We
recently
had
pretty
bad
experience
in
dealing
with
Cosmos
Holidays.
Initially
when
we
asked
before
giving
the
documents
for
visa
processing
they
were
like
very
confident
as
if
its
their
everyday
business.
But
upon
submission
of
the
papers,
when
i
contacted
on
the
10th
day
they
started
saying
why
did
u
planned
ur
trip
without
getting
the
visa,
we
cant
help
u,
if
we
try
to
check
status
multiple
times
visa
may
get
rejected
bla
bla.
Then
I
realised
they
are
not
going
to
do
anything
to
expedite
or
check
status
of
my
visa.
In
order
for
me
to
try
by
myself,
i
asked
them
the
token
number
of
my
application
so
that
i
personally
can
go
to
the
high
commission
and
check
the
status.
Despite
of
my
several
request,
pleading
i
could
not
get
the
token
number.
Even
from
the
High
commission
the
officer
called
them
and
asked
for
the
token
number,
they
simply
declined
to
provide
the
token
number
saying
its
confidential.
I
was
literally
crying
as
my
whole
trip
booking
was
going
to
be
affected
with
a
huge
financial
loss.
mental
stress
er
kotha
to
baad
e
dilam.
finally
when
i
inquired
at
the
high
commission,
i
came
to
know
that
it
would
have
been
issued
after
2
days
of
my
flight
if
i
was
not
visiting
that
day.
Finally,
with
the
grace
of
ALmighty,
i
managed
to
get
my
visa
stamped
and
collected
the
passport
from
the
High
commission.
Later
I
realised
they
have
kept
one
of
my
old
passport
with
them
without
handing
it
over
to
me.
Suddenly
i
received
their
call
and
i
was
given
half
an
hour
to
collect
the
passport
from
them
without
which
i
would
have
faced
problem
at
the
airport.
this
is
my
experience.
think
twice
before
dealing
with
them.
For
me,
my
colleagues,
my
friends
and
whoever
I
know
-
Its
a
complete
NO
to
COSMOS.

Saying
Sorry
doesn't
mean
anything
if
activity
does
not
indicate
that
u
r
sorry.
For
your
information,
A
ticket
and
hotel
booking
is
a
mandatory
requirement
for
embassy
to
issue
visa.
And
you
are
saying
why
would
someone
buy
ticket
or
book
hotel
before
receiving
visa.
I
have
travelled
32
countries
in
the
world,
so
i
understand
what
i
m
talking
about.
Your
reply
again
proved,
customers'
request
or
problems
do
not
mean
anything
to
cosmos.
What
makes
you
feel
to
keep
the
customer
token
number
so
confidential
like
a
hidden
gem?
Stop
promising
your
customers
before
taking
money
that
visa
can
be
obtained
within
7
-
10
days.
Say
it
on
the
spot
3-4
weeks,
you
wont
be
able
to
help
ur
customer
for
visa.
You
guys
didn't
do
anything
to
expedite.
Ur
job
was
done
by
me,
despite
u
charged
fees
for
keeping
the
token
number
hidden
even
from
me.
Why
was
my
old
passport
not
handed
over
to
me
when
it
was
not
submitted
to
the
embassy?
Travel
agencies
business
is
based
on
service.
do
u
think
ppl
will
pay
for
your
service
that
was
offered
and
go
through
nightmares
and
sleepless
nights?
Stop
playing
with
customers
who
gives
u
business.
