These guys are amazing. All the staffs are very friendly and very talented. I had taken a Thailand trip very recently, they arranged my tickets Dhaka to Bangkok round trip and also Bangkok to Phuket round tickets. My trip was awesome. Ticketshala also arranged my land package of Thailand, at a reasonable price and also their management on Thailand was mind-blowing and everything at the trip was perfect and timely. Mr Shadhon of ticketshala is very helpful, got to say one of the main architect of our memorable trip, he managed everything very well. Took a group tour with them. Very disorganized, lack of leadership skill from the team managers. Awfully distributed rooms, car seats, and Bhutan entry permit at phuentsholling. Very baf at time management, Nepotism towards one special woman. Never taking another tour with them and not recommending at all.

We called them for every details and every silly queries. They were very friendly and was available whenever we needed. They managed the cheapest and the least transitioning flight for us.
