A reputed furniture manufacturer of bangladesh. This Panthapath branch has huge collection of home and office furniture. The 3 storied building is soully managed by Otobi. They have display areas in different floors. The overall furniture designs are decent but comparatively higher in prices.

It's a biggest showroom of Otobi furniture. All of their furniture models available here. Quality of their furniture very good. Sales after service also good. Office & Home furniture both are available here. They offer one year warranty, Home delivery, Repair & Shifting service. They also offer corporate solution & Interior solution.

The most prominent furniture brand company in Bangladesh. It's a business icon in the country. All kinds of modern design furniture available in all their showroom. But not only furniture you will get everything for your home including ceramic items, sleeping mattress, bed sheet. We've been using their furniture since when my father was alive. They have enough reputation to provide good customer service.

Recently I have purchased three items from Otobi Panthapath showroom. They missed the product delivery deadline. Above all the sales person is not answering my call, and not calling me back regarding the delivery issue. On the one hand, Otobi products are highly overpriced, and on the other hand their service quality is nose-diving. With this trend, it's obvious that Otobi is going to struggle for survival soon.

Otobi was once the best furniture shop in the country. It still maybe is one of the best, but it 8s definitely losing its market. The collection reduced. Innovation related to customer demand has fallen. It should focus more on modular furniture and smart furniture. It's still going on with the old concepts. Sad to see the otobi that started the quality furniture revolution in the country has come to this stage.

Big collection. Good quality products but prices are high also.

service is not good... you go there mood off stuff come and show their product . Also wooden furnitures prices are huge. I also bought a wooden dressing table they never gave me a single discount 31000 tk is huge.

They have very good collection of home and office furniture. Price is a bit high compared to nearby small shops.

This is Otobi's franchises so they hs less product and less client friendly. They are lying regarding EMI facility. Don't interested to provide EMI though they have MOU with Bank.

Worst experience ever I had in my lifetime. They are not co-operative, Services are extremely poor in this Panthopath Showroom. They are not well responsive, made extreme delay in providing any service. I would not never go to this showroom, will not recommend someone to go as well.

Good place for furniture shopping

Great collection of furnitures. There are a lot of designs are on display and you can look up their catalog for more. The furnitures here are for displaying purpose only. If you buy anything they will deliver from their factory. You may not get delivered on the same day of purchase and you may need to pay extra for the delivery.

They should upgrade their products. Theirs current product are not bad also. But I personally expect more from them.

The stuff name Afia Zahin Shohug most disgusting stuff i think so... behaviour zero . behaving she is the boss of that outlet. We bought 3 item delivery date was after 2 days . Delivery is not done called 100 times but did not pick my any single call. I will never buy any single product from Otobi.
