facility.

Still not known to me whether it's really better or best or anything else 🐱 But it's out looking is charming. As per I think due to competitive health market there is no way without being better indeed ☺️

The worst possible health management. I went to test CBC and SGOT and they gave me 2 copies of CBC. Didn't even give me the SGOT test results. Plus they can't deliver reports the time that they committed.
