Lift service is also satisfactory. Service charge is very minimum. The building has own cleaning team to collect garbage. Security service of this building is very strong. Gurads are available for 24/7 and the full building area is under coverage of CCTV facilities. Only problem of this apartment is sound pollution and the air pollution as is just situated besides the main road. I have been living this apartment for last three years. The owners are really professional and good in manner. Highly recommended to this building for living.
