Beautiful place

A very historical pond with a lot of stories. People often swim or take bath here. There are two ghats of the pond. It's very deep. It keeps the environment of Jagannath Hall good.

Many night i was walking beside the pond. Because i loved a female when i was a student of Jagannath Hall. Then i talked that girl and walking into the brink of the pond.

This pond located in the inside of jagannatha hall middle of the upasonaly, south building, North building, New building. This pond has 2 stairs for bath. Every year sowrosoti puja were held center of the pond by charilola institute of dhaka university

It’s a hostel of male students who belongs to Hindu/Sanatan religion of Dhaka University.

this a nice pond. hall students spend their leisure time at the pond benches. One interesting fact about this pond is that every year fine arts students from dhaka university creat a temporary sculpture of hindu goddess Saraswati and establishe it in the middle of the pond. that is a magnificent thing to watch. the whole set up process and witnessing the beauty of it.
