    GoZayaan , 1st travel tech company in Bangladesh. Nowadays customers want their travel booking in on hand at a time. This company gives this opportunity very 1st time. Nowadays GoZayaan has become very popular among frequently thaveller for their customer oriented apps.

    Worst possible site. I booked wrong tickets by mistake (switched inbound with outbound tickets). I immediately informed (within 5 minutes)them to switch the tickets. However they still charged 3200 tk cancellation fee on 7200 tk tickets. Atrocious service. Never use.

    Negative experience with GoZayaan. Price change within a matter of minutes. Refund policy is "we can't help, it's as per airlines policy." Phone support staff is hasty and not interested in talking. For refunds, I had to send a mail and now I wait 3 weeks and pray that the refund comes through. This is digital fraud and foul play if you're hiking fares by over 33%. The fares kept changing and kept telling me booking failed. I called their hotline and the guy Yeasin told me that the airlines might be changing their fares. Try again later. The fare changed 33% just when I was about to book? I booked the third time in a haste and didn't notice it was a different airline (Boeing 738 model which recently got grounded in China). Now they're telling me to wait 3 weeks and look for an email.

    All the positive feedbacks are FAKE. These people are frauds. Never do business with them. Customer service providers don't have any knowledge, whatsoever. Need bit of training i recon, so they can understand the customers need.

    I wish, I went through their reviews before making any purchases from them. I experienced the worst customer care service and after sale services here with the International Flight Ticket purchases. I purchased Umrah tickets for my family via this platform. In the departure, my family was informed that the tickets were not valid for Umrah. We called customer service and they said they would call us back shortly. As they were delaying, in the interim, we requested the flight authorities and received a solution. Only a few minutes before the departure, they called us back and advised us to speak with the flight authorities because there was nothing they could do. They also offered seats which were of very poor quality. As a result, we paid more to flight authority and went for upgrades. Later, for the return flight we requested them to reschedule the flight date. We were assured that we would receive an update shortly. They held us up for a very long period. After numerous phone calls to customer service and correspondence via messenger, they emailed us that there is nothing they could do as flight authority solved our previous issue (which they solved due to their inability) and we have to pursue flight authority for our solution. It should also be mentioned that, while I checked my flight status in the flight authority's website, I found no option/ charges for rescheduling flight ticket dates. That suggests that they most likely gave us non-refundable flight tickets which was not informed to us. This eventually ended up giving away our return flight. I got tricked by their appealing advertisement. But the reality is even a small tourism company in Bangladesh has the capability of providing better services than them. Extremely irritated with their service and prefer not to get back again. A big thumbs down.

    Overall service experience is good but the only thing I suffered is their return policy. If you cancel any confirmed flight booking then they couldn't assure you by when you may get the money back. For me, it took nearly 2 month which is not a good experience at all.

    Aweful. This is a convenient way to book tickets but they have very poor communication with their partners. They don't have any updates about their partners and if you complain they try to avoid you. In my recent trips, my bus was cancelled but they did not bother to notify me, i got to know about the cancellation at the counter. I had to book tickets physically from another counter (luckily in the last bus few sits was available). When i called them, they very casual told me they didn't know. i was totally confused how a booking service provider doesn't know about cancellation of services, and why are they so casual. When I reach to my hotel, I found out because of maintenance some of the major service(pool) was not be available but in gozayaan website it is mentioned those service(pool) was available for that hotel. I called them, I asked them whose responsibility is to ensure customer gets proper service and best deal. As per their response vendor will ensure not them. One good thing is gozayaan tried to resolve it. Even though it did not help since the hotel management did what they intended from the beginning. I had a very bad experience with gozayaan. I will use share trip as my next booking partner hope they will provide better service. I can book any service, I want by going to those company website but if I use a vendor like gozayaan, I expect them to take responsibility. In this case they did not, such a disappointment. They are missing the core responsibility that they are taking money for that is customer service.

    (((Go Flexible! Go Zayaan!)))_drama I booked a ticket during an Emergency today 13th July 2021. Later go zayaan made contact with me that why I didn't see travel restrictions on their website- only international traveler can use domestic flight today. That should be like before confirmation are you an international traveler? 1. Refund policy as Airlines like US-Bangla, why go zayaan in between as vendor if you can't back up without hassle! 2.Another option was re-issue but they said need to confirm before flight time! I think reissue window should be flexible!! That's a bad experience . Either travel agency or direct website from airlines might help in that situation.

    Due to the design of the calendar in your app, I have lost 8 thousand taka. Elsewhere when we book tickets we get their calendar in middle of the screen, but while I was booking the ticket of 26th August, mistakenly I have selected 26 September as calendar of August already gone to up. And, I got 8,000 taka less for cancelling ticket. Almost same amount of money you demanded for ticket reissue purpose. Yes I was wrong, but you are not the least responsible for such bad design of apps. I have uninstalled Gozayaan apps after this problem. I will never do any transaction with Gozayaan. Extremely bad experience.

    Visa pic is required to book a flight even for people who doesn't need a Visa to travel. Ridiculous!!! I have been using different airlines and travel websites to book my tickets for the last 12 years, but when I use a local company, I fail miserably. Ended up using another site which was quite smooth.

    I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. A hundred attempts to reschedule a Air ticket but failed. There is no replay on hotline and messenger. No one should follow through your stupid convincing ads. upgrade the service first.

    Poor customer service. I called them to cancel my ticket on next day & she ensured me that she is sending a mail shortly, but, that mail never came. As a result, the total ticket was a loss for me. I called several times but it doesn't connect.

    You'll definitely get discounts greater than anyone else offer with relatability. However, it's better confirming booking with the host over phone prior moving there as sometimes host remain unaware of your booking. Overcoming last time hasle I found GoZayan helpful.

    Be careful to purchase with them because they have not booked the infant in the booking PNR. In your ticket, they have added the baby/infant but the airline's website has not shown it. As a result, you have to pay again for your kids. The worst experience with this agency.

    Useless support team. Couldn't confirm a date change for 5 days. Kept me hanging and said there are seats. On last day they called and said "sorry mam, no seats are available". If not available why the heck would you kept me waiting that you are looking into the matter? We are not sitting here with a free flexible schedule. No one should follow through your stupid convincing ads. upgrade the service first.

    Go Zayaan service is very disappointing 😭 there mentioned on board Point & timing is not correct. If ticket schedule changed, they never informe passenger. They never care passengers, they only think about profit. Alao i recommend you never travels by TR Travels.... Local bus is better then its. Ac not working properly, seat broken, no blanket, always delay, there have no customers service 😭😭😭 if ticket is free, then also i will recommend you, pls don’t travels by TR travel.😭😭
