Though the building is 13 storied but only lower 2 floors are used as mall. The mall has many shops like grocery, sweets, fabrics, cloth stores, tailors, shoe store, photo studio, cosmetics, gaming zone and so on. The mall is fulfilling the local demands very well.

Its a market place in mugda. Here You can buy cloths, shoes,medicines,fruits, beef,chiken and vegetables .There's a private hospital also. There's also stationary stall, some resturaents. But you can not get enough products for marketing. Lots of people live here around Basar tower.

Nice place for shopping. It is the tallest building in this area and a landmark for local address.

Situated at Mugda Manda road and opposite to Mugda Islami Bank Hospital.. Basically this tower is a super market having ready made garments, shoe shop, tailors, cosmatic shop, baby shop,toy shop, restaurants etc..At top floor have some residential apartments too. Still its a market judt opposition to Islami Bank Hospital Mugda.
